- Prospect target sales leads for cannabis merchant services business
- Make outbound tele-sales solicitations and conduct follow-ups

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure adequate support in maintained in the records and files for a publicly held cannabis holding company and its various subsidiaries engaged in farming, licensure, HR/Management and Payroll, stadium facilities rental, hospitality and other business ventures attendant to the overall business prospects of the holding entity.
- Examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting between entities.
- Prepare expense reporting journal entries in a timely manner
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Enter fixed assets into the D365 system and run reports to book entries such as depreciation
- Complete asset roll forwards and multiple tie-outs to the system to ensure assts are started appropriately
