We are looking for leaders for our new Kalamazoo retail cannabis store (dispensary). The Sales Floor Leads are responsible for overseeing a smooth and compliant operation. This includes leading the sales team, inventory, cash handling, purchasing and reporting to the Executive Team.

- Identify opportunities for improvement in all aspects of the operation based on data and customer feedback
- Serve as a role model for store employees in sales generation and customer service by making the customer experience the priority.
- Monitor social media presence and other online marketing tools (e.g., weed maps, leafly)
- Run internal store meetings, provide feedback for employee development, sales opportunities, and organizational improvements.
- Interact and build relationships with external vendors; plan and execute in store events.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to all local and state laws and inspection requirements.

Skills and experience you have...
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Having 3-5 years retail management experience preferred, or equivalent.
- Marijuana retail experience in Michigan or other legal jurisdictions

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, POS systems (e.g., MJ Freeway); experience with METRC preferred.

Job Title: Product Assembly and Packaging Technician

Position Description: The Cannabis Packaging Associate will package cannabis products (e.g., flower) to ensure proper weight, labeling and compliance with State requirements.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Performs weighing, assembly, packaging, and labeling of products.
- Inputs packaged products into the stores inventory management system and statewide monitoring system
- Provides maintenance of packaging equipment, restock all assembly and packaging supplies, and maintains a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
Specific Responsibilities of the Job
- Coordinates with store manager to ensure proper, compliant, and efficient product assembly and packaging
- Properly assembles and packages all products.

- Restocks all supplies required for assembly and packing including pre-roll cones, mylar and plastic bags, parchment paper, jars, containers, rubber gloves, hair and beard nets, masks, safety goggles, aprons, and shoe covers.
- Perform duties to keep clean, safe, and compliant all work areas including performing sweeping, mopping, dusting, hand washing, and use of cleaning solvents and solutions.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to understand weights and measures in standard and metric systems.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Budtenders provide patients and recreational customers with education and information about marijuana and its uses while providing amazing customer service. Maintaining a fun, welcoming, and professional environment for patients and coworkers.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check-in, verify the status and report patient allotment through METRC
- Provides patients with education and information about medical marijuana and its uses.
- Assists patients with product selection in an efficient and timely manner.
- Processes patient orders and payments utilizing our POS software.
- Operate, maintain, and close cash till and deposit end of daily earnings.
- Assists management staff with daily operational needs.
- Maintain a clean and professional environment for patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age;
- Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Michigan Department of Health Services, pursuant to MCL 333.27405
- Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check
- Valid Michigan Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with marijuana products preferred, but not required
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of the uses of medicinal cannabis and different methods of medicating.
- Knowledge of cannabis brands and products available on the Michigan market.
- General knowledge of cannabis product regulations including dispensing procedures and patient transaction limits.
- Demonstrate the ability to operate Point of Sale and other computer systems while assisting patients.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment.

- Verify and record Patient Services Representatives deposits.
- Communicate deposit discrepancies to Department Heads.
- Condense and secure cash.
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare bank deposits and receive change from armored truck service.
- Exchange excess change with stores.
- Manage petty cash funds.
- Record daily sales deposits and revenues.
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers, or other records.
- Refill ATM cassettes.
- Maintain accurate historical records.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
- Assist with month-end closing.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Verify and record wholesale revenues.
- Scan, upload and organize invoices, receipts, and documents into the system.
- Balance cash in general ledger.
- Perform regular cash audits.
- Assist in any financial/accounting projects.
- Understand compliance issues around accounting processes (W9, sales tax, etc.).

POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a problem solving oriented individual who can work with our staff and serve as support system for any Human Resource need.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage relationships with employees at multiple companies
· Answer questions about all HR-related issues and laws, particularly benefits. Must be able to speak knowledgeably about all major HR issues facing businesses
· FMLA: Responsible for monitoring all phases of FMLA and LOA for clients
