Elixinol is seeking a solution minded, customer-focused sales professional who will support customers in both resolving product or ordering issues as well as help them find new CBD products to meet their needs. The Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative will balance their time between supporting customers and selling products; responding to in-bound customer service calls and leveraging their sales skills to upsell existing customers as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish Subject Matter Expertise on all Elixinol products
- Respond to inbound customer calls spanning general product questions to issues regarding the ordering, fulfillment or use of Elixinol products
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide one-call resolution; tracking and escalating recurring issues and common solutions to team leadership
- Consistently deliver world class customer service
- Drive top line revenue through nurturing and upselling existing small business clients, overcoming objections and closing sales
- Conduct regular business meetings via phone with active accounts
- Achieve a series of core metrics, including outbound call volume, inbound call handle time and call quality
- Achieve & surpass monthly quota
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years in customer service and/or inside sales
- 2+ years of experience in Cannabis, Health and Wellness, Nutraceuticals or other consumable product sales or customer service
- Experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed assigned sales objectives

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the ecommerce team in the execution of our defined strategy and operational plan to achieve sales and customer objectives
- Manage the relationship with external ecommerce partners to ensure goals and objectives are met and teams are working effectively together to drive growth
- Responsible for the performance of the ecommerce channel in hitting sales and P&L targets
- Lead business & financial planning for ecommerce including modeling & business case development
- Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances, focusing on drivers with the objective of proposing actions to improve business outcomes
- Partner with internal and external Marketing teams to develop and implement new initiatives and ongoing programs to acquire and retain customers
- Partner with the development team on enhancements and new functionalities to improve the ecommerce channel
- Develop a roadmap to leverage Elixinol.com to drive sales and profitability with strategic vendor partnerships
- Partner with internal and external operations teams to add service coverage, optimize processes, share best practices and address or escalate issues as required
- Regularly develop materials to communicate strategy and results to the organization
- Provide leadership on new ecommerce opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7-10 years of eCommerce experience, with a proven ability to drive revenue
- 2-3 years of Cannabis/CBD/Hemp industry experience in digital marketing or eCommerce sales
- Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns and tools used to support efforts
- Proven track record of executing timely and high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in both acquisition (e.g. driving qualified traffic, new customer outreach programs, email acquisition efforts) and retention marketing (e.g. conversion optimization, A/B testing, customer engagement, etc.)
- Hands-on campaign management experience including Google and platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage development and execution of the territory's sales objectives

The role
Elixinol is seeking a highly skilled, experienced and entrepreneurial self-starter with a player/coach mentality to lead the entire 'Americas' operation in the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO is a collaborative leader responsible for maintaining Elixinol's person-centered philosophy and inclusive culture while setting clear and measurable goals and engendering passionate support of achieving the company's mission to improve quality of life by reliably delivering effective CBD products.
This role reports to the Group CEO and has broad oversight of all areas of the regional business, including sales, marketing, operations, products/quality, accounting, finance, compliance and HR; and must be adept at creating a shared picture of the company's future and driving the Americas team to deliver results.
The successful CEO candidate is a mature, strong, energetic and creative leader who will build on the company's standard for excellence and provide strategic direction while embracing ideas, innovations and opportunities that come from any of our 70+ entrepreneurial employees. The CEO is also responsible for all internal and external relationships; ensuring that every stakeholder is vested in the company's success and that partners and vendors both want to work with Elixinol and are ready and willing to scale their partnership as the business grows.
Role responsibilities
- Development, review and refinement of the company's business strategy, and execution of that strategy to obtain a leading position in the CBD marketplace.
- Provide high-level strategic and tactical leadership to the Elixinol Global Board and the management team; submitting budgets and forecasts for the consideration of the Elixinol Global Board of Directors
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Enforce adherence to regulatory and legal guidelines and company policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.
- Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner; both organically and through successful completion of mergers and acquisitions or strategic partnerships.
- Being the chief steward of the company, ensuring the company is well positioned in the public marketplace.
- Provide high-level strategic and tactical leadership to the Elixinol Global Board and the management team.
- Increasing brand visibility and empowering management to innovate while driving them to see concepts through to reality.
