General Job Responsibilities:
Analyzing a high volume of samples of various types using a variety of different procedures
Preparing and analyzing samples according to client and regulatory requirements
Preparing appropriate standards, reference materials and reagents
Properly and thoroughly documenting all work performed
Calibrating, operating and maintaining laboratory instrumentation
Maintaining instrument log books and run logs
Ensure appropriate testing procedures are conducted in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and various regulatory requirements
Generate work lists, upload and enter data
Peer review of data for accuracy and compliance with QA guidelines
Maintain and assure proper inventory of chemicals and supplies
Maintain good housekeeping standards
Education and Experience:
BS/BA in Chemistry, Microbiology or related field is preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.

The Cultivation Associate will work as part of a team of associates in our state of the art legal cannabis cultivation/production facility and will report to the Cultivation Team lead and/or Cultivation Manager. The associate will work to ensure the product quality meets Temescal Wellness’ standards of production while continuing to improve the department as a whole. This requires communicating daily with supervisors, and reporting the status of each flower room. The cultivation associate will be supplied the right tools and training to grow within the cultivation team of Temescal Wellness. This position will demand vigilance and ambition all while expanding the individual’s knowledge of cannabis cultivation in its entirety. We value candidates with a start-up / owner's mentality: individuals who don't mind rolling-up their sleeves and doing what it takes to make everything work because they know the future rewards are worthwhile. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily room maintenance checks to ensure everything is operating correctly
- Perform daily plant health checks to keep record of plant health through the growth cycle
- Identify/spot and report: pests, poor plant health, nutrient deficiencies and toxicities

- Transplant vegetative plants into larger pots
- Perform plant work in accordance with the needs of the production schedule

Production Associates play a key role in the production environment. A Production Associate is responsible for carrying out all daily packaging, labeling, and cleaning procedures that maintain Temescal Wellness’s highest standards of high-quality cannabis medicines for our patients.
