KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Educate, Engage & Inspire patients, customers and dispensary staff as the face of Timeless with knowledgeable insights about our products and promotions.
- Bring our Brands to life – working with the best dispensaries, cannabis and lifestyle events, conventions, and medical patients.
- Ensure the Timeless brand inside the dispensary reflects Timeless Brands merchandising strategy and standards.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers & business partners spreading affinity and enthusiasm for Timeless and its brands.
- Set up in-store activations with promotion products.
- Distribute apparel, accessories, brochures, flyers, and additional marketing materials to source new sales opportunities.
- Conduct Budtender education for the staff at each dispensary once product training is completed.
- Keep up with the schedule on Blitzs, ISA’s and Budtender training for the designated territories/ accounts.
- Build your personal reputation within the local scene based on your extensive knowledge of the industry, activity in the market, and ability to create & deliver results.
- Develop and deploy ingenious strategies and innovative tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Timeless.
- Take full responsibility for the wholesale, licensed sales, and marketing activities for your territory.
- Know your territory like the back of your hand, keeping an eye on the latest trends, competitive activity, and maintaining a sharp lookout for new sales opportunities—winning them for Timeless!

- Utilize your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for your customers and for Timeless, surpassing previous marketing and sales goals.
- Take a creative approach to problem solving and marketing, coming up with new and innovative ways to make Timeless consistently number one in the wholesale market.
- Negotiate strong, mutually beneficial partnership agreements to build long-term relationships.

- Driving dollar sales and volume on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Maintaining current account base, while also opening new accounts and developing business to expand distribution.
- Consistently exciting and inspiring the dispensary front lines through brand and product education.
- Passionately engaging with patients, and setting up creative ways to educate them on our products and what makes us different (and better!)
- Ensure that our partner dispensaries are well merchandised so patients are aware of our products through availability of all product lines, visibility, and brand communication.
Qualifications:
- Established contacts within the industry, and/or the ability and desire to make them quickly and smoothly.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in sales, cannabis, hospitality and/or marketing.
- Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iphones and ipads, various custom applications, and programs such as MJ Freeway, SAGE, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Able to work structured hours, as well as evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills which enable you to craft and deliver the right message, to the right people, at the right time.
- You possess a strong understanding of sales processes and can analyze sales and customer data, draw the right conclusions, and develop initiatives offering maximum value for both Timeless and the customer.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the essential functions of this job

The Packager assembles and packages concentrates and flower products. Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Packager packages cannabis products for resale while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, quality control, and sanitation. This role is responsible for product tracking and electronic documentation, and ensuring products are packed and accounted for in accordance with company policy and state regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (PACKAGING)
- Prepares and adheres labels to each package; verifies that labels for finished packages conform to State regulations.
- Tracks product and maintains documentation standards, ensuring products are accounted for throughout the packaging process.
- Ensures that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance and successfully conforms to all State regulations, organizational standards and procedures, and security protocols.
- Works successfully in a team setting, take instructions well, and helps on tasks as delegated by Lead or Manager.
- Reviews finished product packaging, entering into the Seed to Sale in accordance with departmental guidelines and state regulations.
- Manages time efficiently in order to meet productivity goals while consistently producing quality work.
- Maintains the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the processing area and participates in the clean-up of equipment and the workplace at the end of every day.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (QUALITY CONTROL)
- Perform product inspection for defects, leaks, and particulates.
- Assist in the fill process validations to include inspection of filled units
- Perform document review of compounding activities such as cleaning records, line clearance forms, and inventory sheets:
- Verify that raw materials meet specification
- Verify that all documentation is complete
- Document non-compliance and work with supervisor/lead if further investigation is needed
- Submit all waste to the appropriate location for particulate identification or microbial analysis.
- Assist with press calibration and maintenance record files.
- Assist with raw material release and movement.
- Support internal & external audits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/ECT:
The Packager position requires an H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, and knowledge of medical marijuana law.
This is an entry-level position in the cannabis industry. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective time-management skills, and the ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
Proficiency in windows-based software and Seed to Sale applications recommended.
Specific state regulatory requirements also include verification, confirmation or completion of the following,
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age

Timeless is looking to add an Accounting Associate to the Finance / HR Team. The Accounting Associate can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and work closely with the Controller and HR Manager. In this role you will encounter confidential information, our ideal candidate maintains discretion and has handled confidential information while in previous roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Payroll and employee reimbursements on a bi-weekly basis
- Monitor Timesheets for payroll and correspond with Managers or Supervisors to ensure accurate records.
- Point of contact for staff questions regarding payroll/timekeeping. Corresponding with the Controller on any necessary payroll adjustments.
- Administer bi-weekly reminders for payroll/reimbursement processing
- Assist with explaining payroll and expense reporting policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations to employees of all levels.
- Support the Human Resource and Accounting team with daily projects and other duties as assigned efficiently and promptly.
- Accounting data entry for employee credit cards, with intercompany transactions for 5+ entities.
- Reconciliation of credit card accounts.
- Review credit card expense reports for accuracy and ensures employees are following policies and procedures—corresponding with employees and managers with any discrepancies.
- They are matching and adding bank transactions in Quickbooks from Banking Link. Ensure transactions are coded to proper GL accounts.
- Reconciliation of inter-company accounts
Necessary Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office / G Suite skill set including excel or sheets

- Perform document review of compounding activities such as cleaning records, line clearance forms, and inventory sheets:

- Document non-compliance and work with supervisor/lead if further investigation is needed
- Submit all waste to the appropriate location for particulate identification or microbial analysis.

The Packager position requires an H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, and knowledge of medical marijuana law.

As the Joilo Pre-Roll Technician, you are responsible for preparing pre-rolls for shipping orders in our facility that produces various cannabis-infused products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others as part of a team.
This is an entry-level position in the cannabis industry. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective time-management skills, and the ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work along with the Pre-Roll manufacturing team for efficient pre-roll production, packaging, labeling, and Department cleanup
- Precision weighing, packing, and folding of pre-rolls
- Prepare material for production, processing, and assembling cannabis and materials to form pre-rolls, weighing it on a certified scale to the exact weight and placing the product in appropriate bins/bags/storage
- Packaging and labeling products to quality standards
- Ensure all Pre-Roll manufacturing processes are followed according to prescribed SOP's while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Logging weights, counts, and waste on respective tracking sheets
- Tracking/tagging, moving, and converting out products in accordance with state compliance in traceability system (Leaflogix)
- Cleaning and upkeep of personal workspace and tools

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for hard-working, reliable, driven individuals, with good communication skills, who like working with a team to accomplish goals and are willing to work in other areas of our warehouse if necessary.
- Work along with the Pre-Roll manufacturing team for efficient pre-roll production, packaging, labeling, and Department cleanup
- Precision weighing, packing, and folding of pre-rolls
- Prepare material for production, processing, and assembling cannabis and materials to form pre-rolls, weighing it on a certified scale to the exact weight and placing the product in appropriate bins/bags/storage
- Packaging and labeling products to quality standards
- Ensure all Pre-Roll manufacturing processes are followed according to prescribed SOP's while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Logging weights, counts, and waste on respective tracking sheets
- Tracking/tagging, moving, and converting out products in accordance with state compliance in traceability system (Leaflogix)
- Cleaning and upkeep of personal workspace and tools

The Joilo Pre-Roll Technician requires an H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent, and knowledge of medical marijuana law.
This is an entry-level position in the cannabis industry. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective time-management skills, and the ability to work in a highly regulated environment. Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications recommended.
Specific state regulatory requirements also include verification, confirmation, or completion of the following,
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2801.10

The Brand Manager drives the strategy and execution for marketing for Joilo and Tumble brands in their respective markets. Leads in growing sales through digital marketing efforts, in-store presence, dispensary communication, and collaboration. The Brand Manager works with the National Marketing Manager (Kindness Team), Sales, Field Marketing, and General Managers internally to execute Timeless branding campaigns on a regional level.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads with positive intent, striving to make the Joilo and Tumble brands #1 in their respective markets and categories
- Demonstrates fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on Joilo and Tumble products
- Works closely with the Design Manager, National Brand Manager, Digital Specialist and VP of Marketing to workshop campaigns and messaging
- Supports KPI’s and track and measure effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Considers optimal consumer journey experience in all digital campaigns and relevant CTA’s
- Creates and distributes various brand tools such as brand guides
- Communicates availability of new assets to sales team and dispensary partners; organize the drive for dispensary partners
- Ensures Joilo and Tumble brands reflect merchandising strategy and standards in dispensaries
- Reviews monthly data drops from BDS to assess our performance against competitors and determine white space in the market for line extensions, and/or potential future brands
- Reviews Pistil data weekly to determine action items for sales team related to in-store inventory
- Participates in preparation of partner meetings to determine how to support and amplify brand messaging
- Creates sell sheets and presentations in preparation for partner meetings and brand expansions
- Fosters open communication with sales, marketing team members and the operations team
- Updates relevant brand FAQs in tandem with Product Innovation Manager
- Develops brand voicing for Tumble and Joilo

- Manages new product launches and development of sales tools and programs
- Develops marketing launch plans to build awareness and trial throughout the consumer path to purchase (out of store to in-store)
- Collaborates with marketing cross-functional team of internal stakeholders and external partners in flawless launch execution, and deliver on defined KPIs
- Meets with Timeless regional field teams to construct marketing plans consistent with strategy that uniquely highlight local relevance and incorporate brand look and feel

The Brand Analyst (Pre-Rolls) drives the strategy and execution for marketing for Joilo and Tumble brands in their respective markets. Leads in growing sales through digital marketing efforts, in-store presence, dispensary communication, and collaboration. The Brand Analyst works with the National Marketing Manager (Kindness Team), Sales, Field Marketing, and General Managers internally to execute Timeless branding campaigns on a regional level.
Job Responsibilities:

- Demonstrates fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on Joilo and Tumble products
- Works closely with the Design Manager, National Brand Manager, Digital Specialist and VP of Marketing to workshop campaigns and messaging
- Supports KPI’s and track and measure effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Considers optimal consumer journey experience in all digital campaigns and relevant CTA’s
- Creates and distributes various brand tools such as brand guides
- Communicates availability of new assets to sales team and dispensary partners; organize the drive for dispensary partners
- Ensures Joilo and Tumble brands reflect merchandising strategy and standards in dispensaries
- Reviews monthly data drops from BDS to assess our performance against competitors and determine white space in the market for line extensions, and/or potential future brands
- Reviews Pistil data weekly to determine action items for sales team related to in-store inventory
- Participates in preparation of partner meetings to determine how to support and amplify brand messaging
- Creates sell sheets and presentations in preparation for partner meetings and brand expansions
- Fosters open communication with sales, marketing team members and the operations team
- Updates relevant brand FAQs in tandem with Product Innovation Manager
- Develops brand voicing for Tumble and Joilo
- Works with the Product Manager to consider consumer pain points in packaging and operational efficiencies
- Manages daily operations of Tumble and Joilo brands and communication with the sales team
- Leads development of the brands annual marketing plan, aligned to our organizational priorities and financial goals, and inclusive of brand, product, partnership and promotional programming for all pre-rolls
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new and/or improved products, packaging and programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies
- Drives brand positioning and consumer communications/messaging to deliver brand objectives via clear direction/guidance and effective resource allocation decisions
- Manages vendors associated with campaign advertising
- Works with region GM’s to determine optimal methods of advertising in each state for pre-rolls
- Maintains deep understanding of business performance and evaluate growth-driving opportunities via consumer lens
- Analyzes business results and deliver key recommendations for business planning and on-going delivery of business KPIs
- Monitors competitive landscape in collaboration with Product Manager to determine white space in the marketplace
- Works with in-house photography/videographer lead to determine look and feel of product and lifestyle shoots for Joilo and Tumble brands
- Manages new product launches and development of sales tools and programs
- Develops marketing launch plans to build awareness and trial throughout the consumer path to purchase (out of store to in-store)
- Collaborates with marketing cross-functional team of internal stakeholders and external partners in flawless launch execution, and deliver on defined KPIs
- Meets with Timeless regional field teams to construct marketing plans consistent with strategy that uniquely highlight local relevance and incorporate brand look and feel
- Utilizes consumer insights to drive impactful planning
- Leverages internal and external resources to develop deep consumer and shopper insights to drive marketing and portfolio decisions
- Drives annual business planning and budgeting for pre-roll brands
- Assumes full responsibility of budget management for Joilo and Tumble

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work along with the Pre-Roll manufacturing team for efficient pre-roll production, packaging, labeling, and Department cleanup
- Precision weighing, packing, and folding of pre-rolls
- Prepare material for production, processing, and assembling cannabis and materials to form pre-rolls, weighing it on a certified scale to the exact weight and placing the product in appropriate bins/bags/storage
- Packaging and labeling products to quality standards
- Ensure all Pre-Roll manufacturing processes are followed according to prescribed SOP's while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Logging weights, counts, and waste on respective tracking sheets
- Tracking/tagging, moving, and converting out products in accordance with state compliance in traceability system (Leaflogix)
- Cleaning and upkeep of personal workspace and tools

The Joilo Pre-Roll Technician requires an H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent, and knowledge of medical marijuana law.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for reviewing, approving, and editing orders to create invoices and travel manifest for the distribution department on time. The Packager assembles and packages concentrates and flower products. Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Packager packages cannabis products for resale while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, quality control, and sanitation. This role is responsible for product tracking and electronic documentation, and ensuring products are packed and accounted for in accordance with company policy and state regulations.

- Prepares and adheres labels to each package; verifies that labels for finished packages conform to State regulations.

As a Delivery Specialist for Timeless Select LLC, you would follow standard company procedures, state compliance laws, and safety requirements while delivering orders to dispensaries in a timely and efficient manner. The Delivery Specialist role is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering and carrying of packages that may weigh a minimum of 50 lbs. Under tight deadlines, our Delivery Specialist safely operates cargo vans, climbs in and out of a vehicle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Load van with the daily product to be sold as well as unload product for the customer;
- Perform routine inspection of company vehicle and supplies to ensure road safety;
- Maintain Inventory of daily merchandise loaded on the van
- Prepare and maintain records in accordance with company policies and procedures, and state compliance if the Compliance Admin is not able to be reached.

The ERP Specialist will assist in implementing and training on our ERP system. Responsibilities:
ERP System Implementation and Maintenance:
Work alongside the accounting and operations team to implement the ERP system across multiple regions.
Monitor systems and ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.
Administer ERP launch, testing and processing improvements.
Assists with day-to-day maintenance as well as testing for modifications.
Provide required documentation for tasks including standard operating procedures and user protocol.
Effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Identify and recognize when risks and issues need to be escalated.
Deliver training in person and remotely for staff members.
IT Support:
Analyze and provide recommendations for the improvement and growth of IT systems including automation, processes/procedures, while adhering to best practices.

Manage acquisition and maintenance of assigned IT equipment for all staff.

The Compliance Administrator is an integral part of our organization and will grow with our company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Interpret all state regulations regarding MarijuanaMedical Marijuana and their applicability to the Timeless business ensuring that all company practices and record keeping are compliant and current.
- Review Company production processes and record keeping to ensure adherence to all relevant compliance regulations and Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) standards
- Ensure all appropriate operating licenses are up to date and accurate
- Develop and maintain relationships with all regulatory and compliance agencies
- Create and develop process maps and standard operating procedures for all critical processes
- Develop and maintain workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Production Manager to Develop Quality Assurance standards for critical processes, assist department managers to ensure quality objectives are achieved
- Assist state and local government auditors and law enforcement with inventory, sales and compliance audits
- Monitor regulatory changes and make recommendations to operational functions to adhere to those changes
- Multistate compliance oversight and responsibilities as needed by each location
- Regularly research developments inside and outside the company to identify potential future issues and process improvements
- Create, regulate, and audit state required labels, as well as packaging of products to ensure compliance per each states regulations
- Review all sales forms and record keeping to ensure adherence to compliance regulations
- Monitor inventory losses and assist in developing standard operating procedures to reduce loss in all departments.
- Manage compliance portion of partnerships for vendors, suppliers, and any other business dealing with Timeless so that all movement of product or information remain compliant amongst all relevant regulatory commissions.
- Act as a representative of Timeless for all special interest groups or lobbyist groups as they apply to Timeless.
- Conduct compliance gap assessments and generate reports for company executives and others
- Design and implement written compliance programs as warranted throughout the enterprise to ensure compliance with numerous state cannabis programs.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements, including monitoring pending legislative and regulatory change
- Initiate, conduct, resolve and document compliance investigations, including the development of corrective action plans
- Create and maintain documentation systems and processes as needed to track, trend and manage compliance notifications, issues, corrective action plans, audit results etc.
- Ensure corrective actions are adequate and are timely implemented for all identified compliance deficiencies

We’re looking for a Social Digital Specialist with an eagle-eye for detail, the ability to implement and execute strategies that go beyond run-of-the-mill best practices. This role will take ownership of all execution on our multi-channel marketing strategy, assist with designing a scalable program, and accelerate our growth. This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing all facets of paid media tactics, assisting in the development and execution of targeted consumer workflows, and SEO strategy.
Responsibilities:
Social & Digital:
- Establish, activate, and manage an integrated strategy across social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and other owned channels.

- Track insights consistently and develop actionable strategies to boost audience following, reach, interactions, and growth on all social platforms

The Packager assembles and packages concentrates and flower products. Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Packager packages cannabis products for resale while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, quality control, and sanitation. This role is responsible for product tracking and electronic documentation, and ensuring products are packed and accounted for in accordance with company policy and state regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (PACKAGING)
- Prepares and adheres labels to each package; verifies that labels for finished packages conform to State regulations.
- Tracks product and maintains documentation standards, ensuring products are accounted for throughout the packaging process.
- Ensures that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance and successfully conforms to all State regulations, organizational standards and procedures, and security protocols.

- Reviews finished product packaging, entering into the Seed to Sale in accordance with departmental guidelines and state regulations.

- Maintains the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the processing area and participates in the clean-up of equipment and the workplace at the end of every day.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (QUALITY CONTROL)
- Perform product inspection for defects, leaks, and particulates.
- Assist in the fill process validations to include inspection of filled units
- Perform document review of compounding activities such as cleaning records, line clearance forms, and inventory sheets:
- Verify that raw materials meet specification
- Verify that all documentation is complete
- Document non-compliance and work with supervisor/lead if further investigation is needed
- Submit all waste to the appropriate location for particulate identification or microbial analysis.
- Assist with press calibration and maintenance record files.
- Assist with raw material release and movement.
- Support internal & external audits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/ECT:
The Packager position requires an H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, and knowledge of medical marijuana law.
This is an entry-level position in the cannabis industry. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective time-management skills, and the ability to work in a highly regulated environment.Proficiency in windows-based software and Seed to Sale applications recommended.
Specific state regulatory requirements also include verification, confirmation or completion of the following,
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2801.10
- Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the
Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01
- Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. §
36-2804.01 and A.R.S. §36-2801.10
