About the Job:
We are currently searching for a Sales Coordinator to complete sales to wholesale partners throughout the state of Massachusetts. The Sales Coordinator should be extremely detail-oriented and focused on customer service. Coordinate with speakers/exhibitors before and during events. Assist in coordinating the operation of all Expo Events activities. The position will cultivate and develop close working relationships with speakers/vendor exhibitors. - Communicate with ambassadors to ensure budtenders stay educated on each individual Sku and are up to date with marketing and brand initiatives
- Ensure ambassadors and customer service representatives have the aid of proper marketing materials
- Assist Sales & Marketing with the day-to-day support of accounts and business operations
- Monitor all retail orders coming in, making sure POs are processed, orders are fulfilled and scheduled for delivery by customer service representative
- Ensure customers receive an email at least 24 hours in advance to advise of order delivery and/or use method requested by customer to schedule deliveries
- Report any concerns within department or with staff to Marketing manager to determine solution or next course of action
- Ensure customers have their sales, customer service and/or marketing needs are met
- Collecting photos sent in from ambassadors, assessing and making recommendations to marketing manager based on findings for each in-store visit for marketing support

The Role
The Sales Coordinator will be a key partner and support team member to our entire sales organization. You will partner with
sales and operations to keep our business humming as we continue to scale. You're analytically and technically inclined and can
manage, administer and improve our sales systems, processes and policies. You know how to work cross functionally across

Responsibilities
- Support Manager, Sales Operations on any and/all initiatives and responsibilities, as needed, across our sales
systems, business analysis, forecasting, incentive compensation and leadership reporting - Act as lead point of contact for sales analytics requests, improvements and troubleshooting
- Responsible for processing orders to ensure on-time delivery, checking orders/invoices and confirming
manifests - Coordinate and manage accounts receivables in a timely fashion
- Create, manage, optimize and maintain records, reports, dashboards, workflows and sales process best
practices - Build and maintain key operational reporting and streamline ad-hoc reporting
- Continuously review and make recommendations for current processes and programs, to ensure efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in sales, business operations, or analytics role
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables etc. for easy turn-key
sales use - Experience in an inside sales role or supporting role preferred
- Previous experience with Salesforce.com or sales software systems is highly preferred
- Experience building documentation for processes and systems
- Develop and improve the sales process to maximize output and efficiency
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal, written), with the ability to build
relationships at all levels, both internally and externally - Possesses a high level of critical thinking
- Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information

- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry

Job Duties:
- Process all organic orders by adding testers, displays, pricing, & programming.
- Attend all sales meetings and calls
- Ensure timely receipt of COAs, Soil Amendments, Invoices, and Metrc manifest for each outbound order to customers.
- Coordinate all deliveries, rejections, and/or returns with a 3rd party delivery company i.e. Focus and Blackbird
- Act as the point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Work closely with outside sales team to provide any support needed, specifically order entry and coordination.
- Communicating via calls, text, and other communication platforms with our customers for re-orders, new points of distribution, and other support needs.
- Conduct online price surveys to ensure our brands have acceptable margins & programming.
- Assist the VP of Sales with marketing collateral i.e. Flyers, E-blasts, and Distribution and program tracking.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of sales experience (cannabis OR wine & spirits background, preferred)
- High school graduate, required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- Experience in customer service and/or hospitality preferred.
- Budtender/cannabis experience preferred, but not required.
- Punctual, attentive, and detail oriented.
- Ability to learn, retain, and convey information regarding company products.
- Passionate, self-motivated, creative, responsible
- Excellent communicator: listening, writing, communications, and selling skills
- Experience with event management: conception, implementation, and recap.
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize and balance several projects
- Social media awareness
Other Requirements:
- Must clear background check for Nevada Agent Card system
- Must be 21 years of age or older to receive Nevada Agent Cards.
- May need to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, when needed
- Ability to stand for 2-4 hour shifts as well as drive long distances to outlier accounts

Some things you will be responsible for:
Customer Service / Account Management
- Provide prompt, excellent customer service and support via email and phone.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Works closely with upper management on the branding and marketing
· Assist with Social Media (Design, Scheduling, etc.)
· Build and maintain customer relationships across the state.
· Assist with and maintain up to date packaging concepts and designs
· Maintain and understand current product listings
· Educate dispensaries with company and product knowledge to ensure reliable product information is being communicated to consumers.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of product is always maintained.
· Schedule and coordinate deliveries with dispensaries in state.
· Sell medical cannabis to dispensaries
· Provide excellent customer service
· Assist with customer submitted contacts

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience.

Over 10 years of operations, Terrapin has grown into a multi-state company with nearly 500 employees. As we have expanded nationally, our need for Sales Coordinator has grown significantly.
The Sales Coordinator is an integral part of the sales team and is the true connection between our sales and production/shipping teams. This detail-oriented person will be responsible for ensuring all inventory levels are properly and continuously documented for the sales team to actively sell and that all orders are properly entered for the production team to package and ship. Sales
Communicate directly with wholesale partners to send them Invoices and Delivery Manifests in advance of each delivery
Keep in contact with partner’s accounting departments to make sure bills are being paid in a timely manner
Communicate with our Billing department on all product returns, account credits, etc.
Help facilitate the sale of flower and lab products to meet weekly sales goals
Work with production teams to ensure inventory levels are defined and documented on a routine and consistent basis
Work within LeafLink and MJ Freeway applications to enter orders, manage inventory and ensure the menu is current and accurate
Working knowledge of SAP and SalesForce is a plus
Work with production and shipping teams to ensure all orders are properly entered, accepted and shipped to our partners
Engage with partners to confirm invoice and shipments and build rapport to strengthen partnerships
Maintain deep knowledge of our product line and desired production times to set the right expectations to sales and ultimately partners for shipments
Develop, and maintain, a deep understanding of partner needs and monitor their preferences
Help resolve any partner issues regarding sales and delivery
Develop, and maintain, a strong understanding of Cannabis laws and compliance in PA
Internal Responsibilities
Create new orders in LeafLink and/or Mj Freeway and have the ability to edit/update orders as needed
Work with the Sales Managers, Lab, and Production teams to ensure product inventories are maintained at proper levels and that the right product mix is being produced
Work closely with production team to document weekly product availability
Work between production and shipping teams to define delivery schedules to meet partner needs
Communicate partner requests and needs to Production team and other relevant departments
Engage with billing department on any accounts receivable or accounts payable related activities
Qualifications and Requirements
Ability to pass a Federal and Pennsylvania State Background Check
High school degree required, Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent preferred
At least 2 years experience in a sales/sales support role (cannabis experience preferred)
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in CRM systems and the Google Suite
Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data

As our Arizona Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Arizona sales team in areas of sales, inventory management, logistics, and client engagement and retention. This position will ensure order accuracy and act as a liaison between sales, operations, and corporate teams. This role will shadow the Arizona Sales Manager to gain industry and company knowledge to strengthen relationships within the Arizona community. The ideal candidate must have excel knowledge and must possess a high attention to detail.

Position Summary: Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports and assists the Director of Business Development in the company’s sales and marketing efforts. This position will have office and field responsibilities as it supports our employees, clients, and business partners. This will require some travel and occasional work on nights and/or weekends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing:
- Manage the firm’s CRM system (Cosential)
o Assist efforts with lead generation and business development to convert into opportunities.
o Maintain record within the database and help create standards for new contacts and information being entered.
o Create a system to better manage groups, target lists, relationships and markets.
- Setup brand standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing marketing promotional items (apparel, signage, business cards, etc.).
- Collaborate with existing marketing team on all marketing/sales materials.
- Constantly improve existing system for accessing files and data.
- Help to detail, design, and implement marketing plans as assigned.
- Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding marketing information reports as required.
- Assist in the planning and reporting of weekly meetings and assist with other business development efforts as needed.

Networking:

- Manage calendar and registration process for upcoming events.
- Attend networking and industry related functions to market Vantage Builders and establish relationships within the industry.
- Research and evaluate benefits of membership and sponsorship opportunities – AIA, IIDA, IFMA, NAIOP, SIOR, Chamber of Commerce.
Estimating:
- Work with estimating to develop proposals and pull together content for RFP’s where necessary.
- Coordinate with photographer, project managers, and superintendents to create and maintain all project sheets.
- Keep all resumes updated and assist with creating resumes for new employees.
Tradeshows:
- Gather information on regional trade shows within the cannabis market and explore opportunities within other markets as well.
- Coordinate the logistics and setup at each show.
- Develop email blasts and marketing campaigns to help promote these events.
- Attend tradeshows to conduct market research, network, and collect pictures/information for social media, website, etc.
- Support follow up efforts once show is completed which includes updating Cosential (entering contacts, notes, and setting up a call schedule).
Social Media & Outbound Marketing:
- Provide word processing and proofread draft documents for internal and external distribution.
- Update and maintain Social Media Calendar such as: Welcome Wednesdays, Holidays, Project Updates, and Events.
- Liaison to Social Media Manager.
- Generate content and pictures for - Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn messages.
- Create and manage email blasts using Constant Contact.
- Assist the project management team and Director of Marketing with creating and distributing press releases and project newsletters.
- Assist with Marketing and Business Development Efforts on active projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; plus 2-5 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with digital campaigns, social media and website effectiveness required.
- Proficient with Adobe Suite, and experience using InDesign software
- Graphic design and photography experience a plus.
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms: Teams/Zoom/Go-To-Meeting.

POSITION SUMMARY - Baltimore, MD
Responsible for verifying patients and caregivers in the Commission electronic verification system, arranging and packaging patient orders, receiving payments from patients and caregivers, and operating and inputting into the point-of-sale system. Maintains accurate records of transactions, patient data, including identification and registration documents. Responds to patient and caregiver inquiries and provides accurate information regarding Culta's cannabis products in the company's Baltimore dispensary.
CORE JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify patients and caregivers in the electronic verification system and Metrc.
Arrange and package patient orders.
Receive payments from patients and caregivers.
Operate and input sales into the point-of-sale system.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, patient data, including identification and registration documents.
Respond to patient and caregiver inquiries and provide accurate information regarding cannabis products.
Follow the Hazard Communication policies and procedures.
Adhere to all Culta standard operating procedures.
Adhere to Culta's employee sanitation policies and procedures.
Inspect all incoming cannabis product.
Ensure cannabis products received meet all specifications of identity, strength, quality and purity, and meets all rules set forth by the Commission.
Adhere to all procedures, which may impact the identity, strength, quality and purity of cannabis products or protecting any containers or packaging from contamination.
Follow and adhere to full compliance with the dispensing operations policies and procedures.
Perform sale transactions.
Collect sales tax on all taxable products sold in the Facility.
Follow system of internal controls for cash handling and accounting functions.
Follow cash security measures.
If the point of sale system is not functional for any reason that all transactions are properly recorded manually and entered into the system as soon as it is available, if allowed by the Commission.
Help conduct physical inventory counts.
Report any verifiable incident of a dispensing error, diversion, theft, loss, or unauthorized destruction of cannabis product immediately to a manager.

Entry level. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
May not have a felony drug offense.
Must be 21+
Must be available night and weekends

We are seeking individuals to join our growing team in the Sales Coordinator roll as we expand our product offerings and distribution across Colorado. This position is open to Colorado state residents who currently hold or are qualified to hold a Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Badge.
In this role, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible to:
- Assist Sales Director and Sales Managers with inputting orders and sales related activities as assigned
- Produce and distribute brand material kits as needed for Colorado accounts
- Assist account development and growth through assigned tasks by Sales Director
- Professionally represent company and brand at industry events
- Participate in vendor pop-ups as needed
- Assist in production as needed
- Assist brand asset tracking
- Organize sales material, build sales folders and manage inventory for product display in stores
- Conduct ongoing price audits
- Make reorder calls to accounts as needed
- Assist with tracking as assigned by Sales Director
- Coordinate between sales department and other sales related units
- Order and sample deliveries as needed
Skills and qualifications:
- Must be 21+, possess or be able to acquire an MED badge and have Colorado licenses vehicle
- Outgoing, flexible and organized
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal online systems as assigned
- Ability to tackle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and stay organized
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

About the Role
The Sales Coordinator is a key partner and support team member to our entire sales organization. You will partner with sales and operations to keep our business humming as we continue to scale. You’re analytically and technically inclined and can manage, administer and improve our sales systems, processes and policies. You know how to work cross functionally across many teams and are ready to chip in to ensure success for all of GTI!
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Managers & Sales Associates on any and all initiatives and responsibilities as needed across our sales systems, business analysis, forecasting, incentive compensation and leadership reporting
- Act as lead point of contact for sales analytics requests, improvements and troubleshooting
- Responsible for processing orders to ensure on-time delivery, checking orders/invoices, and confirming manifests
- Create, manage, optimize, and maintain records, reports, dashboards, workflows, and sales process best practices
- Build and maintain key operational reporting and streamline ad-hoc reporting
- Continuously review and make recommendations for current processes and programs, to ensure efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of experience in sales, business operations, or analytics role
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables etc for eary turn-key sales use
- Experience in an inside sales role or supporting role preferred
- Previous experience with Salesforce.com or sales software systems is highly preferred
- Experience building documentation for processes and systems
- Ready to develop and improve the sales process to maximize output and efficiency
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal, written), with the ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
- Possesses a high level of critical thinking
- Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information
