Wurk is looking for a talented Product Analyst to facilitate the launch, administration, and productization of our solution offerings. As an HCM Product Analyst, you will be working closely with our product team, implementation team, external solution partners and internal stakeholders to optimize industry-relevant products that meet client specifications and positively impact the client experience at Wurk. You will be relied upon to support our team in prioritizing and rolling out new features, and creating implementation and service models that support efficiency, internal cost optimization and client satisfaction. You will conduct market research, customer feedback, and offer innovative solutions to the team. Also, you will be supporting the operations team on rolling out our newest offerings, managing the customer life cycle for that offering, and make updates to meet market needs. This opportunity is an ever-changing, dynamic role for an individual to learn a substantial amount about Product Management and Operational Excellence.
To ensure success as a Product Analyst, you should have excellent analytical and design skills, and advanced troubleshooting skills. A top-notch HCM Product Specialist should be able to transform new releases into high-end products that perfectly meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Create plans for incorporating new HCM software features and changes into Work processes and client setup.
- Scope and define business requirements for new client and partner integrations
- Troubleshoot integrations and provide first level support
- Monitor and review integration error logs
- Test new configuration options and updates in HCM system.
- Make configuration updates to multiple client HCM systems.
- Create professional documentation of new process, procedures, and product features.
- Generate Quality Assurance measures for new product launches and create iterations/improvements as needed
- Participate in backlog grooming and prioritization.
- Create reports in client administration system for cross-client and internal use.
- Support the Director of Product with market research on new features for future product recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally with various teams to constantly optimize the product offerings.
- Support the cross-functional teams with various ad hoc requests for new products or features.
Required Skill Sets and Experience
- 2+ years of experience with managing products, conducting research, or supporting various teams on a wide range of requests.
- Ability to work through the unknown and complicated requests to find optimal solutions.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting the marketing department with its initiatives and programs across a variety of channels. This is a tactical role that will include generating content, assisting with webinars, creating PowerPoints, organizing internal databases, researching and writing SEO-optimized blog posts, and conducting market research on new and existing markets.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.
- Coordinate tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
- Perform graphic design skills, and social media management (Instagram) to keep our branding current and true to our ideals
- Assist in event & exposition coordination with the sales team for industry events
- Assist in market research on emerging and existing markets
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams, partners, contractors, and other members of the company to contribute to and support our marketing strategy

A successful SMB Implementation Consultant at Wurk will onboard small business clients. This person will be responsible for the ultimate success and integrity of the new client implementation and establish a great working relationship with our client contacts and internal teams. The right candidate will identify new opportunities to drive growth and create efficiencies in the SMB implementation process.
What you'll need to accomplish!
- In the first 30-60 days
- Learn and understand the Wurk SMB Implementation methodology and begin to work alongside a team member and assist with set up and configuration.
- Develop a full understanding of the SMB product offering
- In the first 90 days and beyond
- Ensure an on-time and successful client implementation into the WorkForce Ready HCM system, following Wurk guidelines and in accordance with client expectations
- Translate client requirements into Payroll and TLM system configuration

The* SaaS Project Manager* (Software Implementation PM) is a critical focal point to Workforce Ready (WFR) customers. The PM is expected to be a trusted advisor who helps clients achieve their goals. The PM will manage all Human Capital Management project aspects and resources in order to ensure timely, efficient, successful implementations in addition to mentoring of internal team members.

- Operate effectively in a SaaS business environment by managing internal expectations as well as those of your clients and prioritize using business judgment to balance business objectives with client goals
- Spend time understanding clients' objectives and deliver programs that support these goals
- Partner with Sales to support successful expansions and acceptance of new products/services in your clients' accounts and facilitate incremental business opportunities

At Wurk, a successful Order Fulfillment Specialist will prepare and ship payroll check packages for clients and complete the entire process for timeclock terminal orders. The right candidate will identify new opportunities to drive growth and build upon the Wurk brand.
What you'll need to accomplish:
- Printing, processing, packaging, and shipping live checks to multiple client destinations with a high to near perfect delivery success with our Fedex shipping partner.
- Building and owning processes and procedures around timely fulfillment of check delivery
- Working with equipment vendors to maintain smooth operation of fulfillment machinery including but not limited to MICR and standard printers, mail machines, and pressure sealers
- Documenting internal procedures and processes to train internal staff and create functional redundancy for each primary function of this position.
- Ordering timeclock terminals and remotely implementing in the Wurk system
- Billing clients for timeclock terminals
- Returning timeclock terminals via RMA process with our partners
- Work closely with out Finance department to make sure we minimize ongoing hardware costs for leased equipment

- Intermediate Excel skills and aptitude in MS Office

The Human Resources (HR) Implementation Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities. The Operational Tax Accountant oversees the tax trust account and the activities that take place within the account to ensure that Wurk is meeting its fiduciary responsibility related to its tax trust activities.
What You'll do:
- Oversee MasterTax bank reconciliation process to balance daily tax collections from clients and daily tax payments to tax agencies.
- Identify control issues impacting the collection of tax funds from clients and create processes to mitigate these issues (IE – duplicate or incorrect tax payments to tax agencies, missing tax collections from new clients, etc.).
- Match and trace trust activity records (inflow and outflows) within the tax trust account.
- Perform client tax balance reconciliations for new clients and clients that are terminating their relationship with Wurk.
- Assist in leading projects related to historical tax reconciliation clean-up.

- Manage tax consultants working on tax projects, providing workflows, key deliverables and as an escalation point to clear open items as part of the reconciliation efforts.

The Operational Tax Accountant oversees the tax trust account and the activities that take place within the account to ensure that Wurk is meeting its fiduciary responsibility related to its tax trust activities.
What You'll do:
- Oversee MasterTax bank reconciliation process to balance daily tax collections from clients and daily tax payments to tax agencies.
- Identify control issues impacting the collection of tax funds from clients and create processes to mitigate these issues (IE – duplicate or incorrect tax payments to tax agencies, missing tax collections from new clients, etc.).
- Match and trace trust activity records (inflow and outflows) within the tax trust account.
- Perform client tax balance reconciliations for new clients and clients that are terminating their relationship with Wurk.

Responsibilities
- Participate in all client meetings, providing expertise in the Kronos Payroll Module.
- Conduct Payroll Discovery session with clients to understand and document client's payroll configuration requirements.
- Configure the Kronos Payroll Module to accommodate all client requirements.
- Depending upon client size and complexity, convert client's employee data and payroll history into Kronos import templates and import.
- Ensure accuracy of client's payroll history through balancing all historical wages and taxes.
- Configure integrations for 401k for new clients and add ons for existing clients and provide client training on such as required.
- Conduct client trainings for System Overview, Reports & Dashboards and Payroll Processing.
- Provide support throughout the implementation process to clients and team members for payroll related items.
Required Skill Sets and Experience
- 2-year degree or equivalent industry experience
- At least two years of experience implementing Kronos Workforce Ready, with expertise in the Payroll module
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employer tax laws and regulations
- Understanding of state overtime, sick time and wage laws
- At least 2 years of experience implementing HCM products in a multi-tenant solution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, including a strong familiarity with Excel

The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for the ultimate success and integrity of all client EDI Feeds (Benefit Carrier Connections & COBRA Admin), cyclical open enrollment Benefit setup and rollout, and annual ACA filing as well as regular outreach and maintenance for the ACA module. They will work directly with client's HR Modules (HR Core, Benefits, & ACA, with an opportunity to learn others) & EDI connections and establish a great working relationship with our client contacts and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide front line support to manage the annual ACA filing process for all clients, including the following: establishing key deadlines, creating, and sending communication to clients, holding ACA Year-End Webinars and Q&A sessions, pulling and reviewing data to resolve AIR file errors, complete filing and mailing via our 3rd party vendor.
- Ensure all new and updating EDI feeds are setup with our vendors within the established SLA in addition to managing all production and discrepancy errors with the client and other relevant parties.
- Provide feedback to and partner with HR Implementation consultants, Project Managers, Premier Services team & others on project status, escalations, configuration, etc. to drive milestones & ensure clear expectations are provided to the client and project teams.
- Configure and update UKG HR Module(s) and integrations to accommodate all client requirements for Carrier Connections, Open Enrollment, & ACA.
- Configure any new and developing integrations for new clients and add-ons (i.e. Benefits & ACA) for existing clients and provide client training on such as required in these areas.
- Update all project materials to track completion of tasks and ensure all project documentation is located in shared folders for the purposes of information retention and quality assurance.
Required Skill Sets and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- PHR, SHRM-CP preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) systems implementations with a role in at least 2 years working with carrier connections and data flow and mapping, effectively implementing EDI feeds or similar end-to-end solution.
- Experience in business process mapping
- Experience in change management as an asset
- Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices required.
- Understanding of ACA compliance and annual filing process guidelines and best practices.

The Director of Legal is responsible for leading the ongoing design, refinement, and maintenance of our Risk and Compliance programs. This role reports to the CFO and serves as a senior leader and people manager tasked with leading a team to ensure that our policies, programs, and operational processes are best in class, and designed to mitigate risks to the business.
In this role, you will provide oversight and guidance regarding business products, services, and processes through a compliance framework to ensure they are executed in accordance with enterprise and legal requirements. Responsibilities

The Payroll Tax Specialist Lead is a key member of the Tax Team that interacts and works with all areas of our business. A successful Implementation HR Product Line Lead at Wurk will provide subject matter expertise on HR implementation technology and processes as well as successfully implementing clients accurately and on time. The HR Product Lead will be responsible for the ultimate success and integrity of new clients for HR Modules (HR Core, Benefits, Performance, ATS, Compensation, ACA, E-Verify, etc.) or other Integrations, as well as driving HR product solutions and QA for HR implementations.

As a Training & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for participation in the development, design, and implementation of training programs for internal customers. Wurk is seeking a strategic, action-oriented and well-organized Manager - Project Management (PMO Manager) who will report directly to the Director of Implementation. You are a person who is good at foreseeing obstacles and identifying solutions, which leads to keen forecasting and a mastery of time management. You're also a dedicated team player and a strong planner with keen verbal and written communication abilities. You must thrive on creative energy and work well in a fast-paced environment with team members scattered across various locations and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Develop a solid understanding of Wurk's Implementation strategy and align team objectives to support.
- Understand and utilize project management methodologies, industry best practice and software and drive adoption.
- Monitor Project Management resource utilization and develop plans to support growth initiatives.
- Develop standard Project Management processes to ensure excellent communication, setting of expectations, adherence to timelines and overall success of projects.
- Monitor and communicate Implementation projects status and escalate concerns as required to all stakeholders.
- Ensure Project Managers meet all compliance requirements for Implementation projects.
- Drive Project Managers knowledge of Wurk's software and processes in order to enable them to communicate expectations and requirements to clients and project team members.
- Evaluate projects performance and find opportunities for improvement.
Required Skill Sets and Experience
- Four to seven years of project management experience in a human capital management, payroll, or similar industry, preferably in a SaaS multi-client environment.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (CAPM) is preferred.
- Capacity to think of new ways to tackle problems and streamline productivity.
- Strong commitment to excellence.
- Presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading people and teams.
- Advanced knowledge of program and project management principles, practices, and tools.
- Sound, strategic thinker with a track record of demonstrating good judgement, strong business acumen, and executing plans with a sense of urgency
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience facilitating the creation of project metrics and establishing a method of tracking.

The Sales Manager reports to the CRO and is a member of the company's management team. This position is responsible for the direction and management of Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and plays a role in business development operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, and supporting partner channel strategy. This position may include responsibility for business development. The Sales Manager will drive the company's achievement of its new customer acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
What you'll need to accomplish!
- Oversee sales talent acquisition, including sourcing, hiring, onboarding and development of a sales organization.
- Provide continuous coaching and execution on sales development and learning opportunities.
- Drive the development and execution of account and opportunity new accounts and upsell sales strategies.
- Work closely with CRO, Marketing, and Business Development to develop, establish, and execute demand generation and channel strategies and programs.
- Maintain key customer relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies for achieving the company's new customer revenue objectives.
- Develop and manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales pipeline, and forecast management.
- Assist in developing sales operating and pricing policies, including discounts, legal terms, and conditions for customers and business partners.
- Coach and mentor sales professionals effectively to develop and refine consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Achieve personal quotas and drive attainment of team members' sales quotas, and achieve other established company and team KPIs:
- Total ARR quota, new business quota, upsell quota, drive service revenue, and customer conversion into referenceable clients.
What you'll need to have!
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience or solid familiarity with UKG is paramount
- Minimum 4 years sales experience in SaaS and the HCM industry
- Minimum 2 years cannabis industry experience preferred
- Experience with CRM, sales methodology, and sales funnel management
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Established contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive-level customers and partners
- Proven enthusiastic sales track record in a new product/new market environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Experience in choosing, deploying, and using marketing and sales software applications
