Duties include;
Following Standard Operating Procedures to package edibles, flower, concentrate in an efficient manner.
Able to use a scale accurately to weigh out product.
Safely operate a heat sealer, Grinder, and Knockbox once trained
Must be able to count to a hundred with background noise.
Responsible for using the correct packaging for each product based on product, flavor, weight and/or potency.
Responsible for correctly labeling each package with the correct sticker based on flavor/strain/Metrc #/packed on date/ etc.
Assist kitchen staff when requested with rolling, demolding, and sugaring gummies. Demolding hard candies. Sealing honey sticks and other production activities.
Helping to acutely prepare outgoing wholesale orders; using wholesale worksheet to correctly fulfill quantities, flavors, strains and then box and label orders.
Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of your work space and tools at the beginning and end of your shift. Sanitizing your work station and tools before and after each use. Assisting in overall cleanliness; sweeping, mopping, dishes, and organizing

Job Description: The production assistant roll focuses on the production, packaging, and fulfillment of clean, safe, and tested medical cannabis and CBD products from our production facility and retail location in Brunswick, Maine consistent with applicable state and local laws and regulations. Job Description: Healer is looking for a Customer Service person for our Hemp Products who will also double as a budtender "wellness advisor" to assist in our day to day opperations. This position works directly with customers and patients in a wellness setting. This job includes customer service, taking online and phone orders, as well as curbside pick up at our production facility in Brunswick ME. Cultivation Technician
Provides on-site cultivation for one or more cannabis gardens. Completes tasks assigned by the Cultivation Manager to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Seeking full time packaging associates for Premium Cannabis Brand specializing in flower, flower products as well as concentrates. The Packaging Associate conducts day-to-day operations within the cultivation and manufacturing facility including cleaning, setting up packaging work areas, weighing, packaging, labeling, of cannabis flower, flower products and extracts. The Packaging Associate is responsible for cleaning and facility upkeep while adhering to all company policy and industry regulations. The Packaging Associate is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism. The Packaging Associate will be working with a variety of manufacturing/light industrial/production tasks. We have a very fast-paced environment. You must be able to multi-task, work quickly, efficiently, and be adaptable to changing of priorities as well as tasks as needed.

- Ensure that production is performed by following standard operating procedures.

Working Environment
This job operates in a professional, clean environment. This role routinely uses standard agriculture equipment such as pruning scissors, shears, spray bottles, measuring cups, beakers, and sanitization equipment. Employees will be required to gown into uniforms before entering the facility. Temperatures and conditions will be similar to most greenhouses: around 80 degrees F and 55% Humidity. Employees will be exposed to fresh cannabis plants, and cannabis plant material. They will also be subject to loud noise from fans, pumps, and motors.

Job Description: The production assistant works in the production, fulfillment and packaging of legal medical cannabis and CBD products to patients, consumers and medical providers from our production facility and retail location in Brunswick, Maine consistent with applicable state and local laws and regulations. All employees are expected to wear many hats and pitch in as needed, so you can expect to be hands on with extraction, manufacturing, packaging, fulfillment and keeping the facility clean.

In this role, the candidate should expect to:

Overview:
Following policies set forth by the Company in concert with the Dispensary Management Team, provide support in the general operation of the company through retail sales and the oversight of all inventory and corresponding data entry required to maximize operational efficiency. Assist the management team with the activities and operations of the retail location, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines established in the company training program and SOPs. Responsible for assisting customers with making informed purchasing decisions, ensuring they receive accurate and timely purchase fulfillment, as well as all matters relating to customer service and satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
