ABOUT THE ROLE
- The Floor Supervisor leads a team of retail associates who work together to ensure our customers and patients experience the best service possible. This role requires a leader, with a proven ability to execute and supervise day to day floor operations. The Floor Supervisor provides support to the retail team, assists with floor coverage when needed, communicates departmental updates and collaborates with management to achieve our sales, operational and service goals. ABOUT THE ROLE
- As a senior leader in the dispensary, the General Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the store. This role requires a strategic and forward-thinking individual with a proven track record of developing high performing employees and proactively leading the dispensary’s business goals. The General Manager is goal-driven, people-oriented and enthusiastic about our company’s mission and values. This role collaborates with several members of the leadership team and requires a strong leader with excellent interpersonal and time management skills. Day-to-day priorities include implementation of company policies, proactively working to attain sales goals, collaborating with HR on staffing needs/employee relations and maintaining statistical reports as they pertain to the dispensary. In addition, the General Manager represents the company professionally to elected officials, law enforcement, media, and the general public.

- Ensure the site is in full compliance with all local and state laws while assisting with regulatory inspections
- Work cross-functionally through the operation and maintain a hands-on “lead by example” approach
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by all employees in the unit
- Create, run, and analyze management, inventory, purchasing, and financial reports

POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Floor Supervisor helps ensure all the daily tasks of the department get properly executed. This position requires a leader that has experience in every workstation of the department and strong cannabis knowledge. Priorities include providing full support to the team, assisting with rest/lunch breaks, communicating departmental updates, and executing all processes within the department. The Floor Supervisor will serve as one of the main points of contact for guest related inquiries (service and product feedback), product trends, and employee performance, and must collaborate with management to while help maintain a high team morale.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the site is in full compliance with all local and state laws while assisting with regulatory inspections
- Work cross-functionally through the operation and maintain a hands-on “lead by example” approach
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by all employees in the unit
- Partner with approved cash handling managers/supervisors to ensure the dispensary’s cash flow/intake is properly managed
- Assist the team with inquiries and service recovery while ensuring the highest level of hospitality is achieved

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Summary
Levia is looking for a Logistics Technician. This role will report to the Logistics Manager as part of the Levia Logistics Team. They will ensure the safe and secure delivery of Levia products via company delivery vehicle to all wholesale locations throughout the state of MA.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Makes secure/monitored deliveries from Levia to Massachusetts dispensaries.
- Ensures safety practices are used when driving AYR company vehicles.
- Inspects Levia delivery vehicles before deliveries ensuring vehicle are safe for deliveries.
- Ensuring valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in delivery vehicles.
- Brings vehicles to repair locations when maintenance issues arise such as brake jobs, new tires, oil changes, windshield wiper blades, inspections, etc.
- Maintain vehicles to operational standard - insure vacuumed, washed, and other incidentals
- Maintain fuel levels – at least ½ tank and assure that they are fueled for the next day.
- Must be able to understand road maps related to the state of MA highways and roads.
- Become familiar with Metrc to understand the delivery Manifest.
- Safe and secure handling of customer received payment checks during deliveries.
- In down time, report to Packaging or Fulfilment for assignment.
- Perform and participate in additional projects and priorities as needed.
- Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”.

- Valid driver’s license is required

Job Summary
The Extraction Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively converting cannabis materials into high quality, food safe cannabis oil for use in manufacturing Levia products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing job duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all regulations
- Carrying out all extraction, extract processing, product formulation, and manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner that also complies with state regulations, company SOPs, and all applicable laboratory procedures
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
- Following appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of dissimilar production components while following Good Manufacturing Practices
- Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance, conducting visual inspections to ensure all products meet specifications and expectations. Such quality assurance work shall include but not be limited to:
- Recording and monitoring process conditions to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking
- Continually strive to improve processes for improved safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing
- Support new product and process development work with our Extraction Lead, Extraction Supervisor and/or Production Manager
- Monitoring and managing lab and processing equipment supplies and inventory
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Cultivation Flowering Associate is responsible for supporting and assisting the Cultivation Flowering Supervisor(s) and Manager(s) in all aspects of cannabis plant management within the department. This position will be responsible for maintaining the flowering room(s) and accomplishing all harvest processes of the plant. Priorities include transplanting, plant pruning, defoliating, trellising, integrated pest management, harvesting, bucking, trimming, drying, binning, curing, waste disposal, and cleaning for all plants, tools, and work areas in the department.

- The Retail Associate collaborates with the dispensary’s management team to ensure every guest receives the highest level of hospitality and experiences cannabis in the best way possible. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Floor Manager ensures all the daily tasks of the department are properly executed. As the head of the Floor Department, this position requires a strong leader who can ensure all the dispensary’s front of the house areas and processes comply with local and state regulations. This role requires strong hospitality and service recovery skills. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Account Executive is responsible for assisting with providing service to all accounts in the region as designated by the Regional Sales Manager. Priorities include processing customer orders, building a strong sales pipeline, developing professional relationships, generating any necessary account documentation, and maintaining accounts up to date. POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Inventory Manager ensures all the daily tasks of the department get properly executed. As the head of the Inventory Department, this position requires a strong leader who can ensure all the dispensary’s back of the house areas and processes comply with local and state regulations. Job Summary
This is an opportunity for a qualified Facilities Manager to join our diverse and fast-growing team. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results. The candidate will oversee the company’s facility operations, manage staff, and coordinate with contractors all while remaining in compliance with local and state regulations.

- Assist in purchase, design, and installation of equipment and work areas
- Responsible for maintaining an efficient parts and supply inventory
- Ensures that all work areas are maintained as safe, clean work areas
- Work with all facilities employees in seeking ways to eliminate waste and improve efficiency throughout the company

Qualifications

Working Conditions

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing and walking motion/movement will be required throughout the shift.- Frequently ascends/descends a ladder and uses scissor lift to inspect/maintain equipment.
- Occasionally works in outside conditions that includes exposure to inclement weather, heat and humidity.

Job Summary
The employee would be operating a Root Sciences VKS-95 wiped film distillation machine. This process takes carbon filtered and winterized cannabis oil (a crude oil) and refines through a process known as distillation. The result is a product known as distillate.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Properly tracking the production of distillate from crude cannabis oil to distillate to
- Properly tracking production information for internal records
- Performing routine maintenance on the equipment
- Properly storing and maintaining inventory of crude cannabis oil and distillate
- Working closely with the production manager to ensure production goals are met
- Breaking down and assembling equipment when necessary
- Following SOPs to refine crude cannabis oil into distillate
- Following safety SOPs to ensure safe operation of the equipment and the workplace
- Helping achieve other production goals if needed
Qualifications
- Must meet minimum age requirements as outlined by state cannabis agency
- Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agency
Education
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry preferred, but not required
Experience
- Experience working manufacturing facility preferred but not required
- Experience performing distillation preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Short path/wiped film distillation technique
- Inventory tracking software usage
- Basic algebra
- Highly organized
Working conditions
The person in this position may be exposed to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree.- The working area may be odorous at times and loud due to fans and filtration systems, fluctuating between cold and warm temperatures.

Priorities include transplanting, plant pruning, defoliating, trellising, trimming, integrated pest management, harvesting, bucking, trimming, drying, binning, curing, waste disposal, and cleaning for all plants, tools, and work areas in the department.

Who We’re Looking to Hire:
Cultivauna’s Director of Beverage Operations is a disciplined, motivated individual who maintains quality and consistency throughout the production process, while displaying a high degree of teamwork, mentorship, and desire for continual improvement. This position requires a thorough knowledge of all aspects of beverage production, including brewing, filtration, sanitation, packaging, and QA/QC. The Director of Beverage Operations is responsible for scheduling overseeing all aspects of product creation/development, manufacturing, operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
PEOPLE AND COMMUNITY
Build, develop, and lead a team of passionate, effective production employees; by facilitating an environment that fosters a team dynamic through: success recognition, team empowerment, and education. Develop operational goals and objectives for Production department. Establish best in class processes and programs associated with cannabis beverage operations and safe work practices.
PROCESS & IMPROVEMENT
Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations to exceed the expectations of our customers, suppliers, and Board of Directors. Implement and persistently improve SOPs to meet/exceed Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulatory standards. Identify technologies and opportunities to improve operational efficiency throughout the Production department. Maintain proper inventory controls of raw materials required for beverage production and packaging, and foster relationships with vendors. Ensure timely delivery of finished products, while focusing on quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process.
FINANCIALS & PLANNING:
Work as a member of the Management Committee to accurately forecast material needs, and operate Production Department within compliance of the budget for all short and long-term needs and objectives.
SAFETY & COMPLIANCE:
Develop, maintain, and improve safety procedures and initiatives to ensure compliance with CCC, OSHA, FSMA, and other related safety organizations. Actively lead and participate on the Safety Committee, to ensure organizational compliance in equipment, training, and communication for all employees.
Skills & Qualifications:
3-10 years’ experience in a beverage production facility, with increasing managerial responsibility (Note: this position is not designed for a first-time supervisor);
A Strong technical proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn METRC and other software platforms
Experience creating, developing, and manufacturing innovative styles of beverages
Excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience managing employees in a manufacturing setting
Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate personnel in order to balance staffing needs with profitability and growth;
