Precision Alchemy is immediately hiring a full time business development representative. We are an OLCC licensed Processor located in Clackamas, Oregon. Our team focuses on producing cannabis oil of various levels of refinement to meet our client’s needs. Our expertise helps our clients bring the best version of their product to retail shelves.

You will be responsible for generating new leads on raw materials we need to purchase as well as new sales leads. This is a cold calling type position that will require follow-ups to close a deal. A strong focus on cultivating relationships and creating value for our vendors and clients will be required for this position. This position will play a key role in our growth strategy through collaboration with our Sales Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Accounting Department.

Responsibilities:

• Source new vendors of biomass and oils by making cold calls, sending emails, and setting in-person appointments.
• This may present opportunities to generate sales leads that would be passed on to our sales Manager for closing.
• Maintain effective communication with current and potential vendors in order to build a long standing relationship.
• Assist with developing a comprehensive sourcing strategy.
• Maintain clear and open communication with our Sales Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Accounting Department.
• Understand Precision Alchemy’s productions, services, and ways that we bring value to our customers.
• Meeting quotas for sourcing raw materials.
• Track new vendor and client leads using Agile CRM.
• Generating weekly reports.
• Flexibility to pivot into other responsibilities if quotas have been satisfied.

• Knowledge of the cannabis industry (product types, extraction, distillation)
• Raw material sourcing
• METRC experience (Cannabis Tracking System)
• Google Drive
• Microsoft Office

Requirements

• OLCC marijuana worker permit
• 2-3 years of raw material sourcing or sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving quotas
• Experience with CRM tools
• Reliable transportation equipped with locks and an alarm system
• Valid motor vehicle insurance and driver’s license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills

• $36,000 to $50,000 salary with the opportunity for bonus compensation based on performance.

Precision Alchemy is hiring sales representatives to sell cannabis products to dispensaries acrossOregon. We are an OLCC licensed processor that processes cannabis oil to various levels of refinement to best meet the needs of our customers. We have recently created our own branded retail products for sale and distribution.

You will be responsible for business-to-business (B2B) sales of cannabis products to Oregon retail dispensaries. This is a commission only sales position that will reward closers. Your earnings potential is unlimited and as will be your opportunity for growth. We promote from within and will be looking to make our most successful sales representative the sales manager for our dispensary sales division. If you are driven to succeed this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and articulate Precision Alchemy’s products, services, and ways that we bring value to our customers.

• Maintain effective customer communication and build long-standing relationships.
• Source new clients by making cold calls, sending emails, setting in-person appointments, and attending trade shows.
• Provide consistent customer service and expertise to customers.
• Assist with developing a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Track sales targets using our CRM.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience, cannabis industry preferred.
• Experience navigating and using CRM tools to track targets through the sales process.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Reliable transportation equipped with locks and an alarm system.
• Valid motor vehicle insurance and driver’s license.
• Up to 25% of travel within Oregon, including trade shows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Obtain a valid OLCC marijuana handlers permit prior to start.

• Knowledge of the cannabis industry, products, processing, and extraction.
• Background in B2B or inside sales.
• METRC experience.
• Microsoft Office & Google Suite experience.
