Job Summary:
The Substance Use Disorder Nurse position is a nurse with a valid Washington State license as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse, providing treatment to individuals with substance use disorder seeking treatment services. Treatment includes but is not limited to medication dispensing/administration, intake, assessment, evaluation, admission, triage, medication induction, stabilization, teaching and monitoring.
Locations of this position may include NorthStar clinic, Clark County Jail, and other locations as directed by the Medical Director and/or Director of Nursing.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inventory/safe counting and proper documentation of used/unused medication;
- Safe and efficient dispensing of buprenorphine and methadone. Including pipette dispensing as needed when computers are down;
- Maintain all paperwork/charting requirements as established by laws or agency by use of the certified electronic health record system;
- Complete admission paperwork for all new/courtesy dosing clients and enter orders from physician correctly and in a timely manner;
- Utilizes sound clinical judgement and the nursing process for assessment/triaging of client conditions;
- Ensure the use of Evidence-Based (EBP) for all screening, assessment, and interventions;
- Assist and comply with all policies and procedures to prevent diversion;
- UA and breathalyze clients as necessary;
- Monitor tuberculosis testing for all clients and assist with making referrals as necessary;
- Serve clients in a culturally competent, client-centered manner and ensure activities adhere to Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS);
- Frequent fast paced and challenging situations. Potential for occasional exposure to conflict and/or aggressive behavior;
- An occupational exposure to human blood, blood products or otherwise potentially infectious materials;

Job Summary:
The Substance Use Disorder Nurse position is a nurse with a valid Washington State license as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse, providing treatment to individuals with substance use disorder seeking treatment services. Treatment includes but is not limited to medication dispensing/administration, intake, assessment, evaluation, admission, triage, medication induction, stabilization, teaching and monitoring.
Locations of this position may include NorthStar clinic, Clark County Jail, and other locations as directed by the Medical Director and/or Director of Nursing.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inventory/safe counting and proper documentation of used/unused medication;
- Safe and efficient dispensing of buprenorphine and methadone. Including pipette dispensing as needed when computers are down;
- Maintain all paperwork/charting requirements as established by laws or agency by use of the certified electronic health record system;
- Complete admission paperwork for all new/courtesy dosing clients and enter orders from physician correctly and in a timely manner;
- Utilizes sound clinical judgement and the nursing process for assessment/triaging of client conditions;
- Ensure the use of Evidence-Based (EBP) for all screening, assessment, and interventions;
- Assist and comply with all policies and procedures to prevent diversion;
- UA and breathalyze clients as necessary;
- Monitor tuberculosis testing for all clients and assist with making referrals as necessary;

Job Summary:

Master Planner/Scheduler
RollPros is currently looking for an experienced Master Planner/Scheduler to support the production of automated machinery used in the cannabis industry. This person will work closely with our Manufacturing and Procurement team to forecast and create business plans around sourcing materials for our manufacturing line. Job Summary:
The Substance Use Disorder Nurse position is a nurse with a valid Washington State license as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse, providing treatment to individuals with substance use disorder seeking treatment services. Treatment includes but is not limited to medication dispensing/administration, intake, assessment, evaluation, admission, triage, medication induction, stabilization, teaching and monitoring.
Locations of this position may include NorthStar clinic, Clark County Jail, and other locations as directed by the Medical Director and/or Director of Nursing.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inventory/safe counting and proper documentation of used/unused medication;
- Safe and efficient dispensing of buprenorphine and methadone. Including pipette dispensing as needed when computers are down;
- Maintain all paperwork/charting requirements as established by laws or agency by use of the certified electronic health record system;
- Complete admission paperwork for all new/courtesy dosing clients and enter orders from physician correctly and in a timely manner;

Production Associate
Position Description :
The Production Associate is responsible for efficiently performing quality trimming and packaging to prepare marijuana plants for sale. They must de-fan plants, precisely weigh and record them, trim off sticks when the cannabis dries, and sustain cleanliness and organization of their work area. Additionally, they maintain the quality of the plants and ensure a high level of cleanliness. Production Associates are expected to work with integrity and honesty while being resourceful and ready to work as a part of a team or independently. He / She should demonstrate incredible attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Production Associate is also responsible for the packaging of products. He / She must pay great attention to detail, and pick up on processes quickly. Among other duties, this position packages small products quickly on an assembly line. While packaging, Production Associates must be nimble workers who can work in a fast-paced environment. Employees must be excellent at executing and completing tasks. Quality control and package inspection is also a critical task of this position as well as working well in a team environment.
Primary Responsibilities: Trimming
- Breakdown flowers off of stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from usable product.
- Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch.
- Trim cannabis to meet company aesthetics, producing the highest quality product efficiently.
- After the breakdown of the plant, employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower.
- Employee must account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves to “waste” for proper tracking.
- Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are trimming; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
- Employee must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing the highest quality product.
- Trim staff is responsible for clean-up, disinfection of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day. This also includes light janitorial tasks.
- Employee must maintain quality standards, flower integrity and adapt to various strains/techniques.
Primary Responsibilities: Packaging
- Prepare products for final packaging as specified.
- Place labels on appropriate bottles and lids as specified.
- Package products in appropriate packages with required labels placed correctly.
- Employees must meet established packaging timelines.

-Perform sterile microbial preparation, plating, and interpretation of results

Job description
Established cannabis analytical laboratory is looking for a Scientific/Laboratory Director to join our team.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with a positive and friendly attitude. This position will require someone who is a team player, professional, and comfortable working around cannabis. The Scientific Director is responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our lab and lab staff to ensure accurate and timely test results to our clients. The Scientific Director will apply his or her experience working with GCMS (Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry) and LC (Liquid Chromatography) , microbiological analysis, and other chemistry methods to perform required tests while implementing and enforcing G.O.A.T. Labs standard operating procedures and quality assurance manual. The Scientific Director will meet regulatory and quality system requirements. Advises subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Implements and improves quality management programs and procedures. The Scientific Director will be responsible for ensuring that results and data meet established protocols, reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy, while maintaining the quality manual, and will have ownership of in-house SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and document control responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Certify compliance with internal SOPs and quality systems
- Verify that test orders are completed in an accurate and in a timely manner
- Review and Release of finished client reports
- Perform internal audits of quality systems and SOPs
- Drive quality systems improvements by coordinating investigations and corrective actions with all applicable operating units
- Implement and develop quality control functions for all laboratory processes
- Evaluate current operational practices and recommend process improvements to ensure continued compliance to regulatory requirements and industry expectations
- Authoring and revision of SOPs
- Ownership of training documentation and DOCs (Determination of Capability) for laboratory employees, Direct laboratory workflow and set priorities for daily functioning
- Direct the technical personnel and scientific methods of the laboratory
- Develop analytical methods for chemistry-based, genetic, and microbiological and pesticide assays
- Ensure that the testing laboratory achieves, maintains, and improves as needed quality standards and appropriate laboratory accreditation.
- Offer consulting services as appropriate, including those for lab side hires
- Ensure that personnel are properly trained in quality procedures, operating procedures (SOP's) and instrumentation and equipment specific requirements.
- Compile and prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends, and appropriate recommendations or conclusions as requested by executive management
- Maintain instrumentation and equipment and supply inventory, recommend purchases.
- Assist in formulating and implementing the short and long-range goals for laboratory; set priorities, assign responsibilities, and establish timetables
- Project future needs and formulate strategies consistent with projections.
- Plan and schedule work for the group to ensure proper distribution of assignments as well as adequate manning, space, and facilities for subsequent performance of duties.
- Represent the laboratory in technical interactions with the customer base and other labs
- Consult with clients and government regulators
- Coordinate with Administrative team to proactively respond to customer complaints and inquiries
- Implement solutions to quality problems through inspections, investigations, and audits
- Maintain quality checks on safety of laboratory, including biohazards and insure appropriate maintenance of the facility
- Encourage project/process designs that simplify compliance with quality requirements
- Comply with record keeping requirements

- Schedule safety training for new lab users and retraining for lab users who need refresher training to include instrumentation and equipment training, safety training and/or lab safety plan reviews and ensure the training has been documented
- Guarantee that the laboratory is cleaned/sanitized and kept in an orderly manner
- Confirms all instrumentation and equipment is functioning properly and when Instrumentation and equipment is found to need maintenance/repair, the appropriate party shall be contacted for needed repair
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the chemical or microbiological sciences from a college or university accredited by a national or regional certifying authority with a minimum of six years of post-education laboratory experience
- Master's degree in the chemical or microbiological sciences from a college or university accredited by a national or regional certifying authority with a minimum of four years of post-education laboratory experience
- PHD in the chemical or microbiological sciences from a college or university accredited by a national or regional certifying authority with a minimum of two years of post-education laboratory experience
- Experience with the following instrumentation: HPLC, GCMS-Headspace
- Microbiological experience (plating, e.coli, salmonella)
- Mycotoxin experience (ELISA)
- Familiar with the local regulatory requirements specific to the lab and ensures compliance within those standards
- Broad knowledge of cannabis
- Demonstrate leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and drive employees to meet demands
- Experience in evaluating/troubleshoot processes, instrumentation and/or equipment failures

CANNABIS RETAIL POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Budtender positions available at 2 Clark County locations: Full & Part time
MUST be 21+ and have valid ID to apply and work in industry
Looking to fill several positions at each location: Must be willing and expect to work nights and weekends as main shifts. Must be available for all shifts as needed.
Requirements:Customer Service / Retail experience preferred.Verifiable past work history.Ability to pass background check.Ability to cover extra shifts as needed.Dependability: able to report to work on time as scheduledCannabis experience a plus
