Job Summary:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, organizing, developing, and executing the overall maintenance requirements and maintaining proper environments of the cultivation and processing facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP), as well as delegating responsibilities and training personnel in the execution of assigned work in accordance with established SOP.
- Ensure proper performance and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems within the building.
- Ensure proper performance, maintenance, and operation of all cultivation and processing equipment.

- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance.
- Maintain record of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of CMMS for the maintenance department and act as point of contact for CMMS administration for assigned location.
- Ensure all custodial functions associated with cleaning and maintaining the building both inside and outside.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, safety and security and ensure all required documentation is maintained accordingly.
- Manage outside contractors for determined outside facilities and equipment.
- Assist in the periodic review and negotiation of service agreements with outside contractors.
- Coordinate operations and schedules of personnel.
- Interview, hire, and train personnel.

Job Description
The Pharmacist is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, assisting the General Manager in leading the development of the dispensary staff, and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols. THE OPPORTUNITY
The Shift Supervisor will partner with Dispensary Management to lead the team. This role should lead by example by being the ultimate illustration of service, dedication, pace, and energy. The Shift Supervisor will also be primarily responsible for receiving deliveries, inputting inventory data, restocking product on the floor, and ensuring that all product remains in FIFO and/or FEFO order. THE OPPORTUNITY
The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the retail level, including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory management, and compliance adherence. Job Summary:

The Dispensary Patient Consultant is vital to delivering customer service and offering a distinctive shopping experience that drives sales results. The Dispensary Patient Consultant is primarily responsible for aiding patrons and patients through concierge-level service. The Dispensary Patient Consultant conducts day-to-day operations within the retail location while adhering to company policy and industry regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Adhere to the company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
- Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns
- Lead tours of sales floor within the store, making product recommendations based on ongoing research of products available
- Retain thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons and promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests
- Abide by-product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies as well as regulatory agency compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
- Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer
- Work as part of a team to ensure sales, guest satisfaction, and that compliance goals are met by designated timelines

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail.
- Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone and in person
- Occasionally requires local travel, as needed

Job Summary
The Supervisor, Front of House is responsible for supervising a team that develops, implements and continuously improves all quality, training, customer experience programs, cash reconciliation and at times the check-in (camera) department to improve accuracy, and operational initiatives, ensure safety, security, and all State and Local regulatory standards are maintained. This position is accountable for executing initiatives that facilitate the achievement of all hospitality goals at PharmaCann.

- Drive high customer experience standards, to include a customer-oriented culture and industry leading customer engagement through sales training and product knowledge
- Lead a world-class customer service program to drive repeat business through strong local community networking, and customer data capture

- Partner with cross-divisional managers to ensure adequate staffing is scheduled and payroll goals are met

The Cannabis Sales Consultant (CSC) is responsible for creating a world-class customer experience for all customers. The CSC will promote a positive, customer service-oriented, and compliant work environment This position is accountable for executing initiatives that achieve all hospitality goals at the retail PharmaCann location.

Job Description
The Dispensary Inventory Manager is responsible for managing policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders, and all other operational objectives of PharmaCann store operations. This position is responsible for ensuring all employees of the dispensary are accountable to these same responsibilities. This position manages the inventory team to improve accuracy, training, and execution of operational initiatives.
The Dispensary Inventory Manager is an expert in their field of inventory receiving, FIFO compliance, and order fulfillment.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Must be able work alongside a partner in a cooperative team environment to provide secure product delivery from our cultivation facilities to off-site locations.
- Assist with packaging deliveries and checking against the order form
- Must be sure product is properly secured prior to delivery
- Accurately file and maintain manifests and transaction logs after each delivery
- Oversee and execute all inventory specific initiatives as outlined on the master calendar
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team
- Work with cross-divisional teams to build consensus on strategic objectives, goals, and operational plans
- Ensure the store is audit compliant and achieves acceptable scores
- Establish and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures for retail staff
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures within the retail store
- Communicate, work closely, and successfully collaborate with other Managers to achieve the organization's goals
- Partner with the PharmaCann Human Resources team in the following HR functions:
- Interview, recruit, and hire to fill gaps in open positions in a timely manner based on store performance and volume
- Train managers and employees in expected operational standards using appropriate tools such as SOP's, compliance audits, company and state policy, and procedures
- Develop and maintain a training calendar and ensure associate onboarding and new hire training is complete
- Ensure continuous training and development with team members through training curriculums that result in consistency across all stores
- Write and deliver team members' performance reviews in partnership with GM to determine succession plans, build on member's strengths and develop areas of improvement
- Manage the performance, coach, and discipline team members on performance and violation of company and compliance policies in partnership with GM and HR
- Maintain a highly organized and professional documentation of employee issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age (or per state regulations)
- Bachelor's Degree in business,operations management, or a related field is preferred
- Store management experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience supervising training, quality, and customer service in retail
- 1 year PharmaCann supervisory experience will be considered in lieu of 2 years supervisory experience
- Minimum 4 years' retail experience, including a combination of front end and/or inventory responsibilities
- Skilled in Google and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with significant P&L responsibility
- Strong knowledge of retail technology platforms and systems

Job Summary:
The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for supporting management in using highly regulated platforms to manage complex supply chains.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create manifests and ensure that they mirror shipments and documents and that all protocols and checks are being followed.
- Complete BioTrack inventory transfers.
- Revise LeafTrade invoices to match manifests and shipments.
- Pair corresponding manifests and invoices together and leave in designated area for drivers.
- Send manifests and invoices via email to dispensary contacts the night before delivery.
- Mark orders as shipped on the morning of delivery.
- Revise LeafTrade invoices if needed upon delivery completion to reflect any rejections or discrepancies and notify dispensary contacts via email.
- Mark deliveries as complete in LeafTrade after delivery has been completed and verified that the invoice matches delivered items.
- Support Distribution Manager in overseeing the training of new drivers.
- Schedule van maintenance and servicing and keep all records.
- Track and trace daily routes via communication with drivers and GPS tracking.
- Schedule daily routes and rosters.
- Build partials orders for designated dispensaries in LeafTrade and physically set up for Packaging department.
- Track and process all product returns and if applicable, fix issues and prep to send product back with next delivery.
- Keep up with inventory-sales data spreadsheet.
- Manage timekeeping and payroll related items for distribution employees.
- File all completed manifests and transfers both electronically and physically and keep records for five (5) years.
- Provide support to Packaging and Sales departments as needed.
- Ensure vans are stocked with all necessary supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Previous management/supervisory experience in a regulated field that adheres to health and safety policies and procedures required.
- Must be able to follow SOP.
- Must be able to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment for visitors and employees by enforcing Department of Health regulations and by continuously watching for and timely reporting of potential safety hazards and unusual occurrences through patrol of assigned areas. Investigates complaints or potential criminal conduct; assists in restraining threats as necessary; provides protective services.
- Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
- Enforcement of Client and Company policies and procedures.
- Observation and reporting of fire and safety hazards.
- Conduct of routine foot patrols in and around building.
- Reporting of all pertinent issues and incidents to the general manager, Deputy Chief of Security and other Security Managers as appropriate.
- Interaction with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public
- Operate all surveillance CCTV and related equipment
- Ensure that date and time stamps on videos are accurate and that camera views are not obstructed
- Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to the operations, controls, and procedures involved in surveillance activities
- Immediately notify VP of Global Security/SOC in the event of a mechanical malfunction of the security or surveillance system that is anticipated to exceed a 4-hour period
- If the facility has been notified in writing by the Department or its authorized agents, law enforcement, or other Federal, State, or local government officials of a pending criminal or administrative investigation for which a recording may contain relevant information, the facility shall retain an unaltered copy of the recording for 4 years or until the investigation or proceeding is closed or the entity conducting the investigation or proceeding notifies the facility that it is not necessary to retain the recording whichever is longer.

The Assistant General Manager directly manages the FOH and BOH Managers and is accountable for all aspects of managing a single retail store (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned). Working conditions
This job operates in a professional retail store environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. May be required to work outdoors and/or during inclement weather. This position may require travel for new store openings within the territory.

Job Summary:
The Extraction Specialist provides on-site support to the extraction operations within a cannabis cultivation facility. As an Extraction Specialist, you are responsible for the cannabis extraction process and the manufacturing of cannabis concentrates. Extraction Specialists may be cross-trained and asked to support other departments occasionally to meet business needs, including but not limited to the processing of dry cannabis flower.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead the creation of the Internal Audit’s data-based site-visit risk assessment to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control processes
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and partner with other assurance functions such as Legal/ Compliance, Quality and Operations, through operational audits as well as advisory projects
- Lead, support and/or perform operational audits of varying complexity through all phases of the audit (planning, fieldwork, reporting) in conformance with International Professional Practice Framework (IPPF) of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
- Identify and document audit findings and recommendations that strengthen controls and improves processes
- Prepare and review audit reports that are accurate, clear, and concise
- Continually improve audit methodology to gain efficiencies in the execution of our audits (agile, benchmarking, business intelligence)
- On an ad-hoc basis, partner with other internal audit functions (financial, loss prevention and information technology groups) to perform risk assessment, conduct walk throughs, assess control design, test control operating effectiveness, and evaluate deficiency remediation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
5+ years of combined Internal Audit and or Retail, Manufacturing and or wholesale experience, preferably with the Big 4 experience- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with concentration in accounting or finance
- Certified as either CPA, CIA, or CFE.
- Comprehensive understanding of internal control environments specifically in highly regulated industries
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including the ability to interface with senior management within the company

Job Summary:
The Inventory Manager position will be responsible for the management of the inventory activities for the facility in accordance with the Company's policies, principles, and procedures. The Inventory Manager will continuously review all the operational processes, systems, assets, and methodologies used in their department and will develop a strategic and tactical operational plan with the aim of controlling costs, generating savings, reconciling inventory, and maximizing available working capital.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Executes inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes inventory holding, maximizes stock tracking system, and ensure entry accuracy.
- Ensures incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedures.
- Provides support to ensure all inventory differences are identified, researched, cleared within a specified period.
- Mitigates any identified audit deficiencies that are noted by providing training and sustainment support.
- Ensures raw materials are ready and available for cultivation or production processes as and when required.
- Track seed to sale of all products as they leave the facility.
- Develops, maintains, advises, and executes audits of internal processes and controls.
- Liaison with department managers/leads to ensure they understand the value and importance of inventory.

- Ensure any open audit issues are closed by showing evidence of required sustainment.
- Organizes, manages, and assists in physical inventory counts.
- Monitors all inventory activities of the BiotrackTHC and responds to any discrepancies by notifying the location's management and investigating the discrepancy.
- Ensures inventory counts are being performed on schedule with acceptable results and the proper documentation is being executed and filed.
- Directs the settlement of all inventory discrepancies and reports the resolution of such discrepancies.
- Develops monthly summary of all inventory discrepancies for the Compliance Manager and describes how the issues have been resolved and mitigated.
- Monitors obsolete, poor selling, and dated materials and products. Identities items for disposition. Supervises the handling of products for sale, returned products, discarded inventory, and ensures accurate and appropriate entries are made in ICS to reflect activity.
- Establishes, maintains, and assesses inventory turnover and product level goals.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of warehouse management, audit, inventory control or related area.

This position is for Dispensary Manager at an incoming Medical Marijuana Dispensary to the Chester City, PA.
The Healing Research Center (Agronomed Biologics) is a vertically integrated clinical research licensee that has a grow/process location along with 6 dispensary locations state wide.
You must be a licensed Pharmacist to apply.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining compliance with all State and Federal regulatory and reporting requirements.

The Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the facility remains compliant under state and local laws. A successful candidate can interpret and apply compliance requirements for various departments with previous experience monitoring, investigating, and resolving inventory and QA discrepancies.
The QA/Compliance Manager will play a key role in upgrading or developing and implementing Agronomed’s quality assurance policies and standard operating procedures. This role will include compliance, development and implementation programs, product quality tracking systems, adherence to DOH standards, product safety practices, internal and external audits. The individual will also ensure compliance with all Corporate operating procedures, security practices, insurance requirements as well as applicable federal, state, county, and municipal laws, regulations, ordinances, and regulations.
· Oversee and ensure the compliance of all aspects of the Agri-Kind cultivation and production facility

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in the retail industry customer-centric approach preferred
- Strong leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and proficiency in G-Suite
- Experience with inventory, point of sale, and cash management systems
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend
- Must have the ability to quickly arrive for emergency coverage and be flexible with schedule changes

Job Description
The Manager, Sales and Customer Experience is responsible for managing a team that develops, implements and continuously improves all quality, training and customer experience programs. This position is accountable for executing initiatives that facilitate the achievement of all hospitality goals at PharmaCann.
The Manager, Sales and Customer Experience is an expert in their field for specific divisions of responsibilities of the business. The ideal candidate is a business process oriented professional with demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvements that enhance efficiency and/or customer experience. - Development of high customer experience standards, to include a customer oriented culture and industry leading customer engagement through sales training and product knowledge.
- Implement a world-class customer service program to drive repeat business through strong local community networking, and customer data capture.
- Work closely with GM and other Managers to exceed sales volume and KPI goals.
- Partner with the PharmaCann Human Resources team in the following HR functions:
- Interview, recruit and hire to fill gaps in open positions in a timely manner based on store performance and volume.
- Train managers and employees in expected customer experience and hospitality standards using appropriate tools such as customer loyalty, customer satisfaction surveys and key KPI’s.
- Develop and maintain a training calendar and ensure associate onboarding and new hire training is complete.
- Ensure continuous training and development with team members through training curriculums that results in consistency across all stores.
- Write and deliver team members’ performance reviews in partnership with GM to determine succession plans, build on members strengths and develop areas for improvement.
- Manage the performance, Performance manage and coach, and discipline team members on performance poor performance and violation of company and compliance policies in partnership with GM and HR.
- Maintain a highly organized and professional documentation of employee issues.

-Organizing the orders for the day and picking product to prepare for shipment

-To package, label, sort and count merchandise for shipments to specific dispensary locations

Cultivation Personnel

Reporting to the CultivationLead, with oversight from the Director of Operations and CEO, this position will be responsible with the task of daily growing of hemp and/or medical marijuana plants.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support Cultivation Lead to complete assigned tasks, such as; o Plant tending o Transplanting o Feeding o Defoliation o Topping o Flushing o Inventory management o Waste management
- Oversee medical marijuana and/or hemp plants, giving each individual plant attention it requires.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Knowledge of soil and hydroponic growing methodologies and understanding temperature and humidity manipulation.
- Maintain knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi and IPM protocols.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MM and hemp strains; Sativa, Indica and Hybrids.
- Assist Administration with regular inventory audits.
- Comply with HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
- Perform in a manner consistent with company goals and values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Ag business or in related field or a combination of relevant education with experience
- Knowledge of Plant and Soil Science
- Experience with water management, irrigation, and scheduling
- Sense of urgency and self motivation; ability to work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to audit and correct errors
- Ability to instill trust and to resolve unexpected issues quickly
- Ability to lift 25 pounds from floor to table.
- Experience in an entrepreneurial environment considered a plus.

We are the largest cannabis delivery service in San Francisco. We are looking to expand our team with a hard-working and dedicated inventory Receiver. As a Receiver, you will be a key part of the inventory team, ensuring our operations run smoothly. The Receiver plays a key role in a dynamic team involved in many aspects of cannabis businesses in a compliant and permitted environment. Our team has start-up energy, is committed to professionalism, integrity and has high standards of productivity and work quality. Inventory experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with the Inventory Manager on a variety of day to day and weekly tasks
- Receiving shipments and documentation from vendors
- Verifying orders match invoices and manifests and checking product for compliance
- Accurately labeling and tagging all product
- Following inventory control procedures
- Communicating any quality or quantity issues to Inventory Manager
- Assisting with weekly inventory count procedures, including data entry
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 year warehouse/receiving/retail experience
- Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of inventory management software/ERP a plus
- Must be able to adapt to a changing work environment and take direction well
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which will include an early morning
- Must be able to bend and lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs)
- Reliable and trustworthy
- At least 21 years of age
