The Role: As a Cultivation Tech, you will be an integral part of our grow team. This is a role with exceptional growth potential for the right candidate. Interested applicants can learn the life cycle of the marijuana plant from cloning to harvest!

The Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Sunday. 5 days a week but schedule varies. Hours may vary depending on harvest.
Applicants Must:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- The ability to respond quickly to sounds
- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
- The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time
- The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions
- The ability to work in high CO2 environments
- The ability to use a half face respirator
- The ability to complete fine motor functions
- The ability to work in low light situations
- Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity Exposure to limited hazardous chemicals

About the position
We are seeking a rockstar software sales professional to join our growing Sales Team. Ideal candidates will have a track record of overachieving in selling technology-oriented, mid-market SaaS solutions. Strong candidates will have experience in the cannabis market, particularly the manufacturing segment.
In this role you will be responsible for actively driving the full sales lifecycle - prospecting to closing - with a high level of autonomy.
We’re seeking someone with
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with the cannabis manufacturing market, with strong contacts in the industry a huge plus
- An appetite to succeed at a startup, who is resourceful, adaptable, and motivated by the dynamic environment of a growth-stage company
- Strong listening, presentation, activity management, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and leveraging sales tools for success.
- Effectively qualify prospect needs, stakeholders, decision process, implementation timeline, financial parameters, etc.
- Regularly report on prospecting, pipeline generation and sales activities
- Something about being competitive and “do whatever it takes” attitude to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Research accounts in depth, identify key targets and generate interest
- Drive the full sales lifecycle - prospecting to closing - with a high level of autonomy.
- Execute outbound phone and email campaigns to book discovery calls - Conduct discovery calls with senior level executives/stakeholders serving as the first touch-point for prospects - Clearly and succinctly articulate the Kanha value proposition
This is an opportunity for swiss-army knife hunters only, with a desire to stretch outside their comfort zone, learn and grow with potential advancement opportunities to Account Executive, Sales Engineer, Sales Operations or Customer Success.
This sales expert will aggressively sell products and has a passion for identifying, developing, and signing new commercial business. A strong candidate will be a self-motivated closer with a proven track record of success, have excellent tech skills, written and verbal communication skills, strong account management skills, a consistent work ethic, and a desire to become a key player in a fast growing business.
