About the Role:
This is the most critical role in our company. While some companies view the SDR role as a small role, we see this as more important than any other role in the sales org.
As a Sales Development Representative on the sales team, you will work on generating pipeline - finding folks to go after, using tools like Apollo to scale your own activity and use personalization and creativity to create an opportunity for the sales team. Quite simply, you’ll have the opportunity to impact large businesses in a big way on a daily basis.
And better yet, we don’t only compensate for booking meetings, you’re also paid when the deal gets to the proposal stage and when it wins, too!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships.
- Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.
- Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process
- Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
- Work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations
Qualifications:
- BS/BA required
- Experience selling POS systems or to retail stores a huge plus
- Demonstrable track record of being an A-Player in all aspects of your life
- Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
- Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast growing company
- Prior Start-up sales experience a plus

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Partner with other marketing members to support integrated campaigns and advise on the best use of digital tactics to support objectives
- Keeps on top of all cannabis and adjacent industry news, insights, events, marketplace dynamics, trends, regulations and publications and uses that to inform internal teams and marketing plans
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Partner with the events team to research, maintain and advise on all industry events and communicate and maintain timelines (calendar) and priorities on industry events
- Oversees all cannabis marketing platforms and materials to ensure they are updated including website, social media, marketing collaterals and other marketing assets
- Write talking points for interviews or perform research to prep senior execs as needed
- Responsible for establishing performance analytics and dashboards, and distributing this information via regular reporting to all executives on a monthly or as-needed basis
- Build SEO into content development process and execution, leading to the identification and improvement of organic search rankings
- Play an integral role in the development of end-to-end campaigns, including creative, content curation, and digital ad placement leveraging all available channels -- website, landing pages, content promo, SEM, blog, webinars, events, etc.
- Forecast, track, and report on campaign effectiveness metrics, as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders
- Leverage data to make intelligent, informed recommendations, decisions, and forecasts regarding paid investments
- Monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize conversion and lead quality
*QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:**
- Must possess 3-5+ years of content creation, digital marketing and demand generation experience, specializing in business intelligence or data analytics
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar desired
- Deep experience in driving digital campaigns for audience acquisition/retention and pipeline growth
- Hands-on experience with user paid search such as Google Ads, as well as paid social media platforms
- In-depth understanding of how to interpret and improve advertising metrics
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including an understanding of digital marketing analytics and channel ROI
- Highly proficient in Google Analytics and/or other web reporting tools
- Understanding of data analytics and visualization tools
- A passion for cannabis with a desire to gain industry knowledge and experience

Job Description
- Learn IndicaOnline platform and effectively communicate the value to prospect clients
- Make 40+ cold calls daily into prospects generated by different sources
- Qualify and develop prospects and set up appointments for demos with sales executives by understanding requirements and business needs
- Create and execute lead generating plan including emails and call scripts
- Engage with internal departments to assist and support sales efforts
- Work as part of the team and independently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years of proven sales development or inside sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Understand software and technology sales and how SaaS is sold
- Positive and energetic phone presence
- Experience using a CRM, slack and google suit
