Summary
Accounts Receivable Specialist executes daily processing and posting of customer payments, ensuring payment processing is accurate and tracked. Executes filing, scanning, and providing invoice copies to customers and sales team. Fostering effective working relationships with external customers, as well as internal partners including Accounts Payable, Sales, Distribution, and Operations, is the key to timely, complete and accurate payment posting.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately Input/ post customer payments
- Handle / count cash
- Scan/File billing and payment correspondence
- Review and post billing
- Maintain client billing profiles
- Responsible for timely collection of monies owed for designated accounts, has direct and continual contact with dispensary and or supplier partners in order to ensure our payment terms are met
- Uphold established credit limits and payment terms within the assigned customer base
- Answer phone /greet office guest in a professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of related billing or account receivable experience within cannabis
- Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiences

Summary
Accounting and Payroll Administrator executes payroll processing, corporate expense management, and expense platform administration and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll processing utilizing PEO platform (Paychex)
- Monthly commission calculations for Sales force
- Includes auditing of time clock accuracy
- Production and posting of payroll journal within Quickbooks
- Administration and management of Payroll platform for all employees
- New employee setup, terminations & final checks, ensuring all data and up to date
- Production and distribution of regular management reports such as time off requests, time off balances, etc
- Expense platform administration and management
- Administrator for expense reimbursement platform
- New employee setup, terminations, final payouts, ensure all procedures and policies are upheld
- Corporate credit card management
- Manage credit limits for all users as well as overall process
- Reconcile submitted receipts to credit card statements
- Post all expenses to the designated GL
- Ensure all policies and procedures are met at all times
- General bookkeeping duties such as but not limited to:
- Accounts payable postings and disbursements utilizing established approval process
- Accounts receivable support such as account reconciliations, returns verification, short pay investigations
- Calculate and print required statements or receipts, as directed and authorized
- Participate in training and meetings, as required by management
- Perform other tasks based on management instructions and performance requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of related payroll or accounting experience within cannabis

Summary
Accounts Receivable Specialist executes daily processing and posting of customer payments, ensuring payment processing is accurate and tracked. Executes filing, scanning, and providing invoice copies to customers and sales team. Fostering effective working relationships with external customers, as well as internal partners including Accounts Payable, Sales, Distribution, and Operations, is the key to timely, complete and accurate payment posting.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately Input/ post customer payments
- Handle / count cash
- Scan/File billing and payment correspondence
- Review and post billing
- Maintain client billing profiles
- Responsible for timely collection of monies owed for designated accounts, has direct and continual contact with dispensary and or supplier partners in order to ensure our payment terms are met
- Uphold established credit limits and payment terms within the assigned customer base
- Answer phone /greet office guest in a professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of related billing or account receivable experience within cannabis
- Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel with a strong attention to detail
- 21 years of age

Summary
Accounts Receivable Specialist executes daily processing and posting of customer payments, ensuring payment processing is accurate and tracked. · Represent the brand at in store activations, staff training and large scale events.
· Assist in building scalable programs that can be activated at dispensaries, festivals and other events.
· Consult with the sales team on future opportunities and event planning, including new events and improving upon existing events.
· Support during events, vendor management, load-in/load-out and event recaps
· Provide samples and gift branded swag to key account reps, influencers, and consumers.
· Track all activity and consumer insights/feedback through digital recaps.
· Be the eyes and ears of our brands from the field, reporting observations regarding retail accounts as well as competitor activity.
· Manage storage and organization of assets.
· Manage sales analytics with custom software from demos.
· Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and report progress and feedback to the Territory Manager.
· Make recommendations to retailers to improve promotional activities and ensure brand integrity.
Requirements:
· At least two years of sales experience and/or knowledge of the cannabis industry or CPG industry.
· A deep-rooted understanding of the relevant market and surrounding area.
· Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including working some weekdays, evenings and weekends.
· Must have a car, driver's license and clean driving record.
· Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
· Physical Requirements: Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds. Requires standing for long periods of time.

Daily and weekly duties will include:
· Acquires approval and processes pre/down payments for purchases
· Matches supplier invoices to purchase order and item receipts

· Schedules invoices according to agreed terms
· Maintains current and accurate AP Aging
· Maintains vendor/supplier relations regarding invoices and payments

· Processes 1099s
· Orders and maintains office and operations supplies
· Processes G&A payments
· Maintains electronic filing system of invoices and supporting documents
· Prepares required AP reporting
· Provides audit support

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage targeted key accounts list to drive market visibility and collaborations.
· Regularly schedule account visits to ensure product visibility and brand awareness.
· Build account relationships with budtenders and purchasing managers.
· Schedule in store activations (trainings + demos).
· Maintain knowledge of all brands and products in our portfolio in order to be a subject matter expert and educator.
· Develop trade incentives for in store and exclusive events.
· Ensure all needed supplies (product and swag) arrive in time for all store training, demos and other events.
· Assist Sales team with identifying new sales leads and opportunities.
· Engage with consumers at retailers to enable their informed buying decisions and grow brand loyalty through a positive personal human experience.
· Represent the brand at in store activations, staff training and large scale events.
· Assist in building scalable programs that can be activated at dispensaries, festivals and other events.
· Consult with the sales team on future opportunities and event planning, including new events and improving upon existing events.
· Support during events, vendor management, load-in/load-out and event recaps
· Provide samples and gift branded swag to key account reps, influencers, and consumers.
· Track all activity and consumer insights/feedback through digital recaps.
· Be the eyes and ears of our brands from the field, reporting observations regarding retail accounts as well as competitor activity.
· Manage storage and organization of assets.
· Manage sales analytics with custom software from demos.
