The Role:
The role of Account Executive – Inside Sales is for a person who wants to be part of the hight-tech revolution in Cannabis. We are looking for individuals who are confident, highly motivated, and can work independently. This is a great sales opportunity with uncapped earnings and growth potential to join our growing Sales Team at Entrinsia.
Entrinsia is the creator of the Cortex platform for Cannabis. Cortex acts as the brain for Cannabis operations, keeping track of day to day tasks and detecting problems before they become a major issue. Our technology combines the best in class machine learning, IoT and cloud computing technologies. This results in a full stack solution that enables our customers to automate their business. Cannabis operators are pulled in many directions to run their business. Cortex helps them manage the flood of data by keeping track of employee tasks, production schedules and regulatory record keeping. In addition, Cortex combines environment, equipment, and inventory monitoring to make sure a facility is running at its best. As part of our Sales Team, we are looking for sales professionals who can build relationships with our customers and help develop trusted partner relationships with each of our customers.
As an Account Executive, you must be driven and able to work independently. In addition, you must be diligent, innovative, and tenacious. Above all, we are looking for individuals who possess a customer centric work ethic with a passion for our industry and high tech.You will:
- Connect with cannabis operators across cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and dispensaries within your target region.
- Help businesses navigate the complexities of keeping up with regulations and realize the value Cortex brings in helping them run their day to day operations.
- Conduct periodic site visits (when applicable again) in your target region to maintain strong working relationships and to grow your business portfolio.
- Develop strong business relationships through cold calling, email, social media, and value driven conversations
Our ideal candidate:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Has cannabis industry experience
- Experience with sales or business development
- Able to work remotely
Bonus Points:
- Experience selling software solutions
- Experience selling to both small businesses and enterprise customer
- Previous experience as an Account Executive for an Inside Sales Team
