Through organic growth and consistent quality we've expanded and gained market share through proven sales and marketing strategies, and we are looking for highly motivated sales representatives, account executives and distribution managers to seek out new distributors and activate existing ones with new upcoming products.

YOUR ROLE: This sales role is all about finding new opportunities, networking and business development. This position is responsible for contacting current distributors and getting them to purchase our new products. This position will be utilizing data lists to actively pursue deal making with key decision makers at distributors across the USA. This position will be measuring sales results while effectively communicating and working closely with the marketing and executive team to support our distributors.
We will be forging new relationships and winning back existing ones.

Job Responsibilities:

- Contacting retailers and distributors by any means necessary and negotiating bulk product purchases + offering distributor support.
- Networking with distributors to establish high level relationships with key decision makers
- Carrying out field visits locally and nationally to negotiate deals on our behalf
- Attending trade shows and attracting new business and relationships.
- Updating and maintaining contact details within our CRM
- Working with our marketing team to identify marketing opportunities that create sell-through
- Resolves customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
- Creating sales pitches
- Executing sales objectives
- Managing client accounts
- Finding and following new sales leads
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
- Attending networking events
- Negotiating sales contracts
- Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines
- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
- Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
- Motivating team members to exceed expected goals
- Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
- Researching the market and industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 21 years of age or older with 4+ years of sales experience and knowledge of CRM softwares.
