JOB PURPOSE:
The Lead Budtender provides an exceptional customer experience and educates customers or patients on cannabis products. Serves as a resource for employees, customers, and patients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with training and mentoring employees
- Assists with ensuring that processes and procedures are compliant to internal policies and standards as well as local and state regulations
- Assists with the intake of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management
- Greets and checks in customers and patients
- Engages with patients and customers to understand their wellness needs and recommends products

- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the store including organizing products and inventory, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Performs sales transactions including cash handling, using POS system, and compliantly packaging and labeling products

- Assists with securing and organizing all patient files

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
- 6 months of cannabis industry experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Must hold or obtain a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge
- Strong verbal communication skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all store opening and closing procedures.
- Responsible for all cash handling procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Must have reliable transportation.

Description:
The Free Agency is looking for qualified and experienced Brand Ambassadors to help support a pop-up/demo informational program at dispensaries throughout the state of Michigan. Ambassadors should be highly motivated, outgoing, friendly, and have an interest in the cannabis industry and be cannabis consumers. Work Schedule:

Our Vail location is looking for a motivated and sales driven Lead Budtender to join the team! JOB PURPOSE:
Assist Manager in all managerial duties and responsibilities. This is a training position, and the Lead
Budtender should be able to perform tasks to advance, including supervise the daily operations of company

following duties: knowledge of and compliance with laws, ordering, MED paperwork, sales, cash handling
