General Duties & Responsibilities
· Represent company and associated brands at Colorado dispensaries & Cannabis Industry events with professionalism
· Promote in-store specials and product education
· Engage clients & end-users to create positive brand experiences
· Direct client communication and coordination to set-up promotional events
· Prepare promotional booths and communicate merchandise needs to Marketing
· Set up/tear down booth at dispensaries & industry events
· Create a detailed promotional summary for each event and deliver to the sales team in a timely matter
· Develop a thorough and complete understanding of all brands and products
· Act in accordance with MED compliance and state laws
· Take in-store promotional photographs (upon client approval) to assist marketing with social media campaigns
· Promote text sign-up and various company campaigns when applicable
· Other duties as assigned
Education / Requirements
· 1+ years brand ambassador experience working events, sales, trade shows, or similar experience
· Presentable, personable and outgoing personality that can engage with all types of personalities & demographics

Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Production Facility in West Pueblo, Colorado.
Main Purpose:
Preventing errors in manufacturing or production that lead to non-compliant products.
Quality Manager Job Duties:
- Managing regulatory testing results. Working with Production & Facility Manager, Compliance Officer and Lead Scientist to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions.
- Working with Sales Department to address customers' complaints.
- Overseeing quality control metrics, including internal testing, i.e. potency of intermediary products (HPLC).
- Assisting Production & Facility Manager with batch production record review and product release.
- Checking that raw materials (solvents, additives) involved in the production process are of suitable quality, and COAs readily available. Keeping chemical inventory up to date.
- Performing internal audits, as well as QA walk-throughs.
- Assisting Production & Facility Manager with keeping employees training records up to date.
- Inspecting production machinery and communicating with employees to make sure the production process runs smoothly. Implement data driven improvements. Keeping instruments inventory up to date.
- Writing production plans that minimize risk of mistakes during production. Suggesting improvements to company infrastructure and processes to prevent future mistakes during production.
- Update QMS, SOPs and technical training documentation. When necessary, writing new SOPs.
- Manage safety of production facility. Facilitate safety meetings and address safety regulations and concerns.
- Meeting project deadlines.
- Monitoring Seed-to-Sale Tracking
Quality Assurance Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge, Thoroughness, Communication, Planning, Project Management, Risk Assessment, Analysis, Resource Management, Product Testing, Writing, Scheduling, Computer Literacy, Organisation, Multi-tasking, Troubleshooting, Compliance.

Position Summary
The cultivation associate accepts the responsibility of working with plants in all stages of growth - reproduction, vegetative, and flowering. The cultivation associate contributions are essential to the day-to-day operations of the garden facility but providing the foundation mechanics that create a great garden.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for manicuring, cleaning, and staking of plants.
- Responsible for transplanting, pre-harvesting, and harvesting in preparation for processing.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Efficiently and effectively wash and clean pots, stakes, and other required daily items.
- Assist with daily assigned tasks in reproductive, vegetative, and flowering stages.
- Cleans vents, hoods, racking, cloners, and walls in the facility.
- Complete daily cleaning tasks thoroughly.
- Changes into clean clothing and disposes of used scrubs properly.
- Keep a clean and safe environment for all employees.
- Patience, flexibility, and discipline of routine.
- Moves soil bags for plant transplanting.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements and quotas.

Position Summary
The Packager ensures that we are at the top of industry-standard with the packaging of our goods. This position contributes to the packing of our finished goods, the aesthetics that please the end-users, and the finalization before the products get transferred into wholesale for distribution of the goods.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Packages various concentrate products in appropriate packaging materials as determined by instructions on half sheets or packaging schedule.
- Ensures all the policies are adhered to for the Packaging Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Sets up all orders prep as boxes or sleeves.
- Bundles product, if required.
- Ensures that designated units per hour (UPHs) rates are met as designated by the Production Manager.
- Bundles or stacks product in the shipping box based on customer parameters.
- Must read, understand, and interpret the half sheet noting specifics.
- Assist in other departments as requested by management.
Education / Requirements
- · High School diploma or equivalent
- · MED badge or ability to obtain from Colorado Marijuana Enforcement must be 21 years of age.
- · Strong attention to detail. Excellent math and problem-solving skills.

Position Summary
The cultivation associate accepts the responsibility of working with plants in all stages of growth - reproduction, vegetative, and flowering. The cultivation associate contributions are essential to the day-to-day operations of the garden facility but providing the foundation mechanics that create a great garden.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for manicuring, cleaning, and staking of plants.
- Responsible for transplanting, pre-harvesting, and harvesting in preparation for processing.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Efficiently and effectively wash and clean pots, stakes, and other required daily items.
- Assist with daily assigned tasks in reproductive, vegetative, and flowering stages.
- Cleans vents, hoods, racking, cloners, and walls in the facility.
- Complete daily cleaning tasks thoroughly.
- Changes into clean clothing and disposes of used scrubs properly.
- Keep a clean and safe environment for all employees.
- Patience, flexibility, and discipline of routine.
- Moves soil bags for plant transplanting.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements and quotas.
- Other essential duties as assigned
Education / Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Must have MED badge
- 1+ years of experience in the Cannabis industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with all stages of plant growth (preferred)
- General knowledge of MMJ and plants (preferred)
- Must have a strong work ethic, can-do, and team player mentality.
Physical Activity and Work Environment
- Requires sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, using hands/fingers to feel or handle items and other basic physical movements (reaching or pulling with arms/hands, balancing, crawling, crouching, etc.)
- Ability to move/lift items weighing 25 lbs. or more
- Must have good vision
- Must be comfortable working indoors in an office environment
- Comfortable with heights
- Work in wet/humid/cold/hot conditions unrelated to weather'

Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Production Facility in West Pueblo, Colorado.
Main Purpose:
Preventing errors in manufacturing or production that lead to non-compliant products.
Quality Manager Job Duties:
- Managing regulatory testing results. Working with Facility Manager, Compliance Director and Lead Scientist to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions.
- Working with Sales Department to address customers complains.
- Overseeing quality control metrics, including internal testing, i.e. potency of intermediary products (HPLC).
- Assisting Facility Manager with batch production record review and product release.
- Checking that raw materials (solvents, additives) involved in the production process are of suitable quality, and COAs readily available. Keeping chemical inventory up to date.
- Performing internal audits, as well as QA walk-throughs.
- Assisting Facility Manager with keeping employees training records up to date.
- Inspecting production machinery and communicating with employees to make sure the production process runs smoothly. Implement data driven improvements. Keeping instruments inventory up to date.
- Writing production plans that minimize risk of mistakes during production. Suggesting improvements to company infrastructure and processes to prevent future mistakes during production.
- Update QMS, SOPs and technical training documentation. When necessary, writing new SOPs.
- Manage safety of production facility. Facilitate safety meetings and address safety regulations and concerns.
- Meeting project deadlines.
- Monitoring Seed-to-Sale Tracking
Quality Assurance Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge, Thoroughness, Communication, Planning, Project Management, Risk Assessment, Analysis, Resource Management, Product Testing, Writing, Scheduling, Computer Literacy, Organisation, Multi-tasking, Troubleshooting, Compliance.
Minimal Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and one-year experience as Quality Manager. Previous experience in the Cannabis/Hemp industry is preferred but not required. HPLC (Agilent 1100) experience is a plus.
