Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and reporting all essential manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Manager leads the company’s overall extraction, infusion, processing setup, staffing, equipment purchasing, processing protocols, strategy, and day-to-day production. General Duties (Not Exhaustive of all Duties)
- Coordinate all aspects of the manufacturing process, from product preparation, extraction, infusion, packaging, labeling, maintenance, and inventory.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures for all manufacturing processes, material and product handling, labeling, tracking, and quality control.
- Set department goals around efficiencies, yields, and production costs.
- Understand the function, assembly, and operation of each manufacturing machine onsite.
- Ensures consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Manufacturing Technicians to follow the standard procedures of the company and local and state regulations.
- Organize and oversee all duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility.
- Ensure all batch production records and labels are created following State and local standards and correctly tracked in METRC.
- Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with standards and internal company specifications.
- Coordinate with local, State-approved laboratories to perform regular and required testing of manufactured products.
- Document all lab results necessary for State regulatory compliance.
- Obtain and maintain inventory of materials and equipment supplies.
- Develop programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards of raw materials, chemical intermediates, and products.
- Draft and present quarterly reports on new and cutting-edge extraction techniques and technologies to the Board of Directors

- Receive and organize inventory of raw biomass material.
- Manage Raw Material Intake Calendar.
- Manage the blend selection of raw biomass material.
- Manage the troubleshooting of equipment, processes, and material flaws.
- Ensure product diversity through proper production scheduling.
- Schedule Manufacturing Technicians as needed.
- Ensure that all staff is wearing required protective equipment and properly handling all substances.
- Schedule of third-party providers to maintain and fix equipment.
- Conduct and document safe disposal of post-extracted material.
- Develop and maintain a Preventive Maintenance (PM) calendar.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate production schedule with Procurement and Sales Managers to ensure availability and prevent product stagnation.
- Cooperate with the Compliance Manager to conduct periodic reviews of procedures and operations.
- Consult with the Safety Manager to ensure proper safety protocols are established and followed in the Standard Procedures and daily operations.
- Keep office area tidy to maintain a functional work environment
- Work with team members to develop, learn, and implement new systems
- Cooperate with the Safety Manager to ensure a safe work environment by participating in safety programs and training and conducting laboratory safety audits.
Technology and Other Requirements:
- Complete knowledge of cannabis products manufacturing machinery and technology, including extractions, infusion, and cartridge production.
- Must be highly functional on a modern PC.
- Proficient in Word and Excel, 2015 or newer.
- Able to type 50 WPM or faster.
- Proficiency with G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive), security, and sharing knowledge. Ability to manage email.
- Able to convert documents to PDF format, troubleshoot document resolution issues.
- Familiarity with network printing, scanning and sending documents, driver installation, and troubleshooting.
- Must be smartphone fluent.

- Must be at least 21 years old and pass a criminal background check.

The ideal Budtender/Customer Service Specialist will be a friendly outgoing individual who will help our customers understand, select and purchase our full offering of cannabis products, including flower, concentrates, edibles and topicals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing great customer service to each and every person who walks through our door
- Building meaningful rapport with all of our customers
- Becoming educated on every brand we carry including expected effects, benefits, selling points, and more
- Answering any questions our customers have in a friendly, professional and patient manner
- Getting to know the customer and their specific needs in order to help them select the best possible products for their unique needs
- Ringing up customer orders and accepting payment accurately every time
- Educating first-time cannabis consumers to the category and the products in a caring and compassionate manner with strong attention to their tolerance and expectations
- Helping maintain cleanliness of the store
- Stocking and restocking products as needed
- Following compliance guidelines and regulations
- Answering phone calls as needed and maintaining proper phone etiquette at all times
- Following all retail procedures including but not limited to, check in, check out, sales, and more
- Communicating clearly with the store managers and other members of the Traditional team
- Being a positive representation of The Traditional brand at all times

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The Accountant will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate generation of financial records. He or she should have strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently, proactively, and independently. The Retail Floor Lead contributes to the success of our retail business by inspiring customers on all points of their cannabis journey. This role supports the Retail General Manager (GM) in the achievement of sales goals and directs daily store operations as Manager on Duty (MOD). The Retail Floor Lead reports to the Retail General Manager and Director of Retail.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Models and holds employees accountable to customer service standards.
- Contributes to an environment where employees are informed and capable by supporting training for all employees.
- Models and ensures all Traditional policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are communicated effectively to employees, maintained and consistently followed.
- Works as a part of a high-performing team to achieve store’s sales plan. Supports sales driving initiatives, creates daily agendas and directs selling activities as (MOD).
- Provides coaching in the moment and performance feedback to employees and communicates performance issues directly to the General Manager or Sales Floor Manager.
- Directs employees to ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise presentations, and ensures selling floor is adequately stocked according to visual standards.
- Stays informed by maintaining product knowledge, accesses available training and seeks out additional resources when necessary.
- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills with employees, customers, field management and corporate office.
- Ensures adherence to applicable wage and hour laws. Accurately records time worked according to Traditional policy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Ability to open and close the store not limited to; counting cash, writing break schedules, assigning registers, intaking deliveries and dealing with vendors.

- Ability to operate a computer, POS system, keyboards, merchandise scanners and mouse in order to accomplish work.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years of retail sales and customer service experience. Prior cannabis preferred.
- 2-3 years of retail supervisory/leadership experience, prior cannabis preferred.
- Experience counting and organizing money.
- Proficient in learning new POS Systems.
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel).

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the Production Manager and Leads to package dried cannabis product appropriately. Fulfilling daily and weekly objectives that have been instructed and trained by leadership, such as, packaging pre-pack flower, creating and packaging pre-rolls, confirming the accuracy of the packaging, and assisting with order fulfillment for product exporting.
- Safely operating equipment and machinery to package dried cannabis product as instructed and trained. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and machinery to sustain longevity and performance.
- Executing objectives to achieve desired quality and consistently throughout assignment.
- Organization and reporting data accurately. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of product.
- Keep daily logs on Inventory used and or damaged.
- Properly achieving packaging objectives to maintain quotas based on instruction from leadership. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Production department.
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
- Be prepared to change technique and instruction based on variables and strain attributes.

- Maintain a food grade safe and organized work environment.

About the Position:
Reporting to the Director of Retail Operations, the Retail Store General Manager responsible for every aspect of store operation, achieving sales plans, conducting hiring and training of all associates, scheduling, managing and motivating their team, and ensuring customer service standards are achieved.
Responsibilities include:
· Sales, Service, and Merchandising Requirements.
· Meet or exceed the expectations based on the Retail Performance Indicator Ratings
· Coordinate sales incentive programs, SPIFF’s, and daily/monthly/weekly goal achievement.
· Train and supervise Assistant Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates when on the selling floor.
· Supervise and motivate all associates to drive sales.
· Address all customer service issues as needed.
· Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example when assisting clients.
· Maintain appearance standards of the sales floor by keeping it stocked, organized and merchandised.
