JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily posting of cash, customer billings, and expense reporting within QuickBooks.
- Verifying the accuracy of all documents received and distributed.
- Responsible for recording and processing all commissions generated on a weekly basis.
- Implement, manage, and record all activities for petty cash.
- Maintain customer master files within the sale and invoicing software.
- Maintain vendor master files within QuickBooks.
- Issue W9s and properly account for all information needed to file 1099s.
- Manage check requests process, obtain all approvals, and proper account coding for disbursements.
- Creation of journal entries for all wire transfers and ACHs.
- Maintain efficient and complete record-keeping for all accounting department files.
- Accurate chart of accounts coding for all disbursements.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation of intercompany general ledger accounts.
- Implement a process for reconciliation of all vendor statements.
- Perform accurate and timely month-end bank reconciliations for all checking accounts.
- Preparing month-end journal entries and account analyses for certain balance sheet accounts.
- Preparation of Form 8300 and submission to Internal Revenue Service for cultivation-related sales.
- Maintain good communication with operating staff to ensure proper accounting of operations (will require to travel up to 20% within California).

SKILLS & JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years' experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- QuickBooks Enterprise - Desktop Experience preferred. Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment. Good planning and organizational skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills a must. Degree in accounting.
BILINGUAL (Spanish & English) is preferred!

We are seeking an Inventory Administrator to become a part of our team! Responsible for managing accurate company and regulatory records - in addition to general administrative tasks - you are someone who would enjoy working in a fast-paced indoor agricultural environment focused on production and process. Being receptive to instruction, being curious and detail oriented, having a strong ability to communicate, and adhering to organization and workflows are qualities we would love to welcome to our team.
Ideally, you will be located in or around downtown or central Los Angeles as the job will be headquartered at an indoor cultivation facility in downtown Los Angeles and will require onsite visits to other facilities in the Los Angeles area.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and submit inventory records to METRC, the California track-and-trace system.
- Adhere to compliance, safety, and security procedures.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to attain coordinated goals.
- Help collect and report data for each department as they relate to maintaining accurate agricultural company and regulatory records.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Uphold all company SOPs and follow best practices as required by managers.
- Monitor and report on overall facility cleanliness.
- Work with managers and employees to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform agricultural inventory control and inventory audits.
- Help compile and maintain regulatory documentation databases or systems.
- Communicate and discuss changes with management.
- Research and fulfill various administrative duties as assigned.
- Inventory management and reconciliation, including daily audit check between software records and physical on hand availability of inventory.
Qualifications:
- Strong sense of urgency and efficiency.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Associates Degree preferred, but not required.
- Able to work well alone and with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the Production Manager and Leads to package dried cannabis product appropriately. Fulfilling daily and weekly objectives that have been instructed and trained by leadership, such as, packaging pre-pack flower, creating and packaging pre-rolls, confirming the accuracy of the packaging, and assisting with order fulfillment for product exporting.
- Safely operating equipment and machinery to package dried cannabis product as instructed and trained. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and machinery to sustain longevity and performance.
- Executing objectives to achieve desired quality and consistently throughout assignment.
- Organization and reporting data accurately. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of product.
- Keep daily logs on Inventory used and or damaged.
- Properly achieving packaging objectives to maintain quotas based on instruction from leadership. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Production department.
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
- Be prepared to change technique and instruction based on variables and strain attributes.
- Assist associates to achieve team goals.
- Maintain a food grade safe and organized work environment.
- Must be comfortable wearing full PPE (i.e. face mask, beard net, hair net, scrubs, etc.)

Production Associate (Packager) - Cannabis Industry.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the Production Manager and Leads to package dried cannabis product appropriately. Fulfilling daily and weekly objectives that have been instructed and trained by leadership, such as, packaging pre-pack flower, creating and packaging pre-rolls, confirming the accuracy of the packaging, and assisting with order fulfillment for product exporting.
- Safely operating equipment and machinery to package dried cannabis product as instructed and trained. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and machinery to sustain longevity and performance.
- Executing objectives to achieve desired quality and consistently throughout assignment.
- Organization and reporting data accurately. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of product.
- Keep daily logs on Inventory used and or damaged.
- Properly achieving packaging objectives to maintain quotas based on instruction from leadership. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Production department.
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
- Be prepared to change technique and instruction based on variables and strain attributes.
- Assist associates to achieve team goals.
- Maintain a food grade safe and organized work environment.
- Must be comfortable wearing full PPE (i.e. face mask, beard net, hair net, scrubs, etc.)

Job Description
- Create and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly operational and ad-hoc reports demonstrating financial performance and key business metrics.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes.

- Create and maintain daily operational and ad-hoc reports demonstrating financial performance and key business metrics
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Relevant Certifications (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus.
- 4+ years of progressive background in financial analysis preferably in an FP&A role with knowledge of GAAP accounting concepts.
- Excellent Excel and Financial Modeling Skills; forecast ownership and scenario planning skills
- Experience with Quickbooks.
- Working knowledge of business analytical tools (e.g. Tableau) .
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to interpret and present data in a compelling format to finance and non-finance audiences.
- Self-Starter and able to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SQL is a plus).

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable Brand Ambassador to join our team and provide the highest level of customer service to our customers. - Lives in finished goods room for the mornings
- Staging orders with drivers and ensuring all information is correct
- Weekly merch inventory count
- This person will be trained to be a future sales representative
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid CA Driver's License with clean DMV Record
- Be at least 21-years of age or older
- Knowledge and practical experience with inventory management procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of different cannabis products preferred
- Be proficient in reading and understanding all associated documentation such as but not limited to Itineraries, Metrc Manifests, Cash Forms and Maintenance Logs
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities

Required Skills:
- Able to lift and carry products over 30/40lbs
- Medium-High Excel Competency
- Business Majors preferred but open to any majors
Work Hours:
- 3 days a week from 10:00 AM- 5:00 PM PT
- Duration: 3 month program
- 2 breaks (10 min) & unpaid 30 minute meal break
- 20 hours per week
Pay:
- $16.00 per hour

Job Overview:
If you are interested in exploring the realm of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, this internship is for you! You will get hands-on experience with recruiting candidates, the onboarding process, and exposure to the implementation of company policies. This person will learn directly from the Manager of Human Resources, and there is a strong possibility of full-time conversion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing for potential candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Conducting screening calls for potential candidates
- Setting up in-person interviews
- Managing the time clock
- Creating badges
- Processing time off requests
- Processing payments for health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation
- Additional administrative tasks
Additional:
- Observing payroll
- Observing termination and employee relation issues
- Observing workers compensation claims
Required Skills:
