ASSOCIATE PLANNER
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Thisn position is for the Victorville region.
Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties related to the collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of technical land use, environmental, zoning and other city planning data; and ensures compliance with the assigned city’s development standards. Working knowledge of current planning within a municipal government environment with some exposure to and/or experience in advanced urban planning and environmental planning projects and assignments.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

1. Gather and maintain demographic data and other related statistics
2. Participate in the research, analysis, and interpretation of social, economic, population and land use data and trends

10. Take phone calls and inquiries from the public and other agencies; provide assistance to walk-in customers at the counter
11. Prepare staff reports and graphic displays
12. Research and draft ordinances for review
13. Attend a variety of meetings, including Planning Commission meetings and predevelopment meetings
14. Interpret project compliance with assigned city’s plans, ordinances, and codes
15. Attend and participate in professional group meetings; maintain awareness of new trends and developments in the field of municipal planning; incorporate new developments as appropriate into programs
16. Perform environmental assessments, providing detailed written comments on mitigated negative declarations and special studies performed by outside consultants and for outside agencies
17. Processing commercial cannabis program applications, CUPs and entitlements, within a municipal government environment; familiarity with California Proposition 64 cannabis legislation is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

Retail Growth
- Deliver annual topline and bottom-line financial goals for a flagship store in San Bernardino, CA
- Responsible for developing and managing opening and operating plans for this location to deliver financial targets and operational performance

- Monitor financial results, assess factors impacting performance and take appropriate actions to achieve annual operating plan

Store Operations

General Summary of Duties: Production Associate is responsible for weighing, prepping, and packaging various forms of cannabis including flowers, edibles, pre-rolls, cartridges and concentrates. DUTIES/RESPONSABILITIES:
- Ensure all COA’s, manifests, tags are completed in a timely basis
- Coordinate the manifesting of finished product from our manufacturing to distribution
- Collaborate with clients and distributors to schedule and manifest the movement of finished product to other warehouses
- Conduct daily and monthly audits and inventory counts of cannabis good and finished product
- Identify needs, delegate internally, and take initiative as needed to maintain METRC compliance
- Responsible for investigating any discrepancies and recording necessary adjustments in METRC
- Create and maintain highly organized recordkeeping
- Perform data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Perform physical receipt and delivery of cannabis products and properly entering data into METRC
- Maintain high-level familiarity with METRC and DCC rules and regulations
- Create and distribute label templates for all production departments on a daily basis ensuring language and packaging compliance
- Create trade samples and sample transport manifests as requested by the Sales Department
- Conduct inventory cycle counts in processing, manufacturing, and/or distribution setting
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethic codes (Attendance Policy, Dress code Policy, Etc.)

Summary
Inventory Control employees are considered product and compliance experts on the products sold at High Times retail markets. The primary job requirement for this position is the compliant intake and processing of product as it relates to the METRC platform and its integrations with Blaze. Summary:
The Back Of House Assistant Retail Manager is responsible for all intake and processing of product as it relates to the METRC platform and it’s integrations with Blaze. The BOH Assistant Retail Manager will also be responsible for leading the Inventory staff.
Job Description
Inventory Management:
- Serve as the primary METRC Administrator, ensuring the account is current and compliant at all times.
- Ensure deliveries are received on time and purchase orders match invoices.
- Oversee vendor payment tracking system.
- Troubleshooting inventory issues that may come up in the course of operating the platform.
- Ordering METRC UID Tags and ensuring your entity does not run short or available tags.
- Assigning new UID’s to product packages.
- Dealing with returns, product quarantines, and write offs.
- In partnership with the Front of House Manager ensure all promotional products are appropriately
marked in the POS system and ready to be set on the sales floor.
- Liaison with the corporate centralized buying team.
- Point of contact with regional vendor representatives nurturing and ensuring positive relationships and any shop specific concerns are addressed.
- In partnership with Retail Manager, ensuring staff samples are accounted for and dispersed in accordance with company policy.
- Develop, implement and maintain effective inventory management best practices and procedures.
- Ensures all items recorded as damaged are properly removed from the POS software, including both items that become defective onsite and items that are returned by clients.
Compliance:
- Ensure that all products are stored and handled in secure, sanitary, compliant conditions that will mitigate exposure to pests and various contaminants.
- Track, dispose of, and report all waste in a compliant manner.
- Oversee and manage regular inventory audits, reconciliation of inventory records as needed and in compliance with the state of California.
- Maintain extensive organized and compliant inventory records.
Leadership:
- Identify strategies to maximize available resources and enhance efficiency.
- Follow the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures in accordance with the company's mission, vision, goals, and objective.
- Supervise and direct the activities of the BOH team, including working with FOH to schedule BOH staff.
- When scheduled, will perform all Manager on Duty tasks.
- Lead team to hourly financial goals during MOD shift.
- Exercise significant authority and discretion when addressing items that concern the location, including:
- Completes annual reviews for staff and is a coaching voice to staff; counsels and follows disciplinary procedures when needed.
- Recommends hiring, performance, discipline, termination, or advancement of employees.

POSITION
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable Brand Ambassador to join our team and provide the highest level of customer service to our customers. Living in the finished goods room to stage orders for drivers in the morning, to visiting physical store locations to keep track of inventory needs, this person is being trained to be a sales representative.
The position requires individuals with good judgment skills and who are able to operate with discretion maintaining company confidentiality.

The most recent role within Culture is an exciting one, and that is our Delivery Consultant. Ideally, the person taking on this role is typically someone who has natural survival skills and can think quickly on their feet in the event something happens during the delivery process. They also act with integrity by not consuming any products while they are operating a motor vehicle. Because they are on the clock, delivery consultants are expected to be efficient with their time and not be conducting any personal affairs while on the road. Failure to adhere to the policies in place will result in termination of employment.
Culture Delivery is an exciting channel because this expands our reach even further so we can capture all of our guests within the radius. This is why it was so important for Culture, as a company, to do everything we could to make sure that guests that are shopping online would receive the same exact experience they would get if they were at a store.
Because we care about our guests' experience so much, our consultants are very focused on making sure that every order that is placed is available, accurate, and treated with extreme care. Consultants pay close attention to the customer orders, and will go above and beyond to make suggestions that are tailored to the customer and their specific needs.
The consultants are knowledgeable about the lay of the land. They are expected to map their routes so that orders are being delivered within a good window of time, specifically within an hour. Therefore, it’s important that our consultants check-in regularly with the customer and notify the customer's order status throughout the entire delivery process. The consultants are very active within the chat, and keep the conversation going until the order is received.
Delivery Consultants work with high urgency to make sure that the customer gets what they ordered in a timely fashion.
We understand that as a company, we have a huge responsibility to make customers happier than when they first walked in. With delivery, we are delivering happiness at their doorstep.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Possesses a clean driving record and is considered themselves a good driver
- Verifies orders to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment of the customers orders
- Delivery Consultants will offer alternative items if they don’t have any in stock
- Delivery Drivers are the face of culture at the door. It’s extremely important that the delivery driver remains upbeat, engaged, and builds meaningful connections with every customer at their doorstep.
- Consolidates the orders so customers receive exactly what they asked for
- Packages the customer order with precision, accuracy and care
- Personalizes the experience by tailoring specific products to customers
- Maps their route before going on the road to maximize productivity
- Does not consume products while driving. Failure to comply will result in a corrective action up to and including separation from employment
- Delivers cannabis products within a timely manner to maintain speed of service
- Stays focused and does not run personal errands while they are on the road
- Continues to connect with the guest throughout the entire experience
- Has a sense of autonomy can be relied upon to make their own decisions on the road
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains the gas mileage on their own personal vehicle
- Takes the proper steps to maintain their vehicle to maximize car performance
- Stays up to date on current traffic and weather information to plan their next route
- Solicits feedback from customers to help improve the delivery platform
- If there are no orders that are in queue, then the delivery driver will head back to the shop to support as a cannabis consultant to drive local sales.

· Ensure POS counters are ready to go when dispensary opens
· Assist with running side work, stocking and cleaning during all downtime
· Maintain fully stocked and clean POS counters at all times
· Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization is completed
· Participate in periodic staff cleanings and meetings
· Adhere to company SOPs
· Inform management if any product inventory is running low
· Be on time and ready to work for each and every shift

Must be at least 21 years old with ability to pass a federal background check via Live Scan

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for overall health of inventory, driving accuracy, utilizing industry standards, following rigid compliance guidelines, best practices and inventory techniques to manage and control inventory flow. The Inventory Specialists main duties are processing and reconciling inventory, forecasting supplies and analyzing sales data to help drive purchasing decisions. Roles and Responsibilities
· Intake and process inventory into METRC and POS system, including matching vendor invoices to purchase orders and METRC manifests.
· Utilize the existing inventory tracking system, as well as suggesting and working on improvements to the system, to optimize inventory control procedures.
· Forecast inventory needs to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
· Schedules, oversees and reports cycle counts of assigned inventory lots and locations, including processing and reporting of necessary adjustments

POSITION SUMMARY:
The General Manager is the supervisor of the dispensary operations and has direct authority, control, or supervision over all personnel who engage in the retail sale of cannabis products.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures compliance with all State and local rules and regulations, and directly supervises the activity within the dispensary to include staff training and education.

The most recent role within Culture is an exciting one, and that is our Delivery Consultant. Ideally, the person taking on this role is typically someone who has natural survival skills and can think quickly on their feet in the event something happens during the delivery process. They also act with integrity by not consuming any products while they are operating a motor vehicle. Because they are on the clock, delivery consultants are expected to be efficient with their time and not be conducting any personal affairs while on the road. Culture Delivery is an exciting channel because this expands our reach even further so we can capture all of our guests within the radius. This is why it was so important for Culture, as a company, to do everything we could to make sure that guests that are shopping online would receive the same exact experience they would get if they were at a store.
Because we care about our guests' experience so much, our consultants are very focused on making sure that every order that is placed is available, accurate, and treated with extreme care. Consultants pay close attention to the customer orders, and will go above and beyond to make suggestions that are tailored to the customer and their specific needs.
The consultants are knowledgeable about the lay of the land. They are expected to map their routes so that orders are being delivered within a good window of time, specifically within an hour. Summary
Drivers are responsible for securely and compliantly transporting cannabis goods and other products to clients at the time and place of the clients choosing. Drivers are required to maintain accurate logs of delivered goods and travel, this information may be audited by the Department of Cannabis Control.
Drivers must maintain a clean driving record for continued employment. Drivers will assist in store and as a Guide when no deliveries are being processed and transported.
- Ensure secure delivery of all product through following all security protocols
- Deliver excellent and professional customer service during every interaction.
- Conduct inspections of vehicle prior to departing the store parking lot
- Load product into car according to specifications
- Deliver product to customers on assigned route
- Unload and deliver goods per client specifications
- Collect payments
- Check manifest and invoice to ensure products delivered match manifest
- Follow route manifest for each delivery

Dusty's Grub hub is a fun and great working experience especially to those who want to work with food. We are a Catering and food vending company. We work different events throughout the week and weekends. We will train so experience is not necessary.
Responsibilities:
-Prep and prepare food to industry standard
-Maintain a clean work space and environment
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds
-Be Respectful at all times and to both team and guests
-Be punctual. Being on time is a requirement for any job so show that you take yours seriously
-Logging and reporting of Inventory, waste, etc.
Pay is based off commission but a potential base pay of something can/will be discussed during interview and finalized upon hire.
