Candidate will be required to make test run gummies that will be taste and lab tested. You will be helping us create a brand and therefore we are looking for someone who is creative, goal-driven and is able to complete tasks by given deadlines. Ability to make gluten free and vegan gummies is a plus!
Responsibilities:

• Follow supervisors' instructions for the production deadlines.
• Set-up and operate in a professional manner the company's equipment including but not limited to: packaging and manufacturing equipment, mixers, blenders, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Work with high pace, accuracy and efficiency to meet production goals at your assigned station.
• Perform product and ingredients weighing, scaling and measuring as precisely as humanly possible.
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility by completing daily tasks including but not limited to: washing and deep sanitizing cooking appliances, utensils, and working surfaces.
• Identify ways to enhance efficiency without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends is preferred but not required. Employees will be compensated for overtime in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.

Summary
We are looking for a full-time Digital Graphic Designer to join their team. This position is 100% remote with a preference for candidates in the LA metro area. The Digital Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, web pages, product graphics, email promotional creative, email templates, social media graphics, and banner ads.
The ideal candidate will have aesthetic prowess coupled with a firm understanding of digital best practices and a passion for cutting-edge design. Key Responsibilities

Summary
The Content Marketing Manager will work within a heavily regulated industry, the ideal candidate will have strong experience with out-of-the-box organic initiatives to drive inbound traffic. Key Responsibilities

• Create on-brand content that's edited for consistency in tone, compliant with SEO best practices, and fits with design and style guides

Qualifications and Experience

• 4 – 8 years experience in a content marketing or editorial role, either at a media company or on the content team in a consumer-facing, e-commerce company


• Proven ability to develop, execute, and communicate a long-term content strategy, while also balancing immediate priorities and opportunities in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment with multiple internal decision-makers and stakeholders

The Role
The Inbound Operations Supervisor is responsible for receiving items that are handled efficiently. Their duties include handling stocks, training employees, assigning duties, developing work procedures, maintaining the receiving area clean and organized, and implementing record-keeping procedures.

The Role
As a Senior Warehouse Associate, Outbound, you will assist the Operations Manager/Supervisor to ensure all orders are shipped in full. This role is responsible for locating merchandise, making sure that inventory discrepancies are communicated internally and externally, as well as that brand requests are accommodated in a timely manner. General Summary:

Role Overview
Asceend is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with at least three to five years of demonstrable and verifiable Quickbooks experience. Jr. Bookkeeper responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, and making basic reconciliations. You will use Quickbooks online daily to process business transactions for a variety of entities and projects. The ideal candidate also has an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and have a strong fundamental knowledge of GAAP and how to implement them in a cannabis business environment.
Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department – assist with preparing financial statements for Accountant review
• Enter daily key data of financial transactions (all bank, credit card, invoices for multiple entities) into company databases.
• Day to day maintenance and organization of receipts, financial records, and transactions.
• Organize company files and documents in Google Drive
• Daily maintenance and oversight of multiple bank accounts, credit card accounts and transactions, and various Cash on Hand (COH) ledgers

Summary

The Role:
The Human Resources Generalist reports to the Director of People Relations and is accountable for overseeing all HR-related responsibilities for the Nabis SoCal sites with ~100 employees. The HR Generalist works as a HR Business Partner to the Operations team and as a partner to the Talent Manager to align company goals and objectives with the day-to-day People Team operations to meet state and federal compliance. The HR Generalist is responsible for providing best in class full-cycle People Relations services, working across the business to improve upon ways of working, efficiencies, and proactive approaches to People Management. • Oversee OSHA reporting and be a regular contributor to the safety committee.
• Maintain personnel records in both Gusto and Dropbox, including completeness and full accuracy of data.
• Oversee employee status changes and ensure this is reflected in payroll/benefits updates by conducting weekly audits of HR/personnel records to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee ongoing review of, and development of, job descriptions for all active roles. This includes making sure all JD’s are up to date, signed for by each employee, and that the JD’s include a level of accountability against performance expectations.
• Support the Ops Managers in making promotion decisions and in making determinations as it relates to progressive discipline, PIP conversations and proactive approaches to talent development.
• Oversee Offboarding of all respective Ops staff in a compliant manner including conducting exit interviews, tracking exit interview data and creating action plans against any common issues as they arise.
• Fostering Nabis’ culture including motivating teams, supporting high-growth setting, change management, employee engagement, and recognition/retention programs in coordination with entire People Team.

They will also assist with transporting potted plants to and from growing areas, which involves occasionally working around trucks, lift gates, fork lifts, and utility vehicles. They will have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds, sit, stand, walk for long periods of time and carry items as needed to complete assigned tasks. This position will be responsible for overseeing our social media channels for 3 different brands, top in their class, in the pet, cbd and cannabis industry. Duties and responsibilities

• Develop the overarching channel and community strategy for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit).

• Define most important social media KPIs.

• Manage Social Media team to ensure high quality of work for content and posts

• Use project management software to keep marketing and ops projects on track

• Create content that is not only appealing but also engaging. This means content should be provoking some sort of action whether its comments or likes through good questions being asked, providing industry insight, creating discussions, asking to learn about the audience better etc.

• In-charge of the content strategy for 3 different brands under the same holding company.

• Take advantage of new trends for added engagement on post

• Ability to manage low-level contractors to drive goals and convert sales.

Qualifications include:

• Social Media expert

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience after college

• 3+ years experience working in marketing

• 2+ years working with woocommerce

• Bachelor's degree required

• OCD on processes

• Experience utilizing Google Analytics for metrics monitoring and reporting
