This isn't a typical “warehouse” job for mindless drones with a barcode scanner, always running to get the next item then awaiting further instructions from the algorithm overlords. That might work for giant e-commerce companies, but we recognize the value of thoughtful people to ensure customer happiness.

We're a small team of 18 people total (7 in the warehouse), so personality matters. We want team players who like coming in, solving problems, and enjoy the company of their co-workers (who are all cool and interesting in one way or another).
What's the job like?

We pull the products from our shelves and carefully pack them into boxes. A lot of our products are glass, so we use bubblewrap to make sure they'll arrive at their destination in one piece. We use ShipStation to print the shipping labels and NetSuite for inventory management. You don't need experience with either of those platforms, but you will need to be computer savvy. If you're not 100% comfortable with computers, this isn't the job for you.
We receive pallets of inventory from our vendors and check them against our order to make sure what we received matches up against what we ordered, then we put those items into the right bins. If an item gets put into the wrong bin, then it's likely that the wrong item will get shipped to the customer. No one likes it when that happens.

If you have experience using a forklift, that's great. If not, that's ok too. It's an optional part of the job and if you're interested, you can trained and certified as a forklift operator.
We also like a clean working environment, so we clean up around the warehouse. Sweeping, vacuuming, etc. Stray piece of paper on the floor? Pick it up. If your home is a mess, this isn't the job for you.
We work in a warehouse, so it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. On the plus side, we listen to music & podcasts while we work, we can dress how we like, and everyone gets their birthday off as a paid holiday.
This is a full time position and we need people who are reliable and arrive on time each day.
What about COVID-19?

We only have essential staff on site in our warehouse during this time. All employees who can work from home are doing so. In addition, we've implemented the following safety procedures:

• Everyone is required to wear a mask (provided by us)
• We ask that people stay 6 feet apart (as much as possible)
• Warehouse garage doors are open
• Multiple fans throughout the building keep air moving
• We have 6 HEPA filters with hydroxyl generators that capture and kill viruses and bacteria in the offices and breakroom

Schedule & Location

We're hiring two people. One for our Sunday - Wednesday shift and the other for our Wednesday - Saturday shift. During non-peak times, this is an 8 hour shift that begins at 9am. When we are busy (holidays, 4/20, etc.), it can be a 9-10 hour shift.

We're located in South Austin near Slaughter & S. 1st Street. This is a full time position and we need people who are reliable and arrive on time each day.

And yes, this shift is 4 days per week, so you'll have 3 day weekends. We have two four-day shifts with both teams on-site on Wednesdays, so that's when we have our team meetings.

Email Marketing

• Learn and understand each client’s unique brand voice so you can speak to their audiences in the most effective way possible

• Brainstorm customer acquisition, campaign content, and segmentations independently or alongside other team members

• Proof and QA campaigns to ensure a 100% error-free execution

Graphic Design

• Create branded content in the form of emails & paid social ad creatives

• Support the performance marketing team in organizing and executing various marketing campaigns

• BA or equivalent

• 2+ years in graphic design (full knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)

• 1+ years in email marketing, SMS marketing, or background in e-commerce

• 1+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or freelancing environment

• Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically email marketing best practices

Looking for a third staff psychiatrist (preferably board certified) for a Honolulu-based alternative mental health practice. We provide prescriptions of course, and talk therapy, however we focus on non-pharmaceutical options such as TMS, IM ketamine, medical cannabis, as well as balanced information on nutrition, exercise, and mental hygiene. We have at least five in house talk therapists, and we are incorporating talk therapy into our IM and troche ketamine treatments. Our staff are also talented at psychopharmacology, which is a requirement, however, we emphasize treatments that are patient-empowering, getting away from leaving patients on an SSRI indefinitely. We are moving towards a mixture of tele-health and in-office appointments for our follow ups. This allows a staff psychiatrist some flexibility on hours and workflow. We are proud to have a warm, caring staff and we are building an exciting practice.

What's the job like?

We pull the products from our shelves and carefully pack them into boxes. A lot of our products are glass, so we use bubblewrap to make sure they'll arrive at their destination in one piece. We use ShipStation to print the shipping labels and NetSuite for inventory management. You don't need experience with either of those platforms, but you will need to be computer savvy. If you're not 100% comfortable with computers, this isn't the job for you.
We receive pallets of inventory from our vendors and check them against our order to make sure what we received matches up against what we ordered, then we put those items into the right bins. If an item gets put into the wrong bin, then it's likely that the wrong item will get shipped to the customer. No one likes it when that happens.

If you have experience using a forklift, that's great. If not, that's ok too. It's an optional part of the job and if you're interested, you can trained and certified as a forklift operator.
We also like a clean working environment, so we clean up around the warehouse. Sweeping, vacuuming, etc. Stray piece of paper on the floor? Pick it up. If your home is a mess, this isn't the job for you.
We work in a warehouse, so it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. On the plus side, we listen to music & podcasts while we work, we can dress how we like, and everyone gets their birthday off as a paid holiday.

We're located in South Austin near Slaughter & S. 1st Street. This is a full time position and we need people who are reliable and arrive on time each day.

And yes, this shift is 4 days per week, so you'll have 3 day weekends. We have two four-day shifts with both teams on-site on Wednesdays, so that's when we have our team meetings.

At 30 Days:

• Familiarized with software stack and team
• A regular reporting stack is developed and any new analytics tools are requested
• The 2021 financial model has been thoroughly reviewed with recommendations directed to the appropriate parties

At 90 Days:

• Developed plan to right-size the finance team and reduce spending on third party accounting services

• All FP&A work is moved in house

Our fulfillment team pays attention to the details. We want our customers to get exactly what they ordered in a timely manner.

This isn't a typical “warehouse” job for mindless drones with a barcode scanner, always running to get the next item then awaiting further instructions from the algorithm overlords. That might work for giant e-commerce companies, but we recognize the value of thoughtful people to ensure customer happiness.

We're a small team of 18 people total (7 in the warehouse), so personality matters. We want team players who like coming in, solving problems, and enjoy the company of their co-workers (who are all cool and interesting in one way or another).
What's the job like?

We pull the products from our shelves and carefully pack them into boxes. A lot of our products are glass, so we use bubblewrap to make sure they'll arrive at their destination in one piece. We use ShipStation to print the shipping labels and NetSuite for inventory management. You don't need experience with either of those platforms, but you will need to be computer savvy. If you're not 100% comfortable with computers, this isn't the job for you.
We receive pallets of inventory from our vendors and check them against our order to make sure what we received matches up against what we ordered, then we put those items into the right bins. If an item gets put into the wrong bin, then it's likely that the wrong item will get shipped to the customer. No one likes it when that happens.

If you have experience using a forklift, that's great. If not, you'll be trained and certified as a forklift operator. If you're not comfortable learning to drive a forklift, this isn't the job for you.
We also like a clean working environment, so we clean up around the warehouse. Sweeping, vacuuming, etc. Stray piece of paper on the floor? Pick it up. If your home is a mess, this isn't the job for you.
We work in a warehouse, so it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. On the plus side, we listen to music & podcasts while we work, we can dress how we like, and everyone gets their birthday off as a paid holiday.
This is a full time position and we need people who are reliable and arrive on time each day.
What about COVID-19?

We only have essential staff on site in our warehouse during this time. All employees who can work from home are doing so. In addition, we've implemented the following safety procedures:

• Everyone is required to wear a mask (provided by us)
• We ask that people stay 6 feet apart (as much as possible)
• Warehouse garage doors are open
• Multiple fans throughout the building keep air moving

Schedule & Location

We're hiring for our Wednesday - Saturday shift. During non-peak times, this is an 8 hour shift that begins at 9am. When we are busy (holidays, 4/20, etc.), it can be a 9-10 hour shift.

We're located in South Austin near Slaughter & S. 1st Street. This is a full time position and we need people who are reliable and arrive on time each day.

And yes, this shift is 4 days per week, so you'll have 3 day weekends. We have a second warehouse team that works Sunday - Wednesday. Since both teams are on-site on Wednesdays, that's when we have our team meetings.

The Grower Relations Internship Program is searching for appropriate candidates to fill 3-6 month positions (June-December) within our Grower Relations Department. Coastal Winegrowing/Grower Relations strives to procure the highest quality wine grapes while matching demand for our wide arrange of wines. Interns will support the many different areas of our Grower Relations team including GIS/map building and analysis, grower outreach, crop estimation, pest and disease scouting, harvest scheduling and delivery coordination. The intern’s essential functions are as follows:

• Support all Grower Relations operations.
• Create and maintain reports to track yield estimation, grape maturity and phenology activity.
• Use GPS technology and the Geographical Information System to implement precision farming and map vineyard infrastructure.
• Participate in pest and disease scouting and help draft treatment thresholds for specific pests.
• Assist with harvest activities including maturity sampling, harvest equipment preparation and quality control of fruit.

Minimum Qualifications

What's the job like?

We use multiple software platforms including Shopify, Zendesk, Live Chat, NetSuite, Slack, ShipStation, and Google Suite. You don't need to have experience with those platforms, but you will need to be computer savvy. If you're not 100% comfortable with computers, this isn't the job for you.

We're looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and master technical information related to water pipes, vaporizers, and other cannabis accessories. Your ability and desire to research product information so you can have intelligent conversations with customers is vital.

We're a small business with 18 employees, so personality matters. We want team players who like coming in, solving problems, and enjoy the company of their co-workers (who are all cool and interesting in one way or another).

We build rapport with our customers and show empathy in a genuine way. Our personable approach to business is one of the things that sets us apart from our competitors.

This role has a wide variety of responsibilities, but they all tie back to the customer experience. We talk to our customers over the phone, via live chat, and through email / support tickets. We work with the shipping team when an order requires special attention. We collaborate with the web team when product photos or descriptions need to be fixed or improved for clarity. We talk to the inventory team with questions about products and availability.

Spelling, grammar, and typing speed are important because most of our communication is written. If you're not strong in all three of these areas, this isn't the job for you.

Can you follow through and accurately complete all the steps required? A single issue could require multiple steps in different platforms, like responding to a customer in Zendesk, updating their order in Shopify, recording a refund in NetSuite, and communicating with another department via Slack. This role has a lot of responsibility and the right person will be able to handle it without getting frazzled.

What about COVID-19?

We only have essential staff on site in our warehouse during this time. All employees who can work from home are doing so. In addition, we've implemented the following safety procedures:

• Everyone is required to wear a mask (provided by us)

Job Purpose

• Strategically oversee a growing portfolio of cannabis dispensaries ensuring consistent retail experience and guest/patient engagement across key functions: Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Training, Compliance, People and Culture and Finance/Accounting.
• Develop, implement, execute and maintain the retail strategy and growth objectives partnering with FP&A on the sales trends and make recommendations to define that strategy to maximize profitability.
• Set sales targets and implement action plans for achieving set goals in the entire region and the financial health between performance and projections.
• Forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for each location within region.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Operations to ensure quality and compliance to policies, procedures, and regulations; immediately address any lapses in compliance with company policies or local, state and federal laws.

Act as a coach to the General Managers and District Managers and as a resource to each store employee to help inspire the success of each store; a point of escalation and diffusion.

• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• 8 years of multi-unit management experience; strong, engaging and present leader
• Proficient in maintaining P&L responsibility for significant retail operations with strong analytical skills, financial aptitude, and attention to detail
• Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness
• Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Ability to make data-based decisions in a timely manner

About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this high-level position responsible for leading the National Sales plans and objectives with the goal of increasing revenue, profitability and customer development/retention. The Director of Sales is primarily responsible to:
