Essential Duties and Responsiblities
- Manage, troubleshoot, audit, and maintain all POS, inventory, and security systems

- Collaborate with the management team to ensure service and product offerings are excellent and the highest level of customer service is achieved
- Generate brand awareness and maintain a strong presence while creating positive impact plans (via social media/ branded give aways/ donations ect.)
- Implement and manage all Company policies and procedures
- Work/ maintain a hands-on “lead by example” approach
- Delegate, manage, and empower the team to achieve an optimal performance
