We are interested in hiring a Seasonal Groundskeeper who will be able to provide professional landscaping services for our entire facility in Redwood Valley. The Groundskeepers will be responsible for performing ongoing landscaping tasks, as well as routine maintenance of all landscaping equipment. We have several residential gardens, and commercial landscape areas that are all maintained utilizing sustainable land management practices. If you have experience in landscaping and a strong attention to detail, you may be the perfect fit for this job.
Responsibilities
- Mow the lawns, prune the bushes and trees, weedeat and blow work areas and give the grounds a manicured look
- Take on special landscaping or planting projects as deemed necessary by the grounds manager
- Collaborate with operations team to make sure the grounds, roadways, landscaping and building infrastructure are proactively maintained
- Fire prevention work- maintaining preventable spaces around facilities
- Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on the grounds care equipment and landscape tools
- Prep grounds for fire/rainy seasons
- Remove trash and recycling from outside all residences and buildings daily
- Safely operate all terrain work vehicles and landscape equipment
- Proper usage of PPE (personal protective equipment)Maintain landscape irrigation and irrigation setup
- Perform fire prevention duties such as weed abatement, mowing of fields, clearing brush and creating fire breaks.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ groundskeeping experience
- A certification in a horticulture or landscaping would be preferred
- Must be a reliable worker who is able to perform routine tasks without supervision
- Strong attention to detail required
- Must be in healthy condition and able to work in variable weather conditions
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Reporting to the CA State Sales Manager, the Statewide Sales Support Coordinator, acts as the liaison between the organization and our accounts. The person in this role will onboard all new customer accounts, assist with delivery schedules, and will act as the point of contact to resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain sustained relationships with our account managers and our customers
- Onboard all new customer accounts and set up new customer profiles in Zendesk Sell Assist with collecting and processing of customer credit applications, in coordination with Finance Proactively onboard new customers to the Wholesale Buying Portal and act as a troubleshooting resource
- Collaborate with account managers and Logistics to schedule deliveries
- End-to-end follow-up and tracking of all orders
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Act as point of contact for customer issues and escalate as necessary
- Effectively communicate throughout the organization in a timely manner
- Familiarize with current information about services and products available for customers
- Collaborate with account managers and Finance on A/P matters
- Maintain CRM records
- Take lead on managing web-based ordering platforms and E-commerce including weedmaps and iheartjane

Reporting directly to Flow Cannabis Co.’s Facility Manager who is responsible for overseeing and managing facilities and equipment at the Flow Cannabis Institute (FCI) in Redwood Valley, CA.The ideal candidate will have a strong equipment maintenance background, experience in the food and/or beverage industry as well as comprehensive knowledge and experience with operational methods and keeping costs within an approved budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with a highly collaborative mindset side by side with management team and equipment operators to build equipment maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment is maintained and suitable for production when needed.
- Assess and prioritize projects and assign personnel accordingly.
- Train production staff on proper operation and daily cleaning of production equipment.
- Supervise equipment maintenance technician on all required tasks and duties.
- Work with the Facilities manager to address any mechanical, pneumatic, electrical or other safety issue with production equipment.
- Responsible for the direct communication with equipment suppliers and coordination of technical assistance.
- Participate in the selection and installation of equipment and related production systems and enhancements.
- Utilize spreadsheets and a variety of other computer software to organize and track budgets, cost estimates, parts inventory, maintenance, and SOP documentation as well as other data related to equipment maintenance, operations, supplies, manufacturers, and vendors.
- Assist in the develop of Operating and Safety Procedures.
- Maintain necessary parts inventory and coordinate directly with manufactures and vendors to source necessary equipment parts.
- Oversee repair, maintenance, installation, and deep cleaning of all processing equipment within our Redwood Valley campus.
- Ensure equipment is maintained, sanitized, and operating efficiently to produce a high quality and safe product.
- Assist in the development of and oversee the implementation of an equipment Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) to limit unscheduled repairs and production downtime.
- Supervise emergency unscheduled repairs of production equipment as needed during the Production Shift.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service including execution of preventative maintenance plan.
- Keep records of Work Order repairs and develop or make necessary changes to planned maintenance schedule.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Perform all duties in compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA and state and local regulations and company policies and procedures; including safety guidelines and the use of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Required Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 5+ years of experience in Equipment Maintenance, preferably on production equipment in a food or beverage facility.
- 3+ years of experience in Management of people and equipment programs
- BA/BS degree or trade school certification preferred; will consider equivalent practical experience in lieu of degree.
- Excellent computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and including comfortability with various databases, spreadsheets, and calendar management.
- Highly motivated and able to work both independently and as a team.
- Superior troubleshooting skills for both electrical and mechanical applications
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to adjust communication approach to achieve desired results with a variety of people.
