We are a small team of focused and dedicated cannabis scientists with decades of experience working in regulated markets all over the US. We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join the team to promote our products in the dispensaries as we expand and produce the best products in the Ohio MMJ Program and beyond!
Summary/Objective:
Lighthouse Sciences Brand Ambassador will represent our company in mid and southern Ohio territories by conducting Patient Education Days (Vendor Days) in dispensaries. This requires traveling to a dispensary where we have arranged for you to set up a table in the dispensary and promote/educate the patients coming in about our products and the benefits they can experience by using them. It also involves you educating the bud tenders on the advantages of our products and how to promote them to their patient base.
Our ideal Brand Ambassador should be energetic, knowledgeable and friendly. They will be traveling through the mid and southern part of Ohio on the days we have scheduled vendor days. Currently we have 2-3 vendor days a week scheduled. We tend to schedule these for a Thursday or Friday or Saturday event but can also schedule them for any weekday. This may eventually end up being 5 days a week including nights and weekends. Our Brand Ambassador is knowledgeable about the current Ohio Medical program laws and regulations and thoroughly educated in Lighthouse Sciences innovative line of products.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain up to date knowledge of LHS products.
· Understand and follow MMCP rules and regulations
· Build and maintain relationships with dispensary managers, agents, and support staff
· Engage with people in a crowded environment
· Provide your own transportation to and from the PED days
· Maintain packaging displays and promotional materials in the waiting room/ or register room
· Ensure budtenders guides and promotional materials are in stock and up to date with our latest products
· Travel to our Eastlake facility once a month to stock up on promotional materials and learn about the latest products
Qualifications:
· 1 plus years of customer service experience
· 1 plus years of sales experience
· MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND ABLE TO PASS AN FBI LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CHECK FOR STATE CLEARANCE. Look up list of disqualifying criminal infractions for employment in Ohio Medical Cannabis program prior to application if unsure.
· Clean Driving History and Safe Driving Practices are important.
· High school diploma, or equivalent
· Possess valid Ohio driver’s license.

JOB FUNCTION
Position Summary: The Brand Ambassador is a critical role in the development of account-based marketing and sales plans and creating meaningful relationships with key dispensary accounts for GMF's portfolio of quality cannabis products. Duties include effectively communicating and promoting brand awareness to clients through pop-ups and over the phone. Heavy travel in state required. Act as the “face” of brand with vendors, representing the Company and its products in a positive and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with current vendors/dispensaries to plan and schedule pop-ups.
- Run/execute pop-ups throughout the state of MA multiple times per week (setting up, working, breaking down).
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to prepare for pop-ups.
- Complete reports based on information gathered at pop-ups.
- Order promotional products.
- Perform daily fulfillments of prospecting new clients.
- Maintain the organization of all client scheduling.
- Maintain appropriate levels of promotional supplies, notify inventory manager of low stock.
- Plan and develop merchandising, menu placement, and visibility strategies for each unique retail account.
- Collaborate with customers to create attractive sales floor displays and make sure that our product is prominently displayed.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED

As a Cannabis Brand Ambassador with Dr. Greenthumb's & Insane Cannabis, you will be the face of the brand at various events in the field and in-store with key retail partners. You will build relationships with key strategic partners, provide sampling and product demonstrations to consumers and engage budtenders (BT) by way of education and sampling our client's products. In this role, you will largely be responsible for encouraging the growth of brand awareness and trial.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- MUST be available Saturday and Sunday
- Be a product & brand expert, passionate about sharing info on cannabis & its benefits.
- Drive brand awareness via 1 -on -1 conversation with consumers
- Build & activate relationships with key opinion leaders (retail, culture, and more).
- Increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, ultimately driving in -store sales.
- Excellent reporting & ongoing communication with Operations Coordinator and Head of Operations to stay informed & share learnings & best practices.
- Conduct in-store demos, as assigned by your Account Executive.
- Create a unique patient experience within a modular footprint to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty.
- Communicate facts regarding proper dosing, nutrition, and key functions and benefits of cannabis.
- Provide samples and gift branded swag to interested patients.
- Track all activity and consumer insights/feedback through digital recaps.
- Communicate success stories, key learnings, and other activities to your manager.
- Marketing Events: Support Marketing events (inside & outside of the retail environment) relevant to the brand.

· Develop trade incentives for in store and exclusive events.
· Ensure all needed supplies (product and swag) arrive in time for all store training, demos and other events.
· Assist Sales team with identifying new sales leads and opportunities.
· Engage with consumers at retailers to enable their informed buying decisions and grow brand loyalty through a positive personal human experience.
· Represent the brand at in store activations, staff training and large scale events.
· Assist in building scalable programs that can be activated at dispensaries, festivals and other events.
· Consult with the sales team on future opportunities and event planning, including new events and improving upon existing events.
· Support during events, vendor management, load-in/load-out and event recaps
· Provide samples and gift branded swag to key account reps, influencers, and consumers.
· Track all activity and consumer insights/feedback through digital recaps.
· Be the eyes and ears of our brands from the field, reporting observations regarding retail accounts as well as competitor activity.
· Manage storage and organization of assets.
· Manage sales analytics with custom software from demos.
· Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and report progress and feedback to the Territory Manager.
· Make recommendations to retailers to improve promotional activities and ensure brand integrity.
Requirements:
· At least two years of sales experience and/or knowledge of the cannabis industry or CPG industry.
· A deep-rooted understanding of the relevant market and surrounding area.
· Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including working some weekdays, evenings and weekends.
· Must have a car, driver's license and clean driving record.
· Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
· Physical Requirements: Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds. Requires standing for long periods of time.

We are looking for several experienced, established and enthusiastic Field Marketing Specialists.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage targeted key accounts list to drive market visibility and collaborations.
· Regularly schedule account visits to ensure product visibility and brand awareness.
· Build account relationships with budtenders and purchasing managers.
· Schedule in store activations (trainings + demos).
· Maintain knowledge of all brands and products in our portfolio in order to be a subject matter expert and educator.
· Develop trade incentives for in store and exclusive events.
· Ensure all needed supplies (product and swag) arrive in time for all store training, demos and other events.
· Assist Sales team with identifying new sales leads and opportunities.
· Engage with consumers at retailers to enable their informed buying decisions and grow brand loyalty through a positive personal human experience.
· Represent the brand at in store activations, staff training and large scale events.
· Assist in building scalable programs that can be activated at dispensaries, festivals and other events.
· Consult with the sales team on future opportunities and event planning, including new events and improving upon existing events.
· Support during events, vendor management, load-in/load-out and event recaps
· Provide samples and gift branded swag to key account reps, influencers, and consumers.
· Track all activity and consumer insights/feedback through digital recaps.
· Be the eyes and ears of our brands from the field, reporting observations regarding retail accounts as well as competitor activity.
· Manage storage and organization of assets.
· Manage sales analytics with custom software from demos.
· Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and report progress and feedback to the Territory Manager.
· Make recommendations to retailers to improve promotional activities and ensure brand integrity.
Requirements:
· At least two years of sales experience and/or knowledge of the cannabis industry or CPG industry.
· A deep-rooted understanding of the relevant market and surrounding area.
· Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including working some weekdays, evenings and weekends.
· Must have a car, driver's license and clean driving record.
· Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
· Physical Requirements: Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds. Requires standing for long periods of time.
· Must be 21+ years of age.
· The ability to positively engage the public, representing the brand in a highly positive manner.
· Access to a personal smartphone for schedule updates, photo capturing, and emails. Computer will be provided.

The Brand Ambassador position will work directly with the sales team to help create brand awareness by customer interactions, in person, as well as utilizing different social media platforms.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to conduct captivating, in-store and event demonstrations confidently in assigned locations to achieve specified sales goals. Drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Set up, break down, product preparation and sampling during in-store selling events
- Actively draw in customers to the event table and drive sales
- Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase sales
- Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times
- Offer promotional materials to customers, when applicable
- Gather feedback and make suggestions based to improve the program
- Be a credible product and brand expert by educating consumers on the benefits of Higher Cultures’ product(s)
- Secure and transport product and marketing materials to and from accounts
- Maintain working knowledge of our product(s) in order to be a subject matter expert

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize your vehicle with a company-provided car allowance
- Manage and schedule your daily, weekly, and monthly customer visits, while assuring that the projected number of customer contacts per day is met.

- Represent the company, brand, and team in accordance with our mission, goals, and objectives
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our current and developing products, brand position, and the Portland market
- Maintain a schedule, set up, and work in-store pop-ups/vendor days at dispensaries one day per week (approx 5 per week)
- Distribute product sample packs to shops, educate shop staff on product types and specifics of samples in sample box
- Track all activities in Leaflink CRM
- Keep track of all changing management and contacts for all accounts

Cannabis Intern Project Brand Ambassadors are our team of employees who represent and promote our company's brands and services to various audiences. The positive in-person interactions are intended to boost brand awareness, increase consumer education and to help facilitate new customers. This is a fun, interactive position for people who can facilitate the following:
- Serves as a spokesperson and the face of Cannabis Intern Project.
- As a Brand Ambassador for Cannabis Intern Project, you will work directly with our sales team to help achieve brand awareness by interacting with customers, performing vendor events, and building relationships with licensed cannabis businesses.
- The Brand Ambassador is responsible for executing the brand awareness for the company. This includes scheduling and executing in-person demos, acting as the public facing representative of our brand, and is highly visible at promotional and special events.
- Interacts with customers and conducts vendor events
- Help attract new customers and drive brand awareness
- Must have a fun, positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction as you will be interacting with existing and potential customers
- Set up, and break down of vendor day equipment such as event tables and pop-up banners
- Distribute marketing material such as flyers, brochures and branded swag
