Dr. Dabber is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our Las Vegas team.
This full-time sales position will work closely with the wholesale department while attending trade shows and events throughout the year.
Your main responsibilities include conducting cold phone calls, prospecting leads, promoting the Dr. Dabber brand, processing sales transactions, and managing accounts.
Our ideal candidate is able to interpret customers’ behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness and grow their monthly sales. - Graduate, with previous sales experience (Min 2 Years)
- Knowledge of traditional B2B sales cycle
- Experience with CRM & accounting tools
- Confident & outgoing personality
- Passion for sales, building relationships, and delivering results
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiar with Cold Calling
- Well-organized and self-motivated
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to travel throughout the year
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry
- Familiar with cannabis vaporizers and how they operate
- Experience in the cannabis space is highly preferred!
The Dr. Dabber employee will be expected to develop their skills, and thrive working in a fast-paced ever-evolving industry.
Weekly Activities Include:
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with customers to determine their needs, suggesting the right products to solve the customer’s problem
- Develop and cultivate strong, long-lasting, buying relationships with Dr. Dabber's customers.
- Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product knowledge & features
- Cross-sell products to increase purchase order amounts.
- Contact, communicate & document all interactions with wholesale accounts through a CRM - Salesforce.
- Schedule, manage and monitor weekly account follow-up
- Assist team members with day-to-day wholesale tasks
- Set & achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals

Dr. Dabber is looking for Cold Call Representatives to join our Las Vegas team. This full-time Lead Generation position will work closely with the wholesale department.
Your main responsibilities include conducting cold phone calls, prospecting leads, educating potential customers about the brand, and securing orders for our Account Managers.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is motivated to pick up the phone and dial out to shops all across the world. Prospecting new leads through search engines, social media, smoke shop lists, Weedmaps, Yelp, etc. If you are motivated, passionate, and ready to learn, we want to meet you.
- Graduate, with previous cold call experience (Preferred)
- Confident & outgoing personality
- Passion for making cold calls and building relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well-organized and self-motivated
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry
- Familiar with cannabis vaporizers and how they operate
