The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will report to the Lead Sales and Marketing Coordinator and is expected to help develop and execute a State-wide sales and Marketing plan, develop sales targets, close sales, coordinate sales, support the needs of the medicinal cannabis dispensary clients. Summary:
The Grower position assists the Cultivation Manager with all functions associated with growing medicinal cannabis. The position requires good attention to details, recording and interpreting data throughout the crop’s growth, cloning, young plant, vegetative, flowering and mother plant. Individual needs to be passionate about growing plants and all the minute details associated with that in a vertically tiered growing system. Very close attention to detail is required. The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, regulated system and timelines.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient, plant applications and applying these mixtures according to policy
· Understand complicated technologies or willing to learn about irrigation systems and hand watering techniques
· Ensure plant health by analyzing plant growth daily according to policies, throughout the growing cycle
· Providing day-to-day plant care including proper irrigation techniques, pruning, harvesting, and trimming when needed

Assistant Cultivation Manager
The Assistant Cultivation Manager is primarily responsible for assisting the Cultivation Manager and other Team Leads in all cultivation activities including but not limited to correct propagation, vegetation, flowering, harvesting, drying, and trimming of medical marijuana. Responsible for oversight of all Cultivation Technicians ensuring that the facility is safe and compliant with OSHA and state regulations. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to.
Responsible for supervising all phases of cultivation operations including regulatory compliance to Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana state law regarding production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, and shipping.
Review after 6 months to determine progress and next steps moving forward depending on progression in the role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in directing and coordinate Cultivation Team Member activities, such as planting, irrigation, growing, chemical application, harvesting, grading, timesheets, and record keeping
· Assist with coordinating growing activities with other departments such as manufacturing, packaging, and sales to ensure inventory needs are always met
· Record information, such as production, cultivation management practices, to better prepare reports
· Assist with determining procedural changes in harvesting, drying, grading, storage and shipment for greater quality, efficiency, and accuracy

JOB SUMMARY
The Compliance Manager is responsible for the execution of the compliance process for the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Grower/Processor. Experience in PAMMJ rules and regulations is an abolsute must. This would preferably be between 1 & 3 years of PA DOH and MMJ compliance experience. Attention to detail is required. The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and has demonstrated independent experience, as this position will provide critical support for the compliance for our Pennsylvania location. This position will evolve over time and will require flexibility in daily duties. All candidates should have some familiarity and comfortability with cannabis. This position will report directly to the Director of Safety & Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
· Spearheads application renewals for municipalities and the Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH)
· Partners with Human Resources to administer new affiliations/agent registrations and renewing all existing agent registrations on an annual basis as necessary
· Coordinates with leadership and managers and reviews all standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assists with filings in relation to state regulations compliance for the production facilities.
· Remains abreast of relevant industry-related and state-mandated laws and regulations, analyze their impact and make recommendations to operations and management
· Develops collaborative relationships with Regulatory Agency representatives and regulators
· Provide suggestions to management on implementing policy and/or process changes to comply with new and/or changes to regulations
· Assist with review of product promotional materials, packaging, labeling, batch records, specification sheets, or test methods for compliance with applicable regulations and policies
· Collaborates with others in operations to develop policies, procedures and communications encouraging employees to ensure compliance with company policies and/or government regulations
· Oversee the administration, maintenance, and accuracy of all required reports, documentation and equipment
· Supports any recall and/or health and public safety issues. This includes reporting to government agencies, developing communication to dispensaries and/or consumers, working with the management team to develop a corrective plan
· Respond to management inquires and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
· Involvement in education and workforce programs mandated by our Grower/Processor License
· Educate the management team on state preferences during decision making process to ensure timely decision making

Packaging Technician
The Packaging Tech position reports directly to the Packaging Manager and is primarily responsible for packaging the company product at Penn Health for delivery to the medicinal cannabis dispensaries. The packager must comply with all applicable OSHA and state regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Spends 100% of their time in packaging functions, printing labels, applying stickers etc.
- Portion and weigh products for packaging
- Assists Packaging Manager to ensure there is adequate inventory and par levels packaged each shift/day.
- Makes sure product, dispensary and tamper proof labels are correctly placed on each product.

Responsibilities:
- Participation in laboratory inspections for preventative safety action and quality control
- Assist in development and optimization of current protocols for decarboxylation, extraction and winterization procedures

- Responsible for the preparation and execution of extraction and processing of product in accordance with the State and standards

- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under set standards before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes, etc.
- Complete the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, lab equipment, containers, and appliances
- Creation of batch production records and labels in accordance with the State and set standards
- Weighing, packaging, labeling, and documentation of all products, as well as the tracking of batch numbers, lot numbers, and expiration dates
- Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the standards
- Work with local, State-approved laboratory to send samples for regular testing of extracted products and document all results for compliance with State regulations
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Science Preferred
- Knowledgeable in the medicinal benefits of cannabis is a plus
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Computer proficiency
- A minimum of 5 years in a management role, managing both people and processes
- Experience with Extraction Purification and Analysis preferred.

- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment, reports and documentation
- Assist with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
- Follow Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs)
- Trimming and watering products
- Miscellaneous duties as requested

- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in a general gardening production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption preferred
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment

Physical Activities and Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply

- Required to work with hazardous chemicals and to wear appropriate clothing
- Local travel for business purposes and occasional overnight travel for events, training, etc may also be require
- Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check

- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according policy
