We are looking for Sales Coordinator to join our team.
What you’ll do:
· Responsible for Accounts Receivable / Payable with Dispensary partners.
· Partner with GCC Finance Department AR / AP on tracking outstanding balances and delivery
· Coordinate outreach with Account Executives for each Dispensary
· Follow-up with Accounts on outstanding balances via phone and email.
· Balance need to maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers with importance of collections
· Responsible to update wholesale menu on daily basis based on inventory levels
· Onboard new customers & update existing customer information by collecting & organizing key documents (W-9, Purchase & Sale Agreements, etc)
· Audit 3rd party retail menus for proper digital imagery, descriptions, pricing – coordinate with Marketing & Sales with necessary corrective actions, competitive intel, or sales opportunities.
· Serve as liaison with Sales / Fulfillment / Finance.
· Support GCC at industry and customer events.
- Other tasks as assigned
What you bring to the team:
· You are 21+ years old
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
· Experience as a sales coordinator, or cannabis industry experience preferred.
· Exceptional interpersonal communication, negotiation & collaboration skills

· Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

What You’ll Do:
- Meticulously weigh, measure, sort, label, and package cannabis products
- Package product in accordance with state regulations and company SOPs
- Measure, weigh, and fill products using provided equipment
- Clean equipment, hand tools, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and inventory of cannabis packaging, supplies and materials
- Trimming and processing cannabis plants
- Meet trimming weight requirements
- Conduct trimming with great attention to detail to ensure high quality of trimmed buds

excellent plant care in all stages of life-cycle cannabis growth to include germination,
vegetative, flowering and harvest.
What You’ll Do:
- Daily care of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning and trimming,
- inspecting the plants
- Participating in cannabis harvest process including offload, harvesting, sanitizing and
- reloading flower rooms, milling and destruction of cannabis waste
- Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery, dispose
- of waste according to strict compliance guidelines
- Hang harvested materials and transport hangers to racks
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
- Participate in post-harvest activities such as drying, curing, destemming, and machine-trimming
- Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process
- Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating procedures
What You Bring to the Table:
- Must be 21+ or older
- At least one year experience working in a cannabis cultivation environment
- Experience in a hands-on environment with high attention to detail preferred.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness
