Day to day tasks:
- Entering Sales orders and creating client invoices in DISTRU
- Following up on emails and messages. All must be responded to within 24 business hours.
- Follow up and liaise with clients regarding scheduling payments
- Notifying and coordinating with the operations/distribution team all pertinent details regarding order updates
- Updating digital files with all the latest details.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller responsible for the organization's financial management and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience, excellent analytic, organization, and communication skills.
The controller will be involved with all aspects of payables, receivables, expenses, and cash management, and will be a key contributor in ensuring that our books and records are accurate and that our financial reporting is done in a timely manner. We will rely on our controller to provide us with insights on how we are doing and trust them to be building a practice of meticulous attention to detail and rigorous analysis. Job Description:
- Develops, maintains, and enhances accounting and finance policies, processes and procedures to comply with US GAAP requirements
- Oversee and coordinate daily accounting functions and accuracy of financial statements, including month-end/year-end close process.
- Monitor the financial performance, strategies, and goals of the company.

Better Than Good is looking for a Distribution Driver to work out of our Distribution center in Perris, Ca. This position will require driving and delivering to various locations around SoCal.
We are a state licensed and compliant cannabis distribution company in Perris, Ca.
Job Summary
Distribution Driver - Transport orders to and from our warehouse across Southern California as well as an occasional route up north using a company vehicle. Drivers are responsible for preparing and packaging orders, double-checking to make 100% sure all the correct items are there, properly labeled with information matching manifest/invoice as well as COA/lab testing numbers. Drivers will be responsible for routing their day, abiding by cannabis regulations and compliance, collecting payments and generally acting as extended representatives of our distribution company.

- Pack and load products into vehicle according to company's specifications
- Deliver/Pick up orders to/from customers on assigned routes in a time effective manner

- Develops, maintains, and enhances accounting and finance policies, processes and procedures to comply with US GAAP requirements
- Oversee and coordinate daily accounting functions and accuracy of financial statements, including month-end/year-end close process.
- Monitor the financial performance, strategies, and goals of the company.
- Oversee the supervision and training of accounting staff responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Job Summary
Distribution Driver - Transport orders to and from our warehouse across Southern California as well as an occasional route up north using a company vehicle. Drivers are responsible for preparing and packaging orders, double-checking to make 100% sure all the correct items are there, properly labeled with information matching manifest/invoice as well as COA/lab testing numbers. As a Better Than Good Distribution Account Executive, you will be responsible for fostering the relationship between BTG and BTG’s retail partners within the assigned Nor Cal territory.

Primary Responsibilities
- Generating sales of branded products through customer service with actively ordering retail accounts and opening new account business
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Identify, consult and implement opportunities that will move business forward in your accounts

Job Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for consistently performing these tasks in their market area:
- Represent and educate on each brand at pop up events, in store demos, and patient appreciation days.
- Have previous knowledge of cannabis products and learn our product offerings in order to help customers find the best product fit for their lifestyle.
