Position Summary:
We are actively seeking an experienced sales professional to manage account relationships with the Director of Sales. The Account Sales Executive will be responsible for the development of new accounts and implementation of account-specific sales strategies to achieve sales growth in accordance with company revenue objectives in the Western Massachusetts region.
Salary:
$75,000 Base + Commissions + Benefits
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate sales revenue through new account acquisition and management of existing accounts in Greater Boston and Central MA.

POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Account Executive is responsible for assisting with providing service to all accounts in the region as designated by the Regional Sales Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Regional Sales Manager with completing the on-boarding process for all new accounts
- Assist with building the sales pipeline from initial contact to close while responding to all inbound leads in a timely manner
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with all customers
- Respond swiftly and effectively to all customer/account inquiries while ensuring repeat business
- Process direct account purchase orders through our invoicing system and assist the Accounting Department with collection when necessary
- Maintain our CRM software up to date with all customer information and product orders
- Collaborate with our distributor to ensure all their inventory/ordering information aligns with our Inventory Management System and CRM platforms
- Track progress on customer retention, re-order rates, and order value in the region while assisting in the reporting preparation
- Meet with RSM to review all customer relationship activities, progress versus goals, and status of key accounts
- Contribute to the creation and execution of sales strategy, to include strategic account plans and strategic partnership development

POSITION OVERVIEW

Role Summary:
Verano Brands, a vertically integrated cannabis company, is seeking an Account Executive (AE) to launch and expand our branded products in the Illinois market, specifically in the West/Northwestern suburbs of Chicago. The AE will be responsible for securing, developing, and managing retail accounts at medical and recreational dispensaries throughout the state. Role Summary:
Verano Brands, a vertically integrated cannabis company, is seeking an Account Executive (AE) to launch and expand our branded products in the Illinois market. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for securing, developing, and managing retail accounts at medical and recreational dispensaries throughout the state. This individual needs to be driven, results-oriented and possess an entrepreneur-like mentality with a history of meeting and exceeding sales objectives with B2B accounts.
The Sales Account Executive will be working to increase the company's market share, with responsibility for developing and maintaining key customer relationships and promoting the company's brands in effective and creative ways within their scope of authority. It will be critical to take ownership of the assigned territory by creating a plan that aligns with our strategic vision, ensures account needs are addressed, promotes our branded solutions, and leads to goal achievement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify prospects, capture new accounts, and expand our share of spend within each account.
- Develop and expand accounts with strategic relationships at various levels, with focus on those that influence sales velocity and wholesale buying.
- Highly active in setting appointments, in-person visits, email, and cold calls.
- Identify key market feedback on product preference and quality – product positioning.
- Act on sales trends, as they affect company brands, by monitoring competitors' products, market research and account requests.
- Routine product introductions on all new and existing products while leveraging and properly utilizing marketing collateral within all assigned retail accounts.
- Educate accounts on products through provided marketing materials and in-store visits as well as strategic educational demos.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Proven B2B sales experience with a consultative approach and experience finding growth opportunities via solution-based selling.
- Accustomed to managing accounts across a statewide territory.
- Ability to deliver training to employees and large teams.
- Understanding medicinal benefits of cannabis and the underlying science.
- Experience dealing with highly regulated products within a complex supply chain.
- Self-driven and organized with a high-level of attention to detail and ability to deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive state-wide travel is required working on the road 4-5 days a week.
- Proven track record that demonstrates the ability to negotiate closings and reach or exceed sales goals.

Primary Responsibilities

Cannabis Sales Account Executive
Green Dragon Wholesale LLC seeks a dynamic and passionate Sales Account Executive to cultivate, engage, and expand our strategic partnerships and retail relationships to ultimately drive sales. We have been providing our premium cannabis products in Oregon since 2014 and are excited to launch a new brand targeting new users.
You're known for your ability to close sales and proven communication skills, along with your ability to build lasting relationships with customers. In this role, you will grow the number of retailers carrying our products in your territory while growing sales volume at existing stores. As an Account Executive, you are expected to not only make sales but to also build and promote long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships by partnering with dispensaries and understanding their needs. Your days will be spent cold calling, visiting new and existing clients, demoing our products, and recording your interactions in our system.
This individual must be self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented. The ability to balance friendliness with professionalism is required, as is a sincere dedication to the financial success of the company. A collaborative and "team player" attitude is essential, as is the ability to take direction.
Requirements:
- Have an in-depth understanding, and be able to clearly articulate the brand’s offerings, positioning and competitive advantage; following established business plan, sales process, and strategy for the market that ensures the attainment of company sales goals
- Identify and qualify opportunities, deliver samples and orders, provide information and product value, and close transactions; increase sales and improve customer service to existing account base, while prospecting new customers and growing market share within the designated territory
- Create opportunities through a high volume of contact calls and visits to retailers
- Service and manage all existing accounts (50 - 70 accounts) within territory
- Interact with all retailer staff including managers and budtenders
- Track retailer inventory ensuring the full spectrum of our product offerings are properly displayed and stocked
- Monitors customer preferences or requests for products and collaborates with departments to ensure solutions and customer satisfaction
- Participate in sales activities including vendor days, retailer events, and sales meetings
- Record details of sales activities, staff interactions, visits, and orders in our CRM
Qualifications:
- Proven track record for meeting sales quota in a broad, diverse and complex market
- Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit (or application in "Ready to Pay" status")
- Valid driver's license with reliable personal vehicle
- Over 21 years old
- +1 years’ experience in direct sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of OLCC compliance laws for the cannabis industry
- Travel to other cities to represent the company as necessary
- Flexible to work some evenings or weekends (vendor events, networking events etc.)

Synergy is one of the oldest fully compliant cannabis manufacturers in Los Angeles county. It is poised to make a big comeback after scaling back production of it's vape products. We are now focused on selling a full menu of quality cannabis products at a low price. The first few batches of flower and edibles have flown off the shelf and have kept our operations alive. We now need to scale up, and service more dispensaries to meet our growth objectives.
Starting hourly or salary rate depends on your experience. But, motivated candidates can write their own success story here. A successful candidate can easily climb into management and even executive level positions by showing results.
