Job Summary
The Kitchen Tech will work closely with production managers to successfully produce consistent, safe, quality cannabis edibles. Communication, attention to detail and time management are critical to the success of our production department. The day to day tasks of producing products infused with various cannabis derived oils. Including gummies, chocolates and baked goods. Must be able to follow instructions and react quickly even in a high stress environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prepare ingredients, work area and equipment for production, including performing regular check to ensure equipment is functioning to the highest capacity.
- Prep, mix, cook, pour, deposit, and store all cannabis consumables.
- Accurately read, record and communicate all kitchen data, counts, measurements and weights.
- Report any variation or deviation from expected values for process times, yields, and any other defined product characteristics throughout the production process to site management.
- Ensure inventory is tracked in a compliant manner in Track and Trace systems and establish inventory par levels for raw ingredients.
- Enforce the company Employee Hygiene Policy for working in a food manufacturing facility.
- Enforce kitchen equipment maintenance and management policies.
- Assist in research and development, to identify areas where edible recipes and formulation processes can be improved.
- Propose changes to documentation or production processes to improve Safety, Quality and Efficiency of products.
- Assist in the disposal of all waste materials.
- Maintain safe, clean and sanitized work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of commercial production experience and or 1 year producing confectionary edibles in a commercial environment.
- Experience with cannabis extracts, edibles production and different infusion techniques.
- Understands ingredient interactions/functionality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all kitchen equipment.
- Experience producing confectionary goods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams and management, to ensure efficient and accurate work output.

I. POSITION SUMMARY:
Dispensary Sales Associate sells regulated and non-regulated merchandise to customers coping with chronic, acute or other serious medical conditions. This position will carry out responsibilities of Sales Associate 20-24 hours a week. Applicants for this position must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license to cover home delivery routes and a satisfactory driving record.

- Greets customers at work station or in dispensary waiting room, including answering the door, checking and scanning customer IDs, processing initial paperwork.
- Describes products available and explains use, operation of the products, and care of the merchandise to the customer.
- Totals the purchases, and receives and processes cash or debit card payments.

Job Summary:
SLANG Worldwide is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team, helping to organically grow audiences for our house of brands (6 brands) across a variety of digital mediums. The ideal person for this role is a blend of strategic and creative, leveraging the communication goals and personalities of each brand to help develop and deploy relevant and engaging content across our portfolio of brands. This person should be detail oriented, constantly thinking about how to improve the results of a marketing campaign and be able to think strategically and creatively about how to best structure and develop content for success.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build, A/B test & deploy emails for all brands
- Content building for the brand beyond sales and promotions (newsletters, social content, micro-influencer programs, contests and more)
- Build and manage social media schedule, including content creation w/ creative team
- Plan, develop and manage Instagram posting schedule for our brands 2-3x a week, plus stories & 1-2x a week on corporate LinkedIn
- Active community engagement & outreach (incl. social media, influencers, product reviews, referrals) and organically grow audiences on social platforms
- Blog content reviewing & proofing
- Social listening for brands outside of direct consumer brand engagement
- Seek opportunities to build and grow social followings on other platforms such as - Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience working with ESPs (like Klaviyo) with a strong understanding of how to build emails with high deliverability and open rates.
- Experience running social media platforms with success of increasing followings by 5K+

Job Summary

I. POSITION SUMMARY:
Dispensary Sales Associate sells regulated and non-regulated merchandise to customers coping with chronic, acute or other serious medical conditions. This position will carry out responsibilities of Sales Associate 20-24 hours a week. Applicants for this position must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license to cover home delivery routes and a satisfactory driving record.
Il. Summary of duties:
- Greets customers at work station or in dispensary waiting room, including answering the door, checking and scanning customer IDs, processing initial paperwork.
- Describes products available and explains use, operation of the products, and care of the merchandise to the customer.
- Totals the purchases, and receives and processes cash or debit card payments.
- Responsible for product inventory at the sales associate station, including medicated and non-medicated plus FIFO, and maintains stock throughout shift.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Sourcing Specialist plays a pivotal role focused on Ceres Collaborative developing long term, sustainable partnerships and maintaining purchase & sale agreements to ensure optimal inventory and variety based on company production and demand forecasts. This person will work closely with various departments throughout Operations, Finance, Marketing & Retail to understand existing inventory position and work with licensed Vermont cultivators, manufactures and wholesalers to procure products to meet upcoming demand forecasts with optimal variety. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing sales for Ceres Collaborative’s wholesale market; identifying and servicing customers with Ceres produced finished and semi-finished goods. They will serve as point person for communication and partners; growing relationships to ensure that Ceres has long term partners that align with company strategy and values that that forecasted inventory and variety needs will be met. Finally, they will develop pricing strategies for purchase and sale of product in conjunction with Finance and Operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Identifies the most appropriate supplier for products, determines availability of needed product. Negotiates pricing and performs comparative pricing. Confirms vendor’s payment terms. Confirms the quality of products and establishes delivery requirements.
- Performs purchasing functions including issuing purchase orders, verifies receipt of and price of products and proper documentation including batch and testing info, and performs reconciliations.
- Monitors contracts and orders and expedites delivery; reconciles discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders and resolves issues related to product quality, pricing and delivery.
- Works with Operations to an efficient and accurate system for monitoring all open purchase orders.
- Creates and delivers a weekly closed purchase order report to management that includes all necessary information, including vendor invoice numbers.
- Researches, develops and maintains sustainable relationships with Vermont licensed cultivators, manufactures and wholesalers and communicates availability of product and purchase/sale recommendations with Vermont Leadership team.
- Interviews sales representatives and maintains contact with partners updates list of licensed cultivators, manufactures and wholesalers. Visits site locations when needed.
- Manages relationships and sales for wholesale opportunities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience: College degree or equivalent, and/or two years of applicable experience in sales or procurement role.

Ceres Collaborative is seeking experienced individuals to assist with the daily operations of a Burlington adult-use cannabis dispensary. The dispensary will be open in October 2022, Tuesday through Sunday, 10 am to 8 pm. We are looking for full-time employees. I. POSITION SUMMARY:
Dispensary Sales Associate sells regulated and non-regulated merchandise to customers coping with chronic, acute or other serious medical conditions. This position will carry out responsibilities of home delivery program approximately 5 days a week. Applicants for this position must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license to cover home delivery routes and a satisfactory driving record.
Il. Summary of duties:
- Greets customers at work station or in dispensary waiting room, including answering the door, checking and scanning customer IDs, processing initial paperwork.
- Describes products available and explains use, operation of the products, and care of the merchandise to the customer.
- Totals the purchases, and receives and processes cash or debit card payments.
- Responsible for product inventory at the sales associate station, including medicated and non-medicated plus FIFO, and maintains stock throughout shift.
- Maintains a clean and organized station; and in conjunction with entire staff, a clean and organized dispensary store location.
- Covers the dispensary reception/waiting room area, including answering the phone, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Carries out home deliveries as requested. Follows delivery driving routes and time schedules.
- Loads, unloads, prepares, inspects and operates the delivery vehicle.
- Completes logs and reports. Follows applicable home delivery SOPs.
- Attends product knowledge training.
Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of principles of providing customer service and personal services, including needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of principles of showing, promotion, and selling products, including selling tactics, product demonstration, and sales control systems.
- Strong persuasion skills and speaking skills to convey information correctly, and to persuade customer to purchase or change their minds or behavior.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 6 months of applicable experience.

I. POSITION SUMMARY:
Cultivator II works with cannabis plants through vegetative phase of the plant’s lifecycle, as well as the cloning program
Il. Summary of duties:
- Transplants and up-pots plants, and is responsible for asexual propagation of cannabis plants according to best practices, timing and guidelines.
- Monitors the health of plants, and the replacement of mom plants. Selectively prunes plants to optimize health, productive capacity and to decrease risk of pest/pathogens infection.
- Ensures work output meets or exceeds all quality standards and expectations. Follows, updates and helps create standard operating procedures as needed.
- Responsible for irrigation, fertilization and environmental controls all growing environments, including irrigation controller, hand watering, target and monitoring of EC and environmental health (temperature and relative humidity). Operates and maintains the fog controller. Communicates any issues to management.
- Follows sanitation best practices and standard operating procedures in all growing environments. Coordinates and executes the cleaning of tools, surfaces, work stations, growing areas, tables, floors and irrigation equipment. Disposes of dead / diseased plants properly.
- Keeps up to date records of plants.

I. POSITION SUMMARY: Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests to assist in making qualitative and quantitative analyses of solids and liquids for research and development of new products of processes, quality control, maintenance of environmental standards and other work involving experimental, theoretical, or practical application of chemistry and related sciences.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Provide laboratory customer service to internal and external laboratory customers
2. Manage internal analytical sample analysis schedule to support timely submission of results.
3. Coordinate third party laboratory sample submissions and reporting to support timely receipt of results.
4. UHPLC: Sample preparation, chromatography review, data analysis, and reporting in appropriate formats for customer review.
5. Maintain operation, calibration, and preventative maintenance of laboratory instrumentation
6. Order and maintain laboratory supplies to meet business objectives
7. Manage scheduling, execution, and reporting of the environmental monitoring program
8. Develop additional internal laboratory capability as warranted to support business objectives (microscope quantitative analysis, edibles preparation, water activity, etc.)
9. Responsible for managing labeling, storage, and coordination of third-party hazardous waste removal
10. Manage product shelf-life experiments.
11. Perform sales clone inspections to ensure that plants meet quality acceptance criteria
12. Provide training, instruction, and oversight to supporting laboratory technicians
13. Support facility closing duties as warranted
V. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience: Associate’s degree or vocational training, plus two years of related work experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo. This includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques and disposal methods.

Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will lead the Colorado field sales team in implementing the company’s revenue strategy with ultimate accountability for growing profitable revenue and distribution of SLANG products. This person will be expected to not only lead their team in executing sales with existing customers but also take ownership of generating new business.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Spend a minimum of three days per week in the field working with the account executives, coaching and supporting them on meetings.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and growth goals, new business targets and quarterly objectives.
- Manage and lead the daily sales team functions by driving and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Job Summary
The Purchasing and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing the purchasing of all supplies for the SLANG Colorado Manufacturing facility, as well as physically and systematically receiving deliveries at the facility. This is a physically demanding job that requires lifting, standing, and moving heavy production materials (up to 50 lbs.) within the facility.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the purchasing of raw production materials and consumables
- Maintain and manage vendor relationships, contact information, and current list of items procured from each vendor ERP.
- Coordinate with purchasing and supply chain managers to ensure materials are set at the proper par levels.
- Receive incoming production materials and consumables into quarantined areas for further inspection and release.
- Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate.
- Generate and report on ERP work orders when necessary
- Prepare shipments for transfer between manufacturing and distribution facilities
- Maintain overstock area
- Send invoices and manifest to accounting for processing, and ensure price matching on POs
- Assist with packaging department when necessary
- Maintain clean workspace and ensure surrounding area is clean and free of tripping hazards

- Teaches, mentors and coordinates the activities of Cultivator Il staff, as needed.
- Plans and coordinates day-to-day production through cutting, cloning, transplanting, vegetative and flowering cycles in indoor, outdoor or greenhouse environments. Ensures processes culminate in a successful harvest.
- Ensures work output meets or exceeds all quality standards and expectations. Follows, updates and helps create standard operating procedures as needed. Takes steps to troubleshoot problems, and reports problems immediately to the appropriate supervisor, manager or director.

- Transplants and up-pots plants, and is responsible for asexual propagation of cannabis plants according to best practices, timing and guidelines.
- Is responsible for the replacement of mom plants. Selectively prunes to optimize health, productive capacity and to decrease risk of pest/pathogen infection.
- Follows sanitation best practices and standard operating procedures in all growing environments. Coordinates and executes the cleaning of tools, surfaces, work stations, growing areas, tables, floors and irrigation equipment. Disposes of dead / diseased plants in accordance with State of Vermont regulations.

The Packaging Operator is responsible for packaging edible gummies into packaging to produce finished goods for delivery. Job Summary
SLANG Worldwide is looking for a Social/Inbound Content Specialist to join its team, helping to organically grow audiences for our house of brands (6 brands) across a variety of branded mediums. The ideal person for this role is a blend of strategic and creative, leveraging the communication goals and personalities of each brand to develop relevant and engaging content across our portfolio of brands. This person should have a good eye for design, have strong creative writing skills and be able to think strategically about how to best structure and develop content for success. As our in-house social butterfly, this person will also be actively reaching out to our audiences across platforms to organically build trust and develop relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan, develop and manage posting Instagram posting schedule for 6 brands 2-3x a week, plus stories & 1-2x a week on corporate LinkedIn
- Write captions for social posts, ability to create social content is a plus
- Actively engage with and organically grow audiences on social platforms
- Source and foster influencer relationships that strategically align with our brands in key markets
- Social listening for brands outside of direct consumer brand engagement
- Seek opportunities to build and grow social followings on other platforms such as - Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Write blog content to drive SEO value
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience running social media platforms with success of increasing followings by 5K+
- Have a strong understanding of different social media platforms and the types of content and communications that perform best for those platforms

JOB PURPOSE:
The Distribution Manager is the single point of contact accountable to ensure Lunchbox Distribution Services meet and exceed the business plan goals, industry OLCC compliance and end to end network alignment throughout the LBA Global and customer value chain. The Distribution Manager will be the reporting manager for all on-site operations, services and the contact for all brand inventory. The DM will also communicate as needed with the GNT Sales Manager to ensure customer relations, A/R, and delivery goals are being met. This role will collaborate and inform on all important Lunchbox Distribution policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational/GNT sales policies and procedures. The DM will oversee high-level HR duties and assist the LBA Global Human Resources department with recruiting, improving organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. This is a full time, on-site position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organization Leadership
- Provide positive leadership and development of all Lunchbox Distribution operations and service resources.
- Support worker communication with team members and the management team in alignment with LBA Global culture and Core Values.

The Distribution Manager is responsible for the alignment and optimization of the following core functions within the context of LBA’s program -

Role and Responsibility - OPERATIONS
- Implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Assist HR with recruiting, new hire paperwork, training and development.
- Ensure all activities are consistent with company and industry policies and compliance.
- Work with the LBA Global Accounting department to maintain budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Responsible for reconciling petty cash and reporting to LBA Global accounting.
- Ensure procurement remains within a defined budget set by LBA Global.
- Work with the Compliance department to ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with OLCC laws and regulations.
- Identifies process, system and resource risks, constraints and opportunities and proposes appropriate solutions.
- Ensures all housekeeping tasks are completed thoroughly.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, etc.
- Provide a monthly Metrc report and summary to each of brands or vendors by the 5th of each following month to ensure inventory alignment coming in and out of Lunchbox Distribution.
- Responsible for new brand on-boarding which includes brand support by building the menu and gathering brand information to pass on to the GNT Sales Manager.
- Responsible for submitting staff hours every two weeks and reviewing expense reimbursement reports that are submitted to accounting for approval.
- Track staffing requirements and submit staffing requests to the CEO.

Position Summary

- Record and report any production, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration operations performed in equipment logbooks.
- Report any variation or deviation from expected values for process times, yields, and any other defined product characteristics throughout the production process to management.
- Assist in proposing changes to documentation or production processes to improve safety (from a consumer and laboratory staff viewpoint), improve product quality and production efficiencies, and to reduce delivery time and product failures.
- Assist in the disposal of all waste materials.
Qualifications and Skills
- Able to work a Saturday - Tuesday, 6:00am - 4:30pm shift
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Ideally has at least 1 year of experience in a professional cannabis extraction production environment.
- Has precursory knowledge in the operation of cannabis extraction equipment.
- Has basic knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the oil processing industry
- Has experience following instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform critical job functions.
- Is mechanically inclined; able to find and diagnose mechanical issues with industrial equipment
- Maintains a positive “can do” attitude in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to adjust to change quickly
- Able to contribute positively to conversations about process improvement
- Demonstrates basic attention to detail
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills
- Has the ability to work with other team members as well as by oneself

- Record and report various production measurements onto physical batch records, and transfer measurements into electronic logs and tracking software (IQMS & METRC).
- Record and report any production, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration operations performed in equipment logbooks.
- Report any variation or deviation from expected values for process times, yields, and any other defined product characteristics throughout the production process to management.

Job Summary
The Account Executive will assist in all duties that pertain to generating revenue in an assigned territory for the company. This person is extremely organized and has great attention to detail. Key responsibilities include: monthly growth goals and supporting existing dispensary business while creating new opportunities.
We are self-starters and you should be too. Do not expect to get micromanaged as your daily routine will be left to you. Ultimately, this is a sales role that is heavily focused on maintaining and building meaningful relationships with clients while creating new opportunities and growing the overall opportunity within the territory.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieve monthly revenue quota in a defined territory
- Oversee monthly orders and fulfillment
- Oversee communication from territory to lab and coordinate orders and deliveries
- Management of existing sales territory, including but not limited to, prospecting for new accounts, maintaining relationships and revenue streams at current accounts
- Development of territory
- Growing current accounts through the solicitation of new and existing product lines
- Coordinating and participating in-store patient education and events
- Identifying and implementing in-store merchandising opportunities and securing premier product placement
- Maintaining up to date in store collateral and promotions where permitted
- Achieving proper activity levels as defined by upper management
- Completion, updating and maintaining of company reports, information and CRM system
- Managing image, brand and reputation of the company to the cannabis industry
- Attending industry events, sponsorships and/or customer engagement opportunities
- Work to change the global perception of cannabis
- Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism, with ethical behavior and always conduct with conduct becoming to the company
- Must perform other duties as upper management deems critical to the success of the Account Executive role.
Candidate Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant sales experience
- Must have an attribute to hustle, have integrity, ambition, take initiative, self-confidence and a competitive attitude
- Stellar communication skills
- Courteous and respectful demeanor
- Must be able to legally work in the Ohio cannabis industry
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

The Refining Technician is responsible for refining crude cannabis oil/extract through various refining techniques and processes. They are expected to have a firm understanding of chemical principals that are being applied during processing. They are also expected to record essential processing information during production and report the information electronically on each batch that is processed. - Purification of Volatile Terpene fractions
- Winterization & Filtration of Crude oil
- Solvent removal
- Distillation procedures
- Final Product Formulation
- Magic Buzz Production
- When needed, perform extraction procedures
- Participate in and pass the Extraction Technician, Magic Buzz Technician, Refining Technician, and Distillation Technician Training Programs.
- Record and report various production measurements onto physical batch records, and transfer measurements into electronic logs and tracking software (IQMS & METRC).
- Record and report any production, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration operations performed in equipment logbooks.
- Report any variation or deviation from expected values for process times, yields, and any other defined product characteristics throughout the production process to management.
- Assist in proposing changes to documentation or production processes to improve safety (from a consumer and laboratory staff viewpoint), improve product quality and production efficiencies, and to reduce delivery time and product failures.
- Assist in the disposal of all waste materials.
- Maintain safe & clean work environment
- Assist when other tasks need to be completed
- Work overtime when required (can be mandated)
- Maintain clean department & other areas, as requested
- Ability to utilize computer software programs
Qualifications and Skills
- Able to work a 2:00pm - 10:30pm shift
- 21 years old +
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to secure a MED Support license
- Previous experience in production/manufacturing facility
- Ability to read and interpret written and oral instructions
- Ability to perform tasks to meet or exceed quality and production requirements
- Detail oriented with good math skills
- Maintain an excellent attendance record
- Positive team-oriented employee
- Ability to receive constructive criticism and address areas of need positively
- Ability to prioritize tasks and be self-driven
- Ability to stand during alternating periods of time during the course of an 8-10-hour shift

Summary of Position
The Quality Assurance Specialist supports production facilities by providing leadership and guidance to execute the policies described within the company's Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) systems. It is the responsibility of the Specialist to ensure high quality products are safely produced within the network, and deviations that occur during production are handled appropriately. The Specialist will work closely with leaders throughout the network to ensure the safety of employees and the quality of finished goods are the first priority when making decisions that impact day to day operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work with production team members in order to standardize and maintain accurate written operation procedures.
- Ensure production records and digital logs exist to capture all essential production data (ie. yields, processing times, operating technicians, etc.).
- Provide guidance to the production teams for corrective action plans when responding to deviation events.
- Develop and implement effective preventive action plans with team members to solve recurring deviation events.
- Develop, review and enforce batch release and material inspection checkpoints throughout production facilities to detect adulterated or out-of-spec production materials.
- Develop and conduct structured training seminars for production leads, operators and technicians.

- Able to secure a MED KEY license

- 2+ years' Experience working in a hands-on production, or laboratory environment
