$63,500 (Base of $45,000 + earn up to $18,500 (annually) when you consistently meet monthly touchpoint quotas). We set you up for success!
SCHEDULE
Tuesday through Saturday (full-time with in-store and industry events that take place on afternoons, nights, and weekends)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Specialist is a vital member of the Fernway Sales Team. The Account Specialist plays a key role in representing Fernway’s brand at dispensaries and industry events, as well as managing critical sales relationships. This role includes but is not limited to supporting the sales team in increasing brand visibility, directly engaging budtenders and consumers, and strengthening dispensary partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales team in the field through best-in-class implementation of marketing activations including but not limited to in-store pop-ups and other industry events
- Work collaboratively with Account Executives to increase sales, engage retail sales staff, merchandise displays, and increase Fernway brand presence in-store sales & marketing initiatives
- Assist and support Account Executives facilitating wholesale orders and Sales Order creation.
- Always represent the brand and company in a positive and professional manner
- Maintain high level of product knowledge and clearly communicate product details and benefits to customers and retail staff
- Build and maintain positive relationships with industry and dispensary contacts
- Provide regular post-event reports to Account Executives
- Update and maintain accounts within the CRM
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 1 year wholesale sales or event marketing experience
- Persuasiveness, objection-handling, negotiation, and strategic thinking
- Highly approachable & friendly personality
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced consumer-packaged goods executive to lead Fernway’s Massachusetts business. - A proven track record of success in executive-level roles, including management of a large team and effective reporting to a demanding C-Suite and Board of Directors
- A high degree of integrity and ethical conduct at all times
- Strong experience defining and monitoring budgets
- Demonstrate an exceptional level of EQ and sophistication in all professional interactions
- Experience in business development, including managing B2B relationships and opening new lines of business/revenue
- Track record of building and maintaining exceptional company culture, including at dynamic early-stage startups.
- Experience managing co-packer/co-manufacturer relationships on behalf of a CPG brand

We are actively seeking an experienced sales professional to manage account relationships with the Director of Sales. The Account Executive will be responsible for the development of new accounts and implementation of account-specific sales strategies to achieve sales growth in accordance with company revenue objectives in the Greater Boston Area.

Position Summary:
The Account Specialist is an entry-level position on the Fernway Sales Team. The Account Specialist plays a key role in representing Fernway’s brand at dispensaries and industry events, as well as managing critical sales relationships. Director of Expansion Job Summary:
The Director of Expansion will be responsible for project managing all aspects of Fernway’s expansion into new cannabis markets. - Filling production orders, including packaging and labeling
