Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships and trust with influencers and key decision makers.

Position Objective:
The Assistant Store Manager acts as a direct line to the Store Director and holds essential responsibilities: leading customer service, order fulfillment, inventory control and reconciliation, cash management, daily sales reports, METRC adjustments, creating and receiving manifests in METRC, and training staff members. In addition, the Assistant Store Manager works with the Store Director to uphold Schwazze SOPs and MED laws and regulations. The Assistant Store Manager keeps up to date with any company or state regulatory changes and adjusts store operations per company discretion. The Assistant Manager reports directly to the Store Director and assists in managerial decisions including personnel issues, day-to-day operations, marketing, and general management of the store. In conjunction with the Store Director, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and great service while ensuring the store meets or exceeds company goals and objectives.
The Assistant Manager assumes final decision-making authority and accountability for the store during the absence of the Store Director and makes decisions based on current company and state operations, procedures, standards and laws.
Essential Functions:
Customer service:
Trains staff members on company-wide customer service standards and holds staff members accountable for compliance
Conducts customer service reviews during Budtender Reviews and addresses as well as documents any coaching opportunities that arise
Monitors online reviews and trains staff as needed in accordance with customer feedback
Driving Sales:
Works closely with the Store Director and Retail Management Team to ensure the store is meeting or exceeding sales goals by reaching sales targets and adhering to market changes or demands
Regularly reviews KPIs and related information and works with the Store Director to consistently meet sales targets
Holds retail staff accountable for monthly sales targets and works with the Store Director to incentivize staff members per company direction
Staffing/Scheduling:
Manages Budtenders actions day-to-day and works closely with the Store Director to ensure staffing needs are met by drafting monthly schedules

Documents HR concerns and termination and exit paperwork, as necessary

Daily Operations:
Follows company SOPs regarding cash handling by drafting daily sheets, filing, and organizing vendor orders, monitoring cash balances, organizing cash deposit pickups, submitting change orders, and conducting ATM refills

Daily inventory reconciliation and POS/METRC adjustments

Position Overview
The Packaging Associate is responsible for packaging plant material and infused products. Position Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for representing our company and our products to licensed cannabis retailers
- They will work as part of a sales team to execute sales strategies, brand position strategies, and business development strategies to maximize sales
- The role reports directly to the Sales Director
- Grow the retailer base and overall sales volume in your territory by generating new leads and increasing existing retailer sales
- Build and manage relationships and develop strong rapport with customer retail buyers, management and sales staff on behalf of the company

Role & Responsibilities
IES is looking to add an experienced customer service professional to our Client Relations Team. As a Client Relations Representative, the person in this role will act as the client’s point of contact at IES once the sale has been won. This role includes frequent communication with the client such as reaching out at least once a week, answering questions, and communicating production status. Additionally, the person in this role will act as a Certified Trainer. As part of its ongoing service to our customers, IES offers the opportunity to become certified in extraction techniques. The Trainer will have the ability to travel to our customer facilities nationally and internationally to do on-site training. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about customer relations, eager to learn about the manufacturing industry, and an excellent communicator.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Act as main Point of Contact with customers after the sale has been won
- Touch base with clients at least once a week
- Routinely ensure CRM platform (SalesForce) is up to date
- Answer any and all questions that come up from clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of pre-training checklist
- Communicate production status
- Coordinate ship date
- Schedule on-site training
- Travel to facility to complete on-site training
- Be wiling to step in and help wherever needed (in-house QC testing, shipping, cleaning systems, etc.)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with extensive customer service positions
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred

Compensation
New hires start at a training salary with opportunities for a salary increase after an evaluation at the three month, then additional six month mark. Bonuses are offered as appropriate. Training
As a Client Relations Representative & Certified Trainer, it is essential to understand how our machines are put together and the process flow of the system. You will start your time at IES by training alongside the production team to get an in-depth view of our products. After production, you will train with other members of the Client Relations team to learn daily operations and gain familiarity of our organization. You will continue training by shadowing team members at on-site trainings, until completing the training process by becoming the trainer at client facilities.
