Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail oriented, experienced, and sharp Senior Account Executive who strives to grow our Cannabis Sales team. You will be collaborating with the Head of Partner Success and Sales to provide account insights and strategies, promotion execution, analytical data insights around current and future retail partners and vendors. You will be leading our Field Sales and Marketing Team building and engaging with prospective clients and partners directly. Onboarding and training new staff members as we scale is a core responsibility for this role.
This is a Full-Time remote position but the individual must be located in Northern California and able to drive to San Francisco to meet with clients.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
- Provide Weekly executive summaries and reports to CEO, Head of Sales and Partner Success. Reports Must include:
- Status of Field Marketing Team Activities and coverage
- Success Rate
- Sell thru Rate for retail locations and distributors
- Wins and losses
- Feedback and Review of In-Store Customer Experience
- Insights from Sales Data to provide alternative strategies for success
- Budget review of Field Marketing Team Expenses
- Oversee the HR recruiting for the entire sales region
- Team and Administrative work review / assessment
- Weekly communication with Field Sales Team
- Maintain account retention and growth with new partnerships
- Provide targets for territory sales and strategize new growth opportunities
- Manage partnership contract review and negotiations with distributors and retail partners for pre-existing and new business won.
- Work with the Head of Sales and Account Managers to strategize promotional efforts to best align with our sales targets.
- Coordinate and train Field Marketing team on how to create the best experience for on site training and product reviews with dispensaries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
- 5+ years of experience in Sales required (Experience in Cannabis is a plus)
- Ability to parse salesforce data for actionable sales insights is required
- Team player with ambition for achieving maximal growth for a small business
- Proven ability to to work effectively cross functionally and receive feedback from executive teams.
- Excellent relationship building skills are required
- Lead generation for Dispensaries are preferred
- Occasional Travel is required

Qualifications for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
- 4+ years experience as a sourcing or production manager exclusively in fashion industry is a must
- Ability to speak and write fluently in Korean is a must (will be working very closely with suppliers / vendors in Asia especially in South Korea)
- A very well-organized professional with excellent planning skills with a high prioritization ability working on multiple projects at the same time
- Must have exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Able to work under pressure maintaining attention to detail and accurate work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to deadlines and reporting requirements

- Verify Purchase Orders/packing slips and production documents to ensure inventory accuracy upon arrival from domestic contractors/vendors
- Assist with intake and back-stock of overseas and domestic shipments
- Pick up and drop off of production to local manufacturers
- Quality checks when intaking all manufactured goods
- Pack locally manufactured goods into our branded packaging materials
- Fulfill customer orders that come in through Shopify
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse/fulfillment center environment, or similar experience
- Strong Shopify comprehension to fulfill and ship orders via USPS, UPS

This professional multitasker will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn.
