Our Cannabis Trimmers/Packagers will work out of our warehouse location in Rock Hill (St. Louis, MO 63144). Full-time employees will receive medical benefits and paid time off. The schedule would start as Monday-Friday ~7:30am-4pm. Starting pay rate of $13/hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities of Cannabis Trimmer/Packager:
- Efficiently processes flowers during the post-production phase:
- Preparing and trimming in a quick, precise, and dexterous manner
- Maintaining high quality appearance and structural integrity of the cannabis plant
- Ensuring the least amount of waste possible is produced
- Assisting in the product transferring into the dry room
- Weighing out product accurately to prepare for packaging
- Recording data in all necessary software platforms
- Working as part of a team to meet production schedules
- Assisting in the packaging process as required.
- Ensures assigned facility area is clean and safe:
- Maintaining a clean workspace to prevent cross-contamination
- Ensuring equipment is cleaned and maintained
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements for Cannabis Trimmer/Packager:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High diploma or GED
- Passion for medical cannabis
- Strong preference for fast trimmers with experience trimming large volumes in a professional setting
- Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date, which includes submitting fingerprints and passing criminal background check
- Effective time-management skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Preferred, but not required:
- Horticultural degree
- Previous professional experience trimming cannabis
- Gardening production experience, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption

Our Part-Time Brand Ambassador, based in St. Louis, MO, will increase our brand recognition and loyalty through in-person marketing initiatives in their assigned territory. Starting pay for this position is $15/hr, and the schedule includes some evenings and weekends.
Their Responsibilities will include:
- Increasing brand awareness, loyalty, and sales in assigned territory
- Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team to research and analyze assigned markets to understand customer trends and competitor activity;
- Building a localized plan to increase brand awareness and product consumption;
- Identifying distribution opportunities around target campuses;
- Articulating the company mission, vision, and goals to the assigned market;
- Educating potential customers and dispensaries about the company products in assigned territory;
- Becoming the local face of the brand through networking and targeted events;
- Building rapport with customers and vendors;
- Assisting the local sales team to ensure distribution and visibility in retail dispensaries close to target campuses;
- Developing relationships with campus influencers to build brand loyalty among a variety

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or currently enrolled in such a program;
- Experience in marketing/promotions of consumer-packaged goods, or an internship interacting with consumers of packaged goods; including retail sales and customer service experience;
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment;

Our Full-Time Budtender (Cannabis Patient Care Specialist) will work out of our location in Warrenton, MO. This full-time opportunity will start at $15/hour plus tips, working approximately 40 hours a week with the schedule to include weekends and possible evening shifts during the week.
Responsibilities for Full-Time Budtender/Cannabis Patient Care Specialist:
Delivers an exceptional patient experience including, but not limited to:
- Creating a positive, memorable experience for every Proper Cannabis patient;
- Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of every patient;
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all dispensary products and medicinal qualities;
- Inquiring about any potential issues the patients might be experiencing;
- Educating patients on a variety of available products that may achieve their desired outcome;
- Tailoring product recommendations to meet the patient’s needs in compliance with state law;
- Answering any questions the patients may have related to dispensary products;
- Eliciting feedback from returning patients to further customize recommendations;
- Serving as a brand ambassador;
- Backing up team members as necessary;
- Maintaining patient flow;
- Maintaining patient confidentiality.
Processes dispensary sales efficiently and accurately including, but not limited to:
- Entering sales orders into the POS system;

Responsibilities:
- Assists the Store Manager in the day to day operations of the dispensary location, including but not limited to:
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to implement and manage company and dispensary best practices, policies, and procedures;
- Partnering with the store manager to ensure that all financial and operational goals are achieved and supported by the staff;
- Ensuring that all management, inventory, purchasing, and financial reports are up to date, accurate and readily accessible;
- Assisting with all POS, inventory, and security system audits to ensure the dispensary is in full compliance with state regulations;

- Collaborating with the Store Manager to implement and manage company and dispensary best practices, policies, and procedures;
- Partnering with the store manager to ensure that all financial and operational goals are achieved and supported by the staff;
- Ensuring that all management, inventory, purchasing, and financial reports are up to date, accurate and readily accessible;
- Assisting with all POS, inventory, and security system audits to ensure the dispensary is in full compliance with state regulations;
- Performing daily counts of all cannabis and cannabis related products in the dispensary;
- Assisting in the oversight of the dispensary’s compliance with local and state regulations;
- Receiving orders and deliveries and recording quantities and timing;
- Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are followed by all team members and patients;
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of all store vendors, products, strains, and industry trends.
- Assists in the management the dispensary team, including patient care specialists (budtenders). including but not limited to:
- Serving as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies, procedures, industry news and changes in regulations;
- Preparing weekly employee time records for payroll;
- Coaching and developing managers and team members
- Motivating the dispensary team to meet performance targets;
- Responding to all dispensary team questions, concerns, and suggestions;
- Taking action when necessary to resolve team conflicts, in collaboration with Management and Human Resources when necessary;
- Assisting in the hiring for open positions and recommending employee terminations.
- Assists in the oversight of customer relations and patient care, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of every patient;
- Providing superior customer service to both vendors and patients;
- Responding to all customer complaints, requests, concerns, and suggestions;
- Taking action to resolve conflicts when necessary;
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store;

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Budtender (Cannabis Patient Care Specialist) to join us on our journey to transform our bold ambitions for the Missouri medical cannabis market into a reality.
Our Part-Time Budtender (Cannabis Patient Care Specialist) will work out of our location in Warrenton, MO. This part-time opportunity will start at $15/hour, working approximately 20 hours a week with the schedule to include weekends and possible evening shifts during the week.
Responsibilities for Part-Time Budtender/Cannabis Patient Care Specialist:
Delivers an exceptional patient experience including, but not limited to:
- Creating a positive, memorable experience for every Proper Cannabis patient;
- Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of every patient;
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all dispensary products and medicinal qualities;
- Inquiring about any potential issues the patients might be experiencing;
- Educating patients on a variety of available products that may achieve their desired outcome;
- Tailoring product recommendations to meet the patient’s needs in compliance with state law;
- Answering any questions the patients may have related to dispensary products;
- Eliciting feedback from returning patients to further customize recommendations;
- Serving as a brand ambassador;
- Backing up team members as necessary;
- Maintaining patient flow;
- Maintaining patient confidentiality.
Processes dispensary sales efficiently and accurately including, but not limited to:
- Entering sales orders into the POS system;
- Maintaining an accurate cash count in assigned drawer;
- Processing patient payments and dispensing change;
- Updating sales and inventory records accurately;
Completes administrative duties including, but not limited to:
- Attending team meetings;
- Collaborating with dispensary staff during times of peak business volume, as directed;
- Performing assigned dispensary side job or jobs;
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary, ensuring adherence to hygiene and sanitation guidelines;
- Maintaining professional, positive and effective working relationships.
Requirements for Budtender/Cannabis Patient Care Specialist:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ years in retail and guest services;
- Passion for medical cannabis
- Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Customer service oriented and team centered with a positive attitude;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to gain and maintain a thorough understanding of the medicinal implications and effects of strains including Sativa, Indica, and Hybrids.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date, which includes submitting fingerprints and passing criminal background check
Preferred, but not required:
- Familiarity with Missouri medical cannabis laws and regulations;
- 1+ years of cannabis retail experience.
Environment:
This position requires the ability to reach, bend, stoop, sit, and stand, and carry and lift up to 30lbs. The work environment is an environmentally controlled retail store. This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

We are searching for an experienced, motivated individual to join our company as a Janitor. As part of our facilities team, you will assist with daily operations, ensure inventory availability, and help maintain all equipment. You will report to the Facilities Manager as you perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance, groundskeeping, and janitorial duties. This is a physically demanding position. You must be able to stand, walk, and lift items throughout a standard shift. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, experience with plumbing and facilities maintenance, and excellent time management skills.
The Janitor responsibilities will include:
- Assist with creation of and adherence to routine cleaning schedule for common areas and restrooms for all properties.
- Attend to the grounds, maintaining a clean, well-kept appearance to entryways and outdoor areas.
- Take inventory of supplies and goods, delivering reorder requests for all properties to the Facilities Manager.
- Maintains, services, and conducts minor repairs on buildings and equipment.
- Complies with established safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements for Janitor:
- High School Diploma or GED;
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance, especially plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver’s License & Clear MV report based on company MV requirements;
- Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Effective time-management and planning skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Environment:
