Boveda of Minnetonka, MN is seeking a full-time IT Operations & Support candidate to support our internal IT users to ensure continuity and efficiency of hardware, software and network operations. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS BOVEDA IT OPERATIONS & SUPPORT
You arrive each day ready to maintain and support your team member's technical needs. You will help create and support protocols for the use of IT across all Boveda departments including installation, configuration, and support for the operational infrastructure. You will also be responsible for providing technical support to employees and contractors. Boveda is a fast-growing company, so you'll need to jump in and lead all user hardware and licensing provisioning and management, as well as end-user New Hire onboarding and training. While Boveda is mostly in the cloud, you will be responsible for network and server management and maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-year degree in IT or related field or 5 yrs of relevant experience is preferred

Aptitude for understanding and troubleshooting technology related issues
- In depth IT security practices, experienced in vendor management, able to work effectively on multiple projects with frequent interruptions

Must be able to efficiently organize daily responsibilities

Strong problem-solving skills, people skills, and written and verbal communication skills
ABOUT BOVEDA
Before Boveda, it was difficult, if not impossible to control humidity for moisture-sensitive products like cigars, cannabis, and wooden instruments. So Boveda invented that control. Boveda started with a frustrated cigar lover whose job was to keep his cigars properly humidified. That job was labor-intensive, and it didn't always work.
