Summary/Objective:
Lighthouse Sciences Brand Ambassador will represent our company in mid and southern Ohio territories by conducting Patient Education Days (Vendor Days) in dispensaries. This requires traveling to a dispensary where we have arranged for you to set up a table in the dispensary and promote/educate the patients coming in about our products and the benefits they can experience by using them. It also involves you educating the bud tenders on the advantages of our products and how to promote them to their patient base.
Our ideal Brand Ambassador should be energetic, knowledgeable and friendly. They will be traveling through the mid and southern part of Ohio on the days we have scheduled vendor days. Currently we have 2-3 vendor days a week scheduled. We tend to schedule these for a Thursday or Friday or Saturday event but can also schedule them for any weekday. This may eventually end up being 5 days a week including nights and weekends. Our Brand Ambassador is knowledgeable about the current Ohio Medical program laws and regulations and thoroughly educated in Lighthouse Sciences innovative line of products.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain up to date knowledge of LHS products.
· Understand and follow MMCP rules and regulations
· Build and maintain relationships with dispensary managers, agents, and support staff
· Engage with people in a crowded environment
· Provide your own transportation to and from the PED days
· Maintain packaging displays and promotional materials in the waiting room/ or register room
· Ensure budtenders guides and promotional materials are in stock and up to date with our latest products
· Travel to our Eastlake facility once a month to stock up on promotional materials and learn about the latest products
Qualifications:
· 1 plus years of customer service experience
· 1 plus years of sales experience
· MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND ABLE TO PASS AN FBI LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CHECK FOR STATE CLEARANCE. Look up list of disqualifying criminal infractions for employment in Ohio Medical Cannabis program prior to application if unsure.
· Clean Driving History and Safe Driving Practices are important.
· High school diploma, or equivalent
· Possess valid Ohio driver’s license.
· Must be and remain MMCP compliant for all legal or company regulations
· Ability to listen well and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences.
· Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, as befitting someone representing the company. (Non-smokers highly preferred).

A manufacturing technician is your foot in the door to the exciting world of cannabis product production. As a Manufacturing Technician you will be expected to monitor and execute Manufacturing/Processing tasks, as well as packaging and labelling duties. You will be responsible for maintaining workflow, space utilization and product quality based on knowledge of product design, materials, parts, capabilities, and quality assurance standards.
A goal of the job is to increase productivity and cost-effectiveness, working with management to report ways to increase overall efficiency, safety, and quality.
Responsibilities will also include reporting to your supervisor on daily progress, overseeing and actively supporting the day-to-day manufacturing operations.
The Light Manufacturing processes include, but they are not limited to:

Manufacturing technicians will be required to fill-in on other job roles outside of their direct responsibilities when the need arises such as going along on deliveries, helping with Patient Education Days, and assisting the distribution team with picking inventory for orders or checking orders for accuracy.
The Manufacturing Technician is a direct report to the Extraction Lead and any applicable shift supervisors.

JOB SUMMARY:
Lighthouse Sciences is searching for Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. This is a unique ground floor opportunity for a person who can deliver outstanding services to our dispensary clientele. Candidates must have an enthusiastic motivating demeanor with a proven track record of customer service and reliability. The qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate a past history of customer services and maintaining strong relations with existing and new customers. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Driver is responsible for delivering orders to our dispensaries and educating the Bud Tenders and patient base on our product offerings. Fill in when necessary across the operations to ensure that all orders are accurately filled and packaged and ready for delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to pass driver's check based on formal Motor Vehicle Records reporting in addition to a state and federal background check.
- Drive a delivery van to deliver product orders to clients.
- Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
- Interact with clients and vendors in a professional and positive manner.
- Support Packaging, sales, and manufacturing departments as needed during downtime.
- Build rapport with existing partners and new prospects
- Maintain deep knowledge of our product line and operating philosophy to educate retail staff on our products, while answering questions and gathering feedback

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to:
- Drive for up to 12 hours per day and lift up to 40 pounds.
