JOB SUMMARY
Transport employees to/from an off site employee parking lot and the Stamford Fine Fettle location using a company provided vehicle. It is roughly 15 minutes round trip, probably 5 or 6 times daily, with stops in between to pick up lunches, etc.
- Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip.
- Park vehicle in designated location when not in use. Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
- Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle, and refuel as necessary.
- Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs.
- Document all vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- No moving violations and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past two years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past five years.

Overview
iAnthus Capital Management is a multi-state cannabis operator in the US with over 900 employees across eight states. It was the first cannabis company to go public and raise capital in Canada. We are looking for an experienced Benefits Administrator to join our team. This role will support the end-to-end administration of our benefits programs, manage the EDI implementation with our HRIS system and our carriers, and provide excellent customer service to our employees. Note that this is a 5-month contract position. The emphasis during the five-month contract period will be on benefits administration before, during, and after open enrollment. This position is remote, but be able to attend onsite meetings in NYC once a month and can reside in NY, NJ, PA or CT.
Responsibilities:
- Manage EDI implementation between HRIS system with carriers
- Act as project lead between HRIS system, third party EDI company, and the carriers
- Assist with benefits queries.
- Coordinate daily benefits processing, including new hire enrollments, life events, and terminations and make manual updates until EDI file feed is active.
- Audit WURK payroll system prior to OE with new plan year information
- Help coordinate and manage Open Enrollment by supporting HR team with open tasks and follow up items.
- Provide outstanding customer service for escalated employee benefit inquiries related to OE.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
We are looking for someone who has previous benefits administration experience, with a passion for customer service and knows their way around a spreadsheet.
Qualifications:

- General knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefits programs, including the ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, workers' compensation, Medicare, COBRA, and Social Security and DOL requirements.
- Able to learn quickly and apply knowledge to problem solve.
Compensation:
- $1,500 a week, 40 hours a week
- $1,000 for successful open enrollment (to be paid out around 1/27/2023)

Position Overview:
Fine Fettle Dispensary is looking for a Dispensary Staff Pharmacist with a passion for the medical marijuana industry to join our team. The applicant must be results driven, highly motivated, and share our values in providing excellent and positive, professional service to our medical marijuana patients.
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee a team who is passionate about medical marijuana and the service they provide.
- Open and close dispensary and oversee staff pursuant to company policies and operating procedures.
- Provide a warm reception for all staff, visitors and incoming patients and ensure that processes for greeting, registering, conducting new patient orientations and informing individuals of the rules and regulations are followed
- Coordinate with security to ensure that all protocols regarding patient flow through the dispensary are being followed
- Provide/Oversee patient consultations to assist patients in selecting the appropriate medical marijuana product that is based on patient diagnosis and lifestyle.

The Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking a General Manager (GM) to oversee all aspects of our store’s retail operations. The GM will manage and supervise the store’s retail staff to ensure that store operations run smoothly and are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. The GM will be chiefly responsible for ensuring that the store is achieving its highest priority goals, maximizing operational productivity, and maintaining excellent culture and employee morale.
The ideal person for this role has extensive experience managing teams in fast-paced, high traffic retail environments. Success in this role requires a combination of leadership and management skills, mobilizing teams to maximize productivity in day-to-day operations while managing them at a high enough level to not get spread thin in the details. The most effective candidates in this role will also be constantly assessing the effectiveness of store operations and correcting faults to drive process improvement.

- Must be 18 years old and pass criminal background check.

The Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking a Sales Floor Manager to manage all operations on the sales floor of the dispensary. The Sales Floor Manager will act effectively as the sales floor’s General Manager, supervising employees and overseeing the customer experience. This includes managing employee breaks, building workflow, and ensuring that customers get the best possible experience when they come into a Fine Fettle dispensary.
The ideal person for this role has experience in managing employees in customer-facing retail positions. Success in this role will require excellent interpersonal skills and a high attentiveness to detail and organization. Additionally, the Sales Floor Manager must be capable of effectively delegating tasks and duties to other staff members, as well as ensure that all direct reports are sufficiently trained and performing at a high level. This person must also be capable of calming customer tensions when high and handling customer issues with grace and composure.

The Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking an Inventory Technician to assist in the dispensary’s back-of-house operations, which take place in our “vault” where we receive, record, and store all cannabis inventory. Vault operations will consist of intake and receipt of deliveries, order fulfillment, and the organized and compliant management of inventory from intake to delivery on the sales floor. The Inventory Technician will need to operate with agility and responsiveness to customer needs, facilitating the continuous fulfillment of online pre-orders and managing the flow of product from the vault to the sales floor in the event of add-on orders at the register by customers.
The ideal person for this role has experience as an inventory manager or operator. Success in this role will require you to have excellent organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, focus, and strong spatial awareness abilities. Furthermore, you will need to develop an understanding and ability to use inventory management software in the vault. Particular knowledge of cannabis inventory management is preferred but not required.

About the Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking a Front Desk Associate to assist our Front Desk Lead in running our front-of-house store operations. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for upholding the customer experience throughout the customer and patient check-in process. The Front Desk Associate is likely the first person the customer will encounter upon entering the dispensary, and therefore must exhibit great customer service when greeting incoming guests, assisting them with their inquiries or concerns, and directing them to either the sales floor or patient consultation area. In addition, the Front Desk Associate will be responsible for handling a number of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls at the front desk, managing emails, registering patients and checking in customers in compliance with the cannabis state compliance and tracking systems.
The ideal person for this role has experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing positions. Success in this role will require both strong interpersonal communication abilities and organizational skills, presenting a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors to the dispensary while simultaneously handling administrative duties with diligence and accuracy.
The Work You’ll Do:
- Greet and check-in customers and patients
- Answer phone calls and reliably provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Facilitate customer flow efficiently in and out of the front of house
- Monitor patient and customer accounts in the point of sale and cannabis tracking systems
- Assist medical patients in the process of registration and completion of necessary documentation
- Act as liaison between company and customers
- Ensure the front desk and reception area is kept clean and orderly
- Answer and address customer/patient inquiries and concerns as needed
- Execute intake forms
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in retail or hospitality is required
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Cannabis market experience preferred but not required

- Serves as a spokesperson and the face of Cannabis Intern Project.
- As a Brand Ambassador for Cannabis Intern Project, you will work directly with our sales team to help achieve brand awareness by interacting with customers, performing vendor events, and building relationships with licensed cannabis businesses.
- The Brand Ambassador is responsible for executing the brand awareness for the company. This includes scheduling and executing in-person demos, acting as the public facing representative of our brand, and is highly visible at promotional and special events.

- Must have a fun, positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction as you will be interacting with existing and potential customers

Job Mission:
*The Packaging associate is responsible for ensuring the timely manual packaging of semi-finished cannabis goods and raw materials into a finished product (consumer packaged goods), including but not limited to weighing of materials to within a .05g positive tolerance, dosing or pouring into containers, labeling multiple times and packing into shipping cases. The employee must demonstrate the ability to hand-roll Blunts and be able to adapt to various strains, styles, and types of marijuana they are working with; adjusting their technique to maintain a steady pace while maintaining quality. The employee should be knowledgeable in the use of scales, stuffing of cones, have an attention to detail while also meeting daily quotas. The employee must possess the ability to work accurately and efficiently, often needing to switch between multiple packaging assignments in order to ensure customer orders are met in a timely manner. The employee in this role must possess the ability to multitask, communicate effectively with others, and be able to produce a high volume of work under a dynamic and fast paced environment. This is an hourly, non-exempt position, reporting to the Production Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Execute daily packaging and Pre-Roll assignments within a given target
- Execute on-time delivery of Customer orders
- Ensure a high level of precision when measuring and pouring product when executing the Company prescribed process
- Communicate effectively with peers and supervisor
- Ensure the highest level of integrity to avoid product loss and maintain a professional work environment
- Complete repetitive tasks to meet daily quotas while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Provide timely feedback and/or suggestions for continuous process improvement

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

- 1-3 years in packaging experience; ideally in a cannabis manufacturing or distribution role
