The primary responsibility of the Brand Ambassador is to create positive impressions of our client brands within the retail space. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic sales consultant who wants to partner with growers in fundamentally changing the nature of the global food supply. We're looking for those who can identify opportunities for product advancement, meet with growers in person to provide product insight and partner with our sales team to provide an excellent customer experience.
The position will be located anywhere in California with access to local resources including our office Fresno, company truck/laptop/cell and collaboration amongst a team of over a dozen other Suterra entomologist/IPM professionals across the region. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the Grower Accountant Assistant will be responsible for the preparation and communication of all growers' quality and inventory reports, payments and paperwork to ensure their timeliness and accuracy. They will also be responsible for the accurate data entry into SAP and tracking of inventory. Responsibilities also include helping to increase grower's satisfaction and improve ofi's competitive position in the Walnut industry. Also perform administrative duties in preparation of harvest season and receiving of product from growers.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage Grower payables and inbound documents.
- File and mail out Grower payments and paperwork.
- Assist the Scanning Team to manage flow of documents, resolve issues and exceptions to ensure timely handling of documents.
- Liaison with the Global Business Services (OGBS) team and plant employees to address any inquiries and resolve exceptions related to grower payments.
- Confirm proper interface between USDA portals, plants and SAP and resolve issues.
- Enter receiving data into SAP.
- Track and reconcile inventory throughout the season.
- Ensure product samples are pulled correctly from each load.
- Calculate and issue grower payments per contract terms, adding relevant bonuses and deductions.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis.
- Act as the liaison between growers and the business.
- Travel to plant locations as needed for training of plant employees and interact closely with receiving and quality personnel.
- Complete off-season projects outside of the Grower payables scope as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
- One (1) year of experience in Grower accounting/payables or related field is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry is required.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain positive interactions while addressing sensitive topics surrounding payment issues (e.g., correcting errors).
- Working knowledge of general accounting concepts (e.g., revenues, expenses, receivables, and liabilities).
- Hands-on experience working with advanced data processing systems is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the Grower Accountant will be responsible for the preparation and communication of all growers' quality and inventory reports, payments and paperwork to ensure their timeliness and accuracy. They are also responsible for the accurate data entry into SAP and tracking of inventory. Responsibilities also include helping to increase grower's satisfaction and improve ofi's competitive position in the Walnut industry. Also perform administrative duties in preparation of harvest season and receiving of product from growers.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage Grower payables and inbound documents.
- Liaison with the Scanning Team to manage flow of documents, resolve issues and exceptions to ensure timely handling of documents.
- Address inquiries and handle any exceptions related to grower payments.
- Liaison with respective team/department for resolution.
- Act as the subject matter expert of the Grower payables process.
- Liaison with the Global Business Services (OGBS) team and plant employees to handle issues and resolve exceptions.
- Confirm proper interface between USDA portals, plants and SAP and resolve issues.
- Enter receiving data into SAP.
- Track and reconcile inventory throughout the season.
- Calculate and issue grower payments per contract terms, adding relevant bonuses and deductions.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis.
- Act as the liaison between growers and the business.
- Travel to plant locations as needed for training of plant employees and interact closely with receiving and quality personnel.
- Complete off-season projects outside of the Grower payables scope for the finance team as needed.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
- One (1) year of experience in Grower accounting/payables or related field is required.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry is required.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to Excel, Word and Outlook at required.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to maintain positive interactions with co-op members while addressing sensitive topics surrounding payment issues (e.g., correcting errors).
- Demonstrated working knowledge of general accounting concepts (e.g., revenues, expenses, receivables, and liabilities).
- Hands-on experience working with advanced data processing systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Old Pal is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and curious Brand Ambassadors to help us spread the word about our unique and shareable products throughout California, and in our other state markets. The CBD lab tech will be responsible for developing and building products for our expanding product lines. Those seeking to apply should have previous knowledge or experience regarding cannabis and/or hemp product development or extraction. While we do not work with or sell THC products, those with previous experience extracting THC or developing products will be considered relevant. This is not a dispensary. Its a THC free store. Job duties
- Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

- Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary

- Coordinate audits and assist CFO with conducting audits

OZ Distribution is currently seeking brand ambassadors to assist in increasing awareness about our cannabis brands at retail stores near Fresno, CA. Our brand ambassadors are primarily responsible for conducting a few in-store product demonstrations each month.
We are offering a competitive wage as a 1099 operative for this position. Pay-rate is $22 per hour. Events typically last 3-4 hours. You can expect to work an average of 1-4 events per month (with potential to evolve into a larger role if you're a good fit).

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco is seeking a Chemist to join our growing team at our Mendota, CA facility! The chemist will be responsible for testing equipment as well as assisting in the extraction process of medicinal cannabis. The chemist will test samples for identification, purity, and contaminants. The chemist will also maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area, as well as maintaining the quality control measures to ensure high quality product while carrying out day-to-day tasks such as prepping, extracting, and packaging.
