Position: Lab Tech
Location: Willcox AZ
Shift: Monday - Friday 2 pm - 10:30 pm (SENCOND SHIFT)
A Lab Tech will learn the extraction processes to facilitate and drive distillate and concentrate production. A Lab Tech will perform a broad range of duties related to the day-to-day operations and production of oil. That includes preparation and extraction of plant material; the preparation of solutions, supplies, materials, and equipment; cleaning & maintenance of equipment and facilities; proper and safe use of equipment and materials.
Essential Functions:
- Follow complex instructions and formulae in the preparation, set-up and usage of equipment.
- Grinding, Preparation & Extraction of plant material per SOP and cGLP/cGMP specifications
- Preparation of Crude Extract for distillation and concentrate refinement.
- Routine maintenance, cleaning, and proper storage of all extraction tools and equipment.
- Prepare chemical solutions, washes, extracts and dilutions to SOP and cGLP specifications.
- Follow proper chain of custody procedures (documentation and security) for supplies and raw materials.
- Maintaining, securing, logging and inventorying sufficient quantities of each crude oil for refinement and R&D.
- Communicate with Lab Manager & Shift Lead to determine production needs for the day/week/month.
- Maintain extraction supplies & inventory by checking stock to anticipate and determine when reordering is necessary. Ensure proper chemical storage handling.
- Follow all Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs). ? Attend training of new procedures and equipment.
- Follow quality control protocols relating to but not limited to: proper operational parameters of equipment, minimization of product loss, prevention of cross-contamination, safe storage of crude oil, final products and solvents.

Position: RPM/Manufacturing Manager
Location: Willcox, AZ
The Manufacturing Manager supports by supervising the Manufacturing Team and effectively executing activities relating to: Receiving Harvested product, dry train, bucking, trimming and curing processes and applicable packaging activities.

Position: Help Desk Specialist (IT)

As the Help Desk Specialist, you receive requests from users for support or advice, and respond within the guidelines of the established process. Monitors and responds to open Help Desk tickets and other requests for basic IT support, to include but not limited to assistance with: email, VPN, drive mapping, or program installs. As the Help Desk Specialist, you receive requests from users for support or advice, and respond within the guidelines of the established process. What You Have:

Position: Lab Tech
Location: Willcox AZ
A Lab Tech will learn the extraction processes to facilitate and drive distillate and concentrate production. A Lab Tech will perform a broad range of duties related to the day-to-day operations and production of oil. That includes preparation and extraction of plant material; the preparation of solutions, supplies, materials, and equipment; cleaning & maintenance of equipment and facilities; proper and safe use of equipment and materials.
Essential Functions:
- Follow complex instructions and formulae in the preparation, set-up and usage of equipment.
- Grinding, Preparation & Extraction of plant material per SOP and cGLP/cGMP specifications
- Preparation of Crude Extract for distillation and concentrate refinement.
- Routine maintenance, cleaning, and proper storage of all extraction tools and equipment.
- Prepare chemical solutions, washes, extracts and dilutions to SOP and cGLP specifications.
- Follow proper chain of custody procedures (documentation and security) for supplies and raw materials.
- Maintaining, securing, logging and inventorying sufficient quantities of each crude oil for refinement and R&D.
- Communicate with Lab Manager & Shift Lead to determine production needs for the day/week/month.
- Maintain extraction supplies & inventory by checking stock to anticipate and determine when reordering is necessary. Ensure proper chemical storage handling.
- Follow all Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs). ➢ Attend training of new procedures and equipment.
- Follow quality control protocols relating to but not limited to: proper operational parameters of equipment, minimization of product loss, prevention of cross-contamination, safe storage of crude oil, final products and solvents.

Role Summary:
The IPM Spray Technician requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a large cannabis cultivation facility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspecting all plants/rooms in every facility throughout the company
- Taking notes on and assessing plant health, pest issues and cleanliness of grow rooms for daily reports by email as well as the Trulieve SharePoint
- Taking plant samples for inspection to identify pests or plant health issues
- Maintaining a good relationship with staff and management to more effectively solve issues or avoid problems within grow facilities
- Researching pests and plant health issues and how to better deal with them in a compliant manner
- Work independently with excellent time management skills to inspect all rooms in facilities before light cycle switches off
- Verbal presentations for weekly management meetings
- Maintain equipment necessary for the completion of all tasks
- Alerting the staff as to the location of any identified pest or problem in grow rooms, also providing written instructions as to where said pests are found

Position: Manufacturing Administrative Assistant
Location: Willcox, AZ
Under the direct supervision of the RPM Manager, this position provides administrative and clerical support for the RPM Leadership team. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties in an office and in a production setting to include production record keeping, report preparation and consolidation for RPM Leadership, coordination of meetings and conferences, document control for SOPs, working on special projects in excel, and running errands. Also, may answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important internal customers at all levels in the organization. Essential Functions:
- For manufacturing Leadership, acts as a resource for all clerical and administrative items.
- Develops and maintains RPM reports, forms and procedures.
- Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the RPM departments.
- Maintains the RPM Dashboard for reporting purposes, gathers RPM data for computer entry and consolidates for review by RPM Leadership.
- Creates and develops visual presentations for the RPM leadership team when required.
- Establishes Document control: develops, maintains and updates filing system for the department.

- Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business reports, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Cultivation Technician will be responsible to facilitate daily operations of growth and harvest, including the consistent monitoring of cultivation room environments, plant health, watering, integrated pest management, cloning, pruning, transplanting and other related activities. Role Summary:
The IPM Spray Technician requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a large cannabis cultivation facility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspecting all plants/rooms in every facility throughout the company
- Taking notes on and assessing plant health, pest issues and cleanliness of grow rooms for daily reports by email as well as the Trulieve SharePoint
- Taking plant samples for inspection to identify pests or plant health issues

- Researching pests and plant health issues and how to better deal with them in a compliant manner

The Post Harvest Team Lead will direct workflow and lead others in a positive productive manner. Facilities Technician
Trulieve is currently in the process of hiring maintenance personnel for our new processing and packaging center in Tampa. The ideal candidate for the role of Production Maintenance Technician is a multi-trade problem solver who is both highly skilled and highly motivated. Those who are comfortable working in a clean food grade environment will be especially comfortable in this facility. This job requires a candidate who is well rounded and able to troubleshoot a variety of equipment. We are looking for experienced technicians who can work as a team to accomplish big picture goals. This facility will be a processing center for a variety of medical cannabis products. The ideal candidate for this job should have extensive experience in troubleshooting processing and packaging equipment. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and install various pieces of processing and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot building’s Electrical Distribution, HVAC, and Lighting systems.

- Respond to line calls and maintenance tickets according to their assigned priority.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma with completion of Trade School, Apprenticeship, or relevant Military Experience strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical theory and troubleshooting.
- High level knowledge of electrical circuits and drawings
- Background in troubleshooting of control/low voltage systems.
- Proficient in the use of electrical test equipment to include: Multi-meters, Amp Meters, and Meggers.
- Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Well versed in maintenance safety protocols including PPE and LOTO.
- Able to lift and transport materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis; prolonged standing and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching on a daily basis; and working in confined spaces.
- Ability to identify unsafe situations and work with team leads onsite to mitigate risks.

Position Summary

JOB SUMMARY*
This is an experienced level technician role responsible for safely performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to building and/or process equipment under the direction of supervisor or lead technician. The Facilities Technician II role may also be responsible for collecting operational information through log rounds or data acquisition systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Actively enforces site safety policies.
- Performs minor repair of all buildings and equipment per equipment manufacturers instructions or proven industry practices.
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspects belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, greases bearings, etc.
- Cleans and inspects process boilers; tests and treats water with proper chemicals.
- Replaces broken windows; repairs doors, door locks and closets; installs window blinds.

- Maintains records of maintenance in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed.
- Performs minor plumbing repairs on building and/or process equipment.
- Assists with diagnosing equipment malfunctions and correcting as necessary.
- May be required to be on call to support business needs of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS *

POSITION SUMMARY
The Cultivation Technician will be responsible to facilitate daily operations of growth and harvest, including the consistent monitoring of cultivation room environments, plant health, watering, integrated pest management, cloning, pruning, transplanting and other related activities. Summary: The Distribution Specialist will drive to and from Willcox throughout Arizona daily. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of experience managing operations or production in a Cannabis or food related processing facility

LAB MANAGER
The Lab Manager is responsible for managing the raw material to finished product processes, along with conducting R&D of new processes and products. The Lab Manager will coordinate the activities of all lab personnel and ensure that daily analyses are completed to support manufacturing operations and compliance requirements. The Lab Manager will review and ensure that all existing SOP's and Analytical Methods are in compliance.

Day in the Life
- Manage the performance of all directs reports within the department.
- Provide direct reports with effective leadership through development and implementation of daily/weekly work plan, effective communication, provide necessary training, recognize and reward good performance, identify performance deficiencies and take corrective action when necessary.
- Liaise with Purchasing, Processing, and Inventory Management to oversee delivery / transport of all product.
- Ensure accurate documentation of production, quality control and inventory data and records.
- Perform cannabinoid ethanol and CO2 extractions, refinement processes and formulations to include commercial grade oil for infusion into all products.
- Propose, research, and develop new, and/or improvement of, product(s) and/or ideas.
- Maintain, secure, log and inventory sufficient quantities of each refined medication for production and R&D.
- Enforce proper chain of custody procedures (documentation and security) for supplies and ingredients.
- Maintain laboratory supplies inventory.
- Ensure proper chemical storage, handling and record keeping via MSDS Log.
- Maintain applicable information system(s) by identifying information needs and problems; recommending improvements; establishing priorities; testing; writing user manuals; training employees; maintaining security and confidentiality.
- Ensure all science, R&D and applicable notes are recorded in company approved notebooks.
- Document and/or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all applicable methodologies and procedures.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and performance by establishing quality standards; develop operations, quality, and troubleshooting procedures; ensure staff compliance; certify instrument performance; arrange equipment replacement, service, repair and logging.
- Maintain laboratory productivity by monitoring workload of functional areas; identify peak and slack periods; make operational or staffing adjustment recommendations.
- Implement new programs, tests, methods, instrumentation, and procedures by investigating alternatives; prepare proposals; develop and perform parallel testing; monitor progress.
- Develop and implement quality control protocols relating to but not limited to: dose accuracy, minimization of medicine loss, prevention of cross contamination, safe storage of raw medicine, final products and chemicals.
- Understand and be able to implement OSHA, GMP and GLP standards.
- Able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Stay abreast and compile scientific case studies and research articles relating to CBD, cannabinoids and other hemp constituents for product validation.
- Ability to exhibit teamwork, and take active steps to promote a good environment amongst the team and the lab in general.
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and manage work under limited supervision.

Physical Demands:
- Work with potentially dangerous tools, equipment and chemicals that could cause physical and/or health hazards if/when handled inappropriately.

What You Have
- Commanding knowledge of extraction oil and terpene processes and equipment.
- Understand the chemical mechanisms of cannabinoid action, biological role in human body, dose, medicine delivery systems etc.
- 3 years’ experience and proven success as working in a Laboratory environment.
- Must understand the safety hazards in a laboratory environment and be able to read, comprehend, and utilize MSDS information.
- Possess, or capable of obtaining a State approved Food Handler Permit within 30 days of employment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the essential functions of this job.
- A valid Arizona Driver's License (in good standing).
- Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of various custom computer applications and programs. Minimally, Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.), while also showing the aptitude to learn new technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent degree related to this position.
- Able to work structured hours, as well as evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Position Title: Purchasing Manager
Location: Willcox, AZ
The Purchasing Manager will analyze our current buying systems and create the best practices for day-to-day purchasing operations, in partnership with the Finance department. Our Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing our Warehouse and Purchasing endeavors for the Manufacturing site, establishing Buyer goals based on company inventory needs and usage projections, and setting clear career objectives for each member of the purchasing team. This position will oversee contract renewals, negotiations, and returns bolstered by previous experience in the manufacturing industry. The Purchasing Manager will also be responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including inventory levels, developing and supervising programs for maximum utilization of services and equipment, and providing arrangements for office meetings. This reports directly to the VP of Operations.

Day in the Life
- Manages the day to day items of the Administration Department, to include meeting arrangements, report completion, purchasing requests, vendor management, inventory, and financial analysis.
- Manages all capital projects for manufacturing site, under direct supervision of VP of Operations, coordinates with finance to ensure completion. Creates forecasting reports for planning purposes, keeps monitoring to ensure on time and in budget, reports any barriers to VP of Operations.
- Assists with data compilation and tracks key performance measures for CAPEX, reports back to VP of Operations.
- Tracks vendors for payment terms, partners with finance to ensure timely payment. Notifies appropriate parties when payment(s) are past due.
- Propose improvements to the current purchasing system that will improve vendor relationships and lower the cost of doing business, improve turnaround time of orders.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop metrics for gauging inventory level needs and then maintaining those levels throughout the year.
- Take the lead in creating profitable ways to manage obsolete and slow-moving stock to help offset losses.
- Manage the company's day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure that all purchasing agents are meeting their personal performance standards.
- Assist in developing more effective invoicing and collections processes. Works with internal customers to inform of payment plans as needed.
- Eases office operations through management of office equipment and orders for Pharm Executives.
- Negotiates the purchase of supplies, equipment, materials and services, etc., for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
- Works closely with the Finance Department in the execution of purchasing, and monitors and manages credit line limits. Requests credit line increases, and ACH payments as appropriate.
- Acts as a liaison between vendors and tracks outstanding balances.
- Ensures that established protocols and processes are adhered to in functional areas of responsibility, including notifying VP of Operations when an SOP is needed. Writes SOPs for VP of Operations approval as needed.
- Participates as needed in special department projects. Provides personal administrative support and assistance to executive leaders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Manage and maintain Management staff schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings as needed.
- Coordinate project-based work that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff.
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy of required tracking and control reports, assists with Document Control.
- Ensure achievement of operational objectives in a timely manner. Contributes to helping others meet operational goals by assisting with administrative functions.

What You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years purchasing experience - preferably in an Manufacturing, agricultural or cannabis business.
- Exceptional Microsoft office skills to include redlining documents and email etiquette. Must have strong Excel skills: to include but not limited to; pivot tables, graphing functions and formulas.

RAW PRODUCT MATERIAL (RPM) LEAD
The RPM Lead supports the RPM Supervisor by coordinating the effective execution of RPM activities relating to receiving harvested product from the Cultivation team, dry train tasks and climate, bucking, trimming and curing processes and applicable packaging activities.

Position Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Willcox, AZ
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for management of all quality system related activities. In addition, the QA Manager is responsible for coordinating, facilitating and implementing quality assurance standards based on Company, AZDHS and FDA GAP requirements across all Company products. This position will write quality assurance SOPs and policies, develop and control early-stage quality programs, monitor suppliers/CRO conformance with QA standards and procedures and set their direction for regulatory compliance.

- Key Result (how does the role contribute to the mission) The Quality Assurance Manager ensures the quality of the product that leaves the facility meets AZDHS requirements and is safe, amenable and protects the consumer (patient).
- Key Result (how will it be measured) Success will be measured by the frequency of quality based returns and defects. As the system and process is continually improved, there will be a tremendous reduction in the amount of returns. The processes put in place will assure a uniform and consistent product across the board. Our customers will know what to expect and the production facility will then be able to deliver on those expectations on a regular basis.

Day in the Life
- Define quality strategic direction and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Must stay current with regulatory compliance requirements applicable to the industry such as AZDHS, FDA, USDA, and OSHA regulations by conducting research on such matters utilizing regulatory publications and web sites
- Investigate and track customer complaints regarding quality as well as work with external customers (from operations to senior management) to resolve quality issues.
- Product Monitoring (Post Harvest/Packing /Flex Storage/Finished Product) - Evaluate and document product quality and rate products in accordance to specifications and metrics at various stages of process.
- Report deficiencies to the assigned Supervisor for corrective action by iniating a non-conformance report and reviewing at CAPA meetings.
- Conduct Internal Quality Audits and Quality Evaluations by inspecting assigned facility based on pre-established criteria, documenting and reporting deficiencies to the assigned Supervisor for corrective action
- Assist and train others in QMS document control, writing and revisions, including routing and/or approval of change request packages.
- Reviews batch documentation, test results, and good documentation and record-keeping practices.
- Discusses issues and concerns directly with cultivation agent and cultivation operations management so any corrections and improvements can be made in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with operational functions to troubleshoot product defects, provides advice with process improvements to eliminate errors and reduce risk.
- Consolidates technical information from cultivation operations and prepares written investigation and CAPA reports which may be provided to AZDHS.
- Monitors compliance to established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Prepare Monthly QA Review reports
- Support continuous improvement through teamwork, shared best practices and personnel and self -development.
- Develop and implement AZDHS compliant lab sampling protocol and program. Work with the Lab Manager assuring timely and accurate reporting of lab data while meeting.
- Must stay current with regulatory compliance requirements applicable to the industry such as AZDHS, FDA, USDA, and OSHA regulations by conducting research on such matters utilizing regulatory publications and web sites.
- Formulate and maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
- Investigate and track customer complaints regarding quality.
- Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
- Supervises accurate and timely reporting of HACCP and work documentations and records to ensure integrity and retention requirements.
- Monitors compliance to established Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Conducts all duties in compliance with safety rules, applicable SOPs, and other applicable guidelines.
- Direct workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials and products.
- Ownership of quality KPIs and develop action plans to improve.
- Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
- Investigate and track customer complaints regarding quality.
- Write, update, and maintain Quality SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Improve system by conducting hazard analysis; studying process flow charts; recommending modifications in workflow, work stations and product; developing new procedures; recommending equipment modifications and purchases
- Reduce waste by studying guidelines, methods, equipment, and operator techniques; recommending changes; identifying and analyzing waste.
- Work with staff to prepare quality assurance information and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends and provide feedback and interpretation to production management and staff.
- Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems database by writing computer programs; entering, verifying, and securing data.
- Maintain operations guidelines by writing and updating policies, procedures and methods including but not limited to standard operating procedures, quality assurance manuals, testing procedures, methodologies or criteria to determine usefulness.
- Improve quality assurance job knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications and studies; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Provide direct reports with effective leadership through development and implementation of daily/weekly work plan, effective communication, provide necessary training, recognize and reward good performance, identify performance deficiencies and take corrective action when necessary.

What You Have

- Familiar with the regulatory requirements, AZDHS, ADEQ, FDA, USDA, OSHA

- Prior experience with product sampling, inspection procedures, customer complaints, product investigations, and CAPA

- Sound knowledge of the practical application of statistical methods (SPS Charts/Graphs) to determine whether processes and results are appropriate.

- You Must Possess a current Driver’s License (minimum Class D) and have own vehicle to travel to various sites, several times a day.

Our Quality control Technicians will be responsible for supporting the QC Manager + Compliance manager as well as fulfilling a significant amount of important daily tasks. He/She will be responsible for making certain quality product leaves our facility on a regular basis and that absolutely nothing falls through the cracks.

Day in the Life
- One of the daily activities that will take place regularly will be audits. Assist and/or perform product quality reviews, bucket audits, HACCP Monitoring, Review and Observation
- Assist QA Manager with preparation of Quarterly Lightlab and ATP Monitoring Reports, in compliance with SOPs and GMP regulations, as needed
- Assist all functional departments on establishing systems to eliminate GMP gaps and assist QA Manager (HACCP Team Leader) in developing, implementing and maintaining the HACCP program
- Create, review and maintain Standard Operational Procedures and Raw Material Specifications, assist in the investigation of non-conformances/deviations (GAD) and customer complaints as it relates to quality
- Release or reject equipment and/or other raw material(s) according to The Pharm policies
- Assist in establishing a system to release or reject and adulterated non-conforming product (Maintain Hold Log)
- Assist with documenting, reporting, initiating and monitoring corrective actions and preventative actions, HACCP
- Perform HACCP verification activities (CCP Direct Observations, Recordkeeping and Calibrations)
- Assist with coordinating, writing, and investigating non-conformance reports and maintaining CAPA log
- Ensure CCP deviations are investigated and resolved and preventive measures verified
- Ensure Scales are properly calibrated
- Assist QA Manager with complaint investigation (GAD) and ensures resolution; leads and performs related responsibilities as required
- Assist QA Manager to provide services leading to, and inclusive of, preparation of Annual Product Reviews for all products marketed, in compliance with SOPs and GMP regulations
- Review and release batch production records prior to the release of product – conduct HACCP pre-ship review
- Read, understand and follow The Pharm safe work procedures
- Other duties as assigned (assist Director of Compliance), provided training has been conducted
- Coordinate annual HACCP Plan review, Document Control, SSOP, GMP training and new hire GMP training

What You Have

- You need to be able to navigate a computer with regards to data. Being able to use Excel is important for this role.
- You must have the ability to withstand high temperatures and humidity, as the work environment may consist of a greenhouse, outside grow area or manufacturing areas.
- Must be able to work extended hours, weekends as needed, especially when problems occur or when deadlines must be met.
- Continuous knowledge and understanding of GMP regulatory requirements as established by The Pharm.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to hear and communicate in emergency situations
- Ability to execute fine hand motor skills, such as typing and sorting plant material frequently
- Ability to work in extreme temperature ranges from 30 – 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to work in or around dust, soil, and composted material.
- Ability to work with and around chemicals, disinfectants, fertilizers in a safe and compliant manner.
- Ability to Stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time, stoop, squat, bend, twist frequently in order to check all areas for quality purposes.
- Capable of wearing/using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required

Packaging Project Coordinator
As the Packaging Project Coordinator you are the front-line support for all new projects in Packaging & Distribution departments. This position will be to lead the department in the creation, implementation and sustainability of new processes. This will be done by working along-side Department supervisors and manager to allocate employee labor and assist in setting expectations. The Project Coordinator will also present and communicate to Plant and Corporate leadership status updates and final results via e-mail, verbal or Power-Point presentations. This person will be bringing superior technical skills and project planning vision, bringing strategy for delivery and application expertise for the departments. Works directly with front line teammates and leadership to ensure projects are within scope and budget to meet business needs. As the Project Coordinator, this position will be communicating directly with Directors and Vice Presidents on a weekly basis to provide updates on project statuses. This position will report directly to the Production Manager.

Day in the Life
- Prepare project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with leadership.
- Effectively communicate project expectations with diligent follow up to ensure realistic execution. Set and continually manage project expectations.
- Be the Liaison with project participants on an ongoing basis. Facilitate work sessions and discussion to develop recommendations.
- Communicate barriers and needs for clarification to Production Manager to ensure projects do not stall.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Share feedback as to progression of project by tracking project milestones, budget and deliverables.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate to team members throughout project life cycle.
- Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes as needed.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

What You Have
- Ability to be flexible during workweek. Not all projects may work within normal business hours. The ability to come in early, stay late, or work overtime may be needed for a project to be successful.
- Self-starter – Ability to work with minimal supervision but will have support of Production Manager on questions and concerns.
- Innovation / Problem Solving abilities, does not let whole project to stall over one area of issue.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experienced in email communications.
- Ability to gather and interpret data, analyze results and present data in meaningful way.
- Communicate data for presentation both upstream and downstream.
- Ability to work with multiple department leaders, operators & plant management to set plans and goals.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, typically reporting to one work site.
- Ability to lift minimum of 30 lbs. frequently.
- Must be 21 years of wage or older and be able to obtain a Dispensary Agent Card from AZDHS as a condition of employment.

Patient Consultant
The Sunday Goods Retail Team is looking for a highly motivated, aspirational, detail-oriented and passionate brand advocate to join our family and bring the Sunday Goods brand experience to life as Patient Consultant at our Cochise County location. The Patient Consultant scope will encompass all roles across the front of house operation (host, budtender and cashier).

- The Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (the “Act”) stipulates that candidate must successfully pass a criminal background investigation and fingerprint clearance conducted by state authorities. Additionally, the Act requires that candidates apply for and obtain a valid dispensary agent registration card prior to commencing employment at either a dispensary or any of its cultivation sites.

The HR Assistant will support all clerical aspects of the HR Department. This position is an organized and team-orientated role to provide support at our Willcox location enhancing communication, answering basic questions, and filing all necessary documentation. - Builds meaningful relationships with teammates to create exceptional work experience and improve retention.
- Support teammates and leadership in Willcox addressing concerns, complaints, and investigations.

What You Have

Assistant Floor Manager

Day in the Life
- Lead team to deliver a best in class dispensary experience through our brand story and values.
- Drive team to deliver daily/weekly/monthly goals that align company targets
- Manage day-in/day-out operations, inventory management, inventory counts, Patient order fullfillment, driving KPI targets, visual merchandising execution and Patient satisfaction
- Execute/Oversee Standard Operating Procedures and policies that keep dispensary in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Operations on product sales and inventory needs.
- Monitor sales and on hand inventory level of SKu’s
- Receive all deliveries, input product sku’s into POS and verify billing.
- Implement a culture of customer service that drives repeat business and loyalty amongst our community
- Assist and support in training initiatives that drive alignment in customer service expectations and product education fluency
- Provide leadership, training, guidance and support to team members that fosters continuous learning and improvement in performance of the store
- Drive brand initiatives and sales promotions; identify trends and opportunities to define process and procedure improvement
What You Have

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisor
The Pharm Cultivation, Manufacturing and Production site is looking for a highly motivated, aspirational, detail-oriented and passionate Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor to join our team. The EHS Supervisor serves in the development, implementation and administration of internal facility Employee Health & Safety initiatives, including maintaining OSHA records, SOPs, Incident reporting, training documents, PPE and serves as a back up to security. This position will report directly to the Director of Compliance and be based out of the Willcox, AZ worksite.

Day in the Life
- Assist, plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Arizona Department of Health (AZDHS).
- Advise on safety concerns and recommends preventative actions.
- Plans and implements training for teammates in work site safety practices.
- Maintain safety files and records.
- Perform safety surveys and inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventive measures where indicated and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
- Conduct post accident investigation and prepares report identifying possible accident causes and hazards for use by company personnel and senior management.
- Assist, set up and conducts trainings as needed, to include but not limited to Proper PPE donning & doffing
- Assist in the development, evaluation and upgrading of safety programs, such as chair of safety committee.
- Complete all OSHA required documentation, including the OSHA 300 log.
- Assist and maintain environmental reports including Storm water permits, SPCC etc
- Serves as back up to security: Helps with facility security requirements and implements procedures for safeguarding proprietary items for loss prevention.
- Observes daily operations and workflows to assess for potential safety hazards.
- Conducts security awareness training sessions with new staff

What You Have
- Minimum 5 year experience in in occupational health or workplace safety of a production site.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university plus 3 years work experience; or 5 years minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in English & Spanish.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Must be bilingual – English & Spanish.
- Prefer experience in OSHA, MSHA, AZDHS and EPA regulatory requirements.
- Excellent Computer, communication and training skills - cannot fear public speaking!
- Basic understanding and knowledge of Arizona Medical Marijuana laws and regulations.

Packaging Project Coordinator
As the Packaging Project Coordinator you are the front-line support for all new projects in Packaging & Distribution departments. This position will be to lead the department in the creation, implementation and sustainability of new processes. This will be done by working along-side Department supervisors and manager to allocate employee labor and assist in setting expectations. The Project Coordinator will also present and communicate to Plant and Corporate leadership status updates and final results via e-mail, verbal or Power-Point presentations. This person will be bringing superior technical skills and project planning vision, bringing strategy for delivery and application expertise for the departments. Works directly with front line teammates and leadership to ensure projects are within scope and budget to meet business needs. As the Project Coordinator, this position will be communicating directly with Directors and Vice Presidents on a weekly basis to provide updates on project statuses. This position will report directly to the Production Manager.

Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Assistant Manager position is to support the Store Manager in training and motivating a team so that they can smoothly run the store to help the highest number of customers and patients possible in their location with the Dank's level customer service and shopping experience.
Objective:

You should also be able to answer customers' questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.

DUTIES

- Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
- Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required.
- Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.
- Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have excellent attendance and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of cannabis preferred
- No cannabis consumption permitted on the job
- 2+ years of face to face service industry experience required - retail, sales, restaurant, bar, winery, brewery, barista, hotel, hospitality, host, hostess, customer service.
- Must be detail oriented and able to handle cash register in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Must possess an OMMA medical cannabis certification
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check (excluding marijuana related charges)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be an enthusiastic & outgoing team player with a strong spirit of cooperation
- This position requires the physical ability to perform tasks that involve prolonged standing, walking, and kneeling
- Ability to tailor each guest interaction to the individual

CULTIVATION ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST
The Cultivation Administrative Specialist reports to the Cultivation Administration Manager and assists with both the on-plan, day-to-day performance of the production location, and also for constantly evaluating models to maximize efficiency, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, sanitation and product quality.
Your Impact on Our Mission
- Objective (why does the role exist) This role exists to support a coherent planning and scheduling system for the grow team to develop, propagate, and plant the cannabis strains needed to meet our client’s needs.
- Key Result (how does the role contribute to the mission) The role contributes to the mission of the company through supporting the scheduling and tracking the smooth flow of genetic material from development of Mother plants for cloning to planting.
- Key Result (how will it be measured) Key results will be measured by the on-time availability of genetic material to meet the grow teams budgeted forecast of propagation and flowering schedules.
Who You Are
- You have strong analytical skills and an exceptional ability to develop and maintain systems for supporting the complex logistics of propagating multiple strains of cannabis.
- You are not someone who struggles with managing their time and who is not committed to getting the job done right the first time.
Day in the Life
- You will be working with the grow team and propagation team to make sure that Mother plants are being grown and renewed on time for timely cutting of clones.
- Maintaining a complex series of scheduling and tracking data bases to ensure the availability of genetic material.
- The candidate will be providing documentation of Mother plants, clones, transplants, movement to vegetative staging, and to planting.
- The candidate will oversee and manage the tracking and documentation of all plants in the greenhouse for the company to be in compliance with all State laws and regulations.
What You Have
- This position requires a knowledge of the cannabis plant and its life cycle.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills and be able to create and maintain extensive spreadsheets and databases.
- They will have the ability to work and communicate with greenhouse employees who will be cloning, transplanting, trimming, and planting the multiple cannabis strains required by the company.
- Must be 21 years of age or older, and have ability to obtain Dispensary Agent Card from AZDHS
Ideally, you also have (optional)
- Desired but not required- Practical greenhouse experience in either vegetable or cannabis production is a plus.
- Potential Next steps for the role, Progression Path- This role could lead to other opportunities for advancement with greenhouse operations.
