- Reports daily on construction progress, apparent conformance with CDs, and unresolved issues or disputes.
- Inspect the work of the various trades carrying out the construction in order to "spot check" for conformance with CDs.
- Reports in writing of any deviation discovered.
- Periodically reviews the contractor's record copy of the drawing ("as-built") to confirm that all changes are being documented.
- Reviews monthly "Pencil Requisition" and final application for payment and make recommendations to the Engineer and Project Management.
- Maintains construction records including correspondence, RFI’s, change order requests, change orders, approved schedules, meeting notes, submittals shop drawings, applications for payment, etc.
- May perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Project Manager to ensure the success of the project(s).

The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and secure delivery of CommCan products using the company delivery vehicle to CommCan locations and wholesale partner and will adhere to all required regulations for the transport and delivery of marijuana products as directed by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make secure/monitored deliveries from our facilities to other CommCan customer locations including state authorized laboratories.
- Ensure safety practices are used when driving CommCan company vehicles.
- Must be a responsible driver at all times which includes no cell phone use while driving.
- Must always have your registration as an MTC agent with you when working and/or in our facilities.
- Provide prompt, secure and professional services.
- Become familiar with METRC and Leaf Logix to understand the delivery Manifest.
- Maintain proper record keeping for each delivery with multiple manifests and secure signatures to complete the delivery record.
- Safe and secure handling of customer received payment during deliveries.
- Inspect CommCan delivery vehicles prior to deliveries, ensuring vehicle is safe for deliveries.
- Ensure valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in delivery vehicles.
- Fully participate in any trainings required by the Cannabis Control Commission and/or CommCan, Inc.
- Openly communicate any issues with the supervisor/manager.
- Perform and participate in additional projects and priorities as needed.

Job Summary:
The Inventory & Demand Planning Specialist is responsible for all aspects of in-bound raw materials and on-site raw materials inventory management. This position is responsible for collaborating with site management to determine raw material demand and creating and managing PO’s (ERP) to satisfy demand while minimizing inventory overage. This position is also responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records (ERP) and organized storage of all raw materials from delivery through consumption.
The position also creates and manages shipping and receiving SOP’s to ensure practices are in place for all staff to support accurate inventory management. This role will support the Director of Operations and work collaboratively with other departments.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in implementing the preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed. The Maintenance Technician reports to the Director of Operations and assists with the upkeep of the facility.
Complying with maintenance scheduling activities on a priority basis to minimize equipment downtime maximizing efficiencies and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with building inspections, procuring bids, building operations and projects, as needed
- Timely completion of work lists
- Check boilers, chillers, lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule
- Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC: changing out all filters, and thermostats
- Repair mechanical equipment as directed
- Assist/foster formal report outs…all issues/opportunities
- Collectively/support the Director of Operations ensuring daily, weekly and monthly records are maintained of all systems to support preventative maintenance and work orders systems are properly updated/maintained
- Electrical including LED replacement, fans, plumbing, painting, carpentry etc. as required
- Ensure all exterior and interior doors are operating correctly as designed… at all times
- Patrol building exterior for garbage and dispose of appropriately
- Responsible for grinding all green waste… following all MRA, Safety/OSHA guidelines
- Snow/salt or other groundwork as required (maintain snowplow vendor)
- Maintain an inventory list for janitorial, mechanical and electrical supplies
- Errands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as required
- Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
- Touch up painting and drywall patching as needed
- Miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving
- Assist with communicating utility usage opportunities to maximize the building energy efficiencies… as designed
- Use (PPE) protective hearing, eyewear and shoes when necessary
- Properly mark store purchase receipts and submit packets weekly
- Other duties as necessary
- Maintain/store all maintenance inventory items as designed per/for ERP
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified applicant must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Four (4) years of mechanical/maintenance experience
- May require daily or weekend overtime
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills; utility installations (electrical, boilers, chillers/glycol, air, process piping)

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for the inventory and warehouse of all manufactured cannabis products. - Coordinate with department managers to pull samples for lab testing
- Create manifests for lab samples and coordinate with the labs for sample pickup and verification.
- Assist with managing all COA’s received from lab samples submitted.
- Maintain weekly inventory reconciliation process in the Metrc tracking system
- Correctly input data and communicate effectively with department managers
- Monitor and analyze any discrepancies and coordinate with compliance manager for correction and proper documentation.
- Demonstrate the ability to count and inspect finished goods on a weekly basis
- Perform cycle counting responsibilities
- Review, understand, apply, and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures
- Verify manifests agree with label wording and amounts for packaged inventory
- Cross-train on and work alongside the Processing team with the packaging when required
Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in implementing the preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed. The Maintenance Technician reports to the Director of Operations and assists with the upkeep of the facility.

- Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
- Touch up painting and drywall patching as needed

- Assist with communicating utility usage opportunities to maximize the building energy efficiencies… as designed
- Use (PPE) protective hearing, eyewear and shoes when necessary
- Properly mark store purchase receipts and submit packets weekly

Job Summary:
The Compliance Agent is responsible to ensure site compliance with national and regional regulatory rules and standards. JOB DESCRIPTION: Post Harvest Manager
SUMMARY
The Post-Harvest Manager is responsible for maintaining product quality through the drying, trimming, and testing processes. This position will oversee a team of Post-Harvest Agents in properly handling and trimming product as it becomes available.
The Post-Harvest Manager will also serve as the primary interface between the facility and external testing labs to ensure all product is tested and upholds the company’s high standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume responsibility for plants immediately following a harvest
- Accurately and consistently maintain the tracking and movement of each harvest batch via the statewide monitoring system (METRC)
- Oversee drying process, monitor environmental variables and moisture content of product
- Ensure the dry rooms are properly sanitized following transfer to trimming
- Record all cleaning activities in the sanitation log
- Lead the product trimming process to ensure that a high level of quality is maintained while focusing on the efficiency and productivity of the trimming team.
- Make sure that all trimming equipment, including tables, handheld trimmers, and other small items, are properly sterilized before and after trimming activity
- Accurately record the weights of all product as it moves through the process in the statewide monitoring system (METRC)
- Coordinate with Compliance to ensure product is properly batched, sampled and tested
- Maintain a proficient knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi
- Audit product inventory weekly or as necessary
- Oversee and manage disposal of all leftover plant material

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and secure delivery of CommCan products using the company delivery vehicle to CommCan locations and wholesale partner and will adhere to all required regulations for the transport and delivery of marijuana products as directed by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make secure/monitored deliveries from our facilities to other CommCan customer locations including state authorized laboratories.
- Ensure safety practices are used when driving CommCan company vehicles.
- Must be a responsible driver at all times which includes no cell phone use while driving.
- Must always have your registration as an MTC agent with you when working and/or in our facilities.
- Provide prompt, secure and professional services.

- Safe and secure handling of customer received payment during deliveries.

Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Cannabis Operations Manager with strong management, and production experience preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, or cannabis industries to manage processing operations at our cultivation and processing centers.
The Operations Manager will lead and drive all aspects of NEO Manufacturing's cannabis processing for all products for ingestion, inhalation, or topical application.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage the people and processing, and warehousing/packaging.
- Ensuring NEO Manufacturing products are produced in a safe environment for our employees while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry.
- Ensuring all products are safe and effective for consumer use. Develop and enforce proper product and work-in-process tracking, movement, product security and compliance with FDA cGMP's, OSHA regulations, and applicable laboratory procedures.
- Work closely with Director of Cultivation to implement best practices, drive continuous improvement and ensure SOPs are followed in daily production processes
- Lead and drive effective efficiency improvement initiatives in processing, packaging, and warehousing.
- Work closely with the wholesale sales team to manage product supply, the operations, and our supply chain to ensure timely delivery of NEO Manufacturing products.
- Lead and drive lean operations, quality improvement, and capacity expansion initiatives in the processing, warehousing, and packaging portions of the operations.
- Work closely with Facilities to implement facility modifications and upgrades required for efficient production capacity
- Effectively manage and streamline all aspects of the supply chain and each process step carried out in NEO Manufacturing's operations.
- Identify, lead, and develop talent to maximize individual, team, and organizational effectiveness to meet company goals.
- Instill a production mindset in the culture.
- Participate in NEO Manufacturing's innovation programs and in new product development and implementation.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have proven experience and success in a pharmaceutical, food, or beverage processing and packaging environment demonstrating high attention to detail, organization skills, and excellent communication skills to all parts of the organization. More specific qualifications include:
- A minimum of 5 – 7 years of proven manufacturing management and leadership experience preferably within the pharmaceutical, food, or beverage industries. Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related discipline: Engineering, Sciences or Operations preferred. Degrees in other disciplines are acceptable in conjunction with suitable experience and accomplishment.
- Inherently sound human resource values and problem resolution skills in combination with a history of strong leadership skills and talent development of those, directly and indirectly, reporting to this person.
- Demonstrated success in leading manufacturing operations to achieve improved performance and profitability.
- Possess the financial acumen to manage, measure, and improve operations effectiveness and profitability.
- Demonstrated accomplishment in continuous improvement and with leading Lean Six Sigma and other manufacturing improvement initiatives highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge on managing and improving food safety, employee safety, quality, and packaging for consumers.

Shipping
- Coordinate with licensed secure transport companies to arrange and prioritize shipments
- Accurately prepare and track shipment manifests in the statewide monitoring system o Work with the sales team to aid in verifying the accuracy of orders and invoices before shipment
- Pack, Label, and seal outgoing shipments per state requirements and have ready for secure transport arrival to streamline the process and minimize costs
- Coordinate and restock inventory from canceled or returned order
Inventory
- Organize, and oversee the proper storage of product and raw material inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare purchase orders for replenishment
- Conduct random inspections of case packs to ensure product is properly packaged, labeled, and counted
- Validate inventory levels against the statewide monitoring system
- Coordinate with the accounting team to perform standard physical inventories
- Work with the Operations Director to coordinate production scheduled based on sales numbers and inventory levels
- Intake o Coordinate delivery of all incoming product & materials
- Validate caregiver credentials via state issued ID, ensure an executed contract and w9 is on file for each caregiver delivery
- Ensure all incoming product and materials have been properly recorded in the internal company system
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS The Shipping & Receiving Specialist reports directly to the Director of Operations. As a role that will interact with customers and vendors directly, they’ll need to coordinate with and represent the company on behalf of the Sales, Accounting, and QA department.

JOB SUMMARY:

- Responsible for grinding all green waste… following all MRA, Safety/OSHA guidelines
- Snow/salt or other groundwork as required (maintain snowplow vendor)
- Maintain an inventory list for janitorial, mechanical and electrical supplies
- Errands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as required
- Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
- Touch up painting and drywall patching as needed
- Miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving
- Assist with communicating utility usage opportunities to maximize the building energy efficiencies… as designed
- Use (PPE) protective hearing, eyewear and shoes when necessary
- Properly mark store purchase receipts and submit packets weekly
- Other duties as necessary

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

SUMMARY
The Assistant Cultivation Manager for our Medway, Massachusetts site will be responsible for helping with oversight of the cultivation facility. The Assistant Cultivation Manager will lead and manage employees ensuring that production needs are met, help ensure the Company is in full compliance with all state and local regulations, and that any procedural problems are addressed and resolved through adherence to our SOP’s. The Assistant Cultivation Manager will assist the Cultivation Manager and Director as needed to remain in compliance and adhere to our production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist the Cultivation Manager in hiring, training and development of cultivation staff.

- Monitor stock of cultivation supplies, equipment and work with procurement to order supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning vents, restroom cleaning, common surface areas e.g. doorknobs, handles, tables, chairs)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks, special projects and participate in Cultivation Room Cleanings including after Harvests.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms

JOB SUMMARY:
This position will have responsibilities The Shipping & Inventory Manager is responsible for the ongoing management and accuracy of inventory levels in the assigned facility. Job Summary:
The Inventory & Demand Planning Specialist is responsible for all aspects of in-bound raw materials and on-site raw materials inventory management. This position is responsible for collaborating with site management to determine raw material demand and creating and managing PO’s (ERP) to satisfy demand while minimizing inventory overage. This position is also responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records (ERP) and organized storage of all raw materials from delivery through consumption.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in implementing the preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed. We focus on products of the highest quality like SIP, our line of cannabis infused sodas. We are looking for an experienced brewer who is interested in joining the cannabis industry and leading our SIP Soda team.
As the SIP Soda Head Brewer you will be responsible for overseeing and planning all soda production including ingredient sourcing, equipment maintenance and managing a small team of 2-3. Brewery experience would be ideal since we use mostly brewing equipment, like brite tanks and a Cask canning line. However, experience with soda, hard seltzer or any other carbonated canned beverage would also be relevant.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the operation & maintenance of all brewing, carbonating and canning equipment. Troubleshoot equipment problems and communicate with vendors, our maintenance team and machine shops to arrange for repairs when necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and sales and use the data to create production schedules capable of meeting demand for all sodas.
- Develop new recipes/products in conjunction with management plans and marketing team research. Adjust current recipes as needed.
- Create and maintain batch records for all products and maintain and update master recipe files.
- Assist with the development and implementation of Quality Control procedures.
- Manage a small team of 2-3 and be responsible for staff development and training including safety procedures, production methods and general company policies

Production Technician
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Production Technician to join our amazing team.
Description:
The Production Technician will learn the process of filling and bottling cannabis beverages and beverage enhancers. We are seeking someone who will ensure that the quality of our products meets the highest standards. This position will report directly to the Production Director.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Learn and operate filling and bottling equipment per standard operating procedures
- Packaging and organizing finished product
- Troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Assist with accurate measurement of ingredients
- Start-up and shutdown of equipment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized workspace
- Comply with all required state and local regulations. This is a heavily regulated industry!
- Assisting other departments or performing other tasks as needed
The Location:
Good Feels is a licensed Massachusetts cannabis company. We are located conveniently off of the 495 belt in Medway.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position fits the following description:
- Experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred
- Follows state regulations pertaining to food handling/safety standards
- Maintains compliance with CCC rules and regulations
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including walking, squatting, lifting 40 pounds and standing on your feet for long periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in support of bottling line operation
- Attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with fellow coworkers
- Enthusiasm for fast-acting cannabis products
- Either 1-2 years of experience in a brewery or in cannabis preferred
- Servsafe certification or food safety certification equivalent preferred
- Availability to work Monday-Friday
- Candidate must be at least 21 years old per state regulations
- Must consent to CORI (background check)
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Salary negotiable based on experience. Range begins at $41,800/year.

We are currently looking for a Harvest Associate to work in the Cultivation team in our Medway facility. The successful candidate will be motivated, flexible, able to multi-task, and a reliable team player.

The primary responsibility of a Harvest Associate is to assist in all day-to-day operations necessary to harvest and shuck all CommCan flower. The associate must be willing to abide by CommCan policies and procedures as well as Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) compliance requirements.

Cultivation Associates are responsible for performing all cultivation duties as directed by the Director of Cultivation and the Cultivation Manager. The Cultivation Associates will work closely with our Cultivation Management, and other departments. The Cultivation Associate will perform other duties as requested.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Watering, cloning, transplanting, defoliating, pruning, harvesting and moving plants;
- Maintaining a sanitary and organized work environment at all times; this includes routing cleanings in all areas of cultivation;
- Caring for and maintaining plants throughout the entire life cycle; clone to harvest;
- Oversee one or several grow rooms and perform daily walk throught of assigned room(s);
- Performing IPM (integrated pest management) as needed;
- Recording and destroying plant waste daily;
- Follow and adhere to all operational guidelines and compliance policies and procedures per CommCan and the Cannabis Control Commission(CCC);
- Perform all other duties as requested by management.
