Position Summary:
A Retail Associate is responsible for educating and assisting the customer about cannabis products and regulations for Adult Use and Medical sales. Retail Associates’ main focus will be providing stellar customer service to clients needing help with making decisions on product purchases, placing orders, and checking them out. Within the first six months of employment, the Retail Associate will be eligible to train on Receptionist duties and introductory Inventory tasks. Position Summary
The IACUC Manager promotes the integrity of animal subject research by designing and determining the overall programmatic procedures and processes for the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), providing responsible oversight supervision and management of all activities related to the IACUC, serving as University point of contact for federal inspectors and accrediting agencies, investigating campus violations regarding IACUC matters, executive point of contact for complex research projects, IACUC budgetary authority, review of complex protocols for compliance with federal and other regulatory agencies, provides guidance and representation to Kuali Protocols to ensure problems or enhancements to the system are appropriately addressed.

Position Summary:
A Retail Associate is responsible for educating and assisting the customer about cannabis products and regulations for Adult Use and Medical sales. Retail Associates’ main focus will be providing stellar customer service to clients needing help with making decisions on product purchases, placing orders, and checking them out. Within the first six months of employment, the Retail Associate will be eligible to train on Receptionist duties and introductory Inventory tasks. Major Areas of Responsibility include:

Position Summary:
A Retail Associate is responsible for educating and assisting the customer about cannabis products and regulations for Adult Use and Medical sales. Retail Associates’ main focus will be providing stellar customer service to clients needing help with making decisions on product purchases, placing orders, and checking them out. Summary

- Responsible for exercising tact and professionalism when problem-solving and resolving conflicts; Maintains a willingness to take corrective actions to fix mistakes, address complaints, or otherwise improve the store, staff, or guest experience;
- Monitors patient satisfaction assessments and public email accounts, interprets feedback, and incorporates suggestions;

Qualifications Education
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required;

- Ensures all work is done in a safe manner consistent with company, local, state, federal and health, safety and environmental regulations and procedures. Promote a culture of safety, assuring that all staff perform their job duties with safety being top priority.
- Ensure manufacturing equipment is fully operational and optimized for complex productions, manage equipment performance and reliability, and provide technical support in the areas of bacterial fermentation and aseptic fill-finish.
- Maintain all production equipment in proper working order and perform regular preventative maintenance.
- Write and review manufacturing specific documents: including SOP’s, batch records, equipment validations, change controls, and technical reports.
- Under Production Team Lead supervision, implement and resolve manufacturing related deviations, corrective/preventative actions, and change requests.
- Provide hands on troubleshooting on procedures and equipment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a HACCP plan.
- Ensure that materials are handled and used appropriately to avoid waste.
- Assist in the monitoring of inventory of all raw materials associated with the manufacturing of all Growcentia products.
QUALIFICATIONS

The Cannabis Industry Account Executive is responsible for selling RCS products and services to the cannabis vertical industry. The Account Executive will reach business targets through management of the assigned industry, discovery and follow up with new prospects, physical visits, and other means of communication such as emails, newsletters, telephone calls, blogs, trade shows, etc. The Account Executive will establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers and maintain a professional image when representing the company in all forms of communication and presentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Conduct territory surveys, use market data, and otherwise actively mine for prospects.

Position Summary:
A Smokey’s receptionist is the first interaction the customer receives as they shop the adult use and medical side and should always be received with a smile and a “Welcome to Smokey’s”. The receptionist is also the first line of security to prevent individuals from entering the Limited or Restricted Access areas without proper identification being verified. The holiday seasons (mid Nov- Jan 1st) as well as April 20th, July 4th and other national holidays are expected to be busy and staffing needs will require more staffing. This could lead to limited time off during these time frames. They are also responsible for the following:
Job Duties to include some or all of the tasks listed below:
- Being compliant with all MED and local laws pertaining to the cannabis industry.
- Providing customers with a positive and educational environment, while being a STELLAR first impression to Smokey's with over the top welcoming attitude!!
- Knowing and following all state compliance laws, Smokey's policies and SOPs with every customer.
- Any instance of not following Receptionist SOP with EVERY customer will be an immediate demotion to Budtender position
- Knowledge of proper identification and demonstrating proper verification methods.
- Reception SOP
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of products, asking questions during training(s), pop-ups, or on inventory posts/emails.
- Educate and interact with waiting customers; informing them of specials, new products, and changes to Smokey’s procedures or MED rule changes.
- Receive all incoming calls, taking messages and relaying them as needed; incoming/outgoing mail and packages and alerting relevant parties.
- Attend bi-weekly sales meetings
- Provide feedback about products via JotForm report, especially but not limited to QC and Sample reports.
- Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the customer area.
- Assist shift leads with extra projects during any down time.
Skills:
- Valid Marijuana Enforcement Division issued Employee License; must be maintained
- Must adhere to all applicable Marijuana Enforcement Division regulations and Smokey’s rules
- Proficiency with POS systems and all job related hardware/ software including, but not limited to, Google based systems and Green Bits.
- Remain current with knowledge on MED rules and state compliance laws.
- Must pass Receptionist training and test during 2 month probationary period
