Clone Cutting/Running/Plugging primary responsibilities:
- Work directly under the Cultivation Manager and department Crew Leaders for job tasks and assignments.
- Following SOP's.
- Communication with Crew Leaders and taking instruction to carefully work with mother plants.
- Inspecting plants for pests, fungicide problems, or other abnormalities.
- Cutting clones to proper size and quality, keeping a clean work station.
- In an organized fashion, Runners take cut clones to the plugging station where they are plugged into the cubes they will root in.
- Pluggers take the cut clones and plug them into cubes where they will root
- Pluggers complete corresponding track and trace labeling and data entry.'
Transplant Crew Member primary responsibilities:
- Responsible for transplanting new clones or up-potting the mothers properly.
- Responsible for inspecting for pests, fungicide problems, or other abnormalities on the clones periodically as you transplant and notify the transplant leader and assistant lead if there are any concerns.
- Always make sure you have a clean work station and that it’s properly sanitized
- Responsible for wearing and using the proper equipment such as gloves, masks, and suits. Long sleeves are highly encouraged.
- Other assigned tasks as needed.
- Designated team member mix transplant watering solution following all sop’s and wearing appropriate safety equipment
- Organize all mother section to appropriate size and count according to table or space designated
- Kill plants when instructed to following sops and safety guidelines
- Follow sanitation SOPs at all times
- Get count of any mother sections going in or out of greenhouse staying vigilant of different strain, METRC track & trace, and date of transplants.
- Listening and taking instructions from assistant lead when leader is absent or doing other tasks
- Staying on task and up potting with correct depth and weaning any infected or stunted plants using you best judgment and consulting with assistant lead when questionable
- Make sure all METRC tags from killed sections get put on cultivation managers desk
- Support, encourage and assist team. BE RESPECTFUL

Job Overview

The Regional Vice President of Retail Southeast Region leads dispensaries in multiple locations. General Duties:
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to licensed businesses in an accurate, safe, and timely manner.
- Help Operations and Sales by accurately managing past due collections and invoice payment. Verifiable cash handling experience is a MUST.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Driver must be able to manage and make adjustments to route intelligently.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Driver must have basic knowledge when operating varied small commercial vehicles.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record. Must present DMV H6 printout.
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours Monday-Friday and occasional weekends as needed.
- Ability to drive long hours with a tandem driver to Northern California up to twice a week, if assigned to long route.
- Experience in the compliant cannabis industry preferred, but not required.
- Able to navigate common phone based apps, and complete basic phone functions like text and email inside and outside of business systems and apps.

What You Will Be Doing:
Docklight is seeking a motivated, dynamic and team-oriented compliance professional to join a growing legal & compliance team supporting a global business. The Senior Compliance Analyst position will help develop and implement first-in-class programs for Regulatory Compliance and QA/QC that ensure Docklight products meet the highest quality standards and consumer demand. This position will be based in our Seattle office, and will report to the Director of Regulatory Compliance. Candidates must have excellent business judgment and the ability to work both independently, as well as collaboratively, in a collegial, fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and maintain organized documentation for product master records and batch records, specifications, and sampling results.
- Perform site inspections and audits at active or potential contract manufacturers and ingredient providers.
- Assist in development of internal processes and program materials supporting Regulatory Compliance, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance practices.
- Review unique state requirements for sale of cannabis-derived products and assist in development and implementation of systems to support state-by-state compliance.
- Complete packaging, label, and claims reviews/approvals for FDA, FTC and USDA regulated products.
- Clearly and efficiently analyze issues and communicate options in the face of ambiguity.
- Prepare and deliver relevant training to internal clients.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of regulatory compliance or similar experience.
- 3-5 years of auditing and/or leading continuous improvement of internal compliance programs and supplier, contract manufacturer and vendor quality assurance systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines.
- Excellent business judgment and the ability to work both independently, as well as collaboratively, in a collegial, fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to digest new information quickly and react positively to new and challenging opportunities.

Purpose
The Second Shift Extraction Tech is responsible for taking product and using company methods and procedures to extract cannabis oils to be produced into our concentrate line. All policies and standard operating procedures must be followed at all times to ensure the safety of all employees. The Extraction Tech is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
This Second Shift will be scheduled for Thursdays through Sundays from 7:00 AM through 5:45 PM. Thursdays will involve working with the First Shift as a large team. During these days, Second Shift Extractions Technicians will be empowered to learn additional skills as well as communicate with First Shift to ensure both shifts are working together to achieve overall goals for the Extractions team. Days that the Second Shift are working alone, the Second Shift Extraction Technicians will be reporting directly to the Second Shift Supervisor. All the Second Shift Extractions employees will be encouraged to reach out to Management via phone or email to communicate any issues that arise. The Second Shift Extraction Technicians will also be empowered to assist other MIP teams (such as Packaging and Kitchen) with any duties needed during slower Extraction production times.
Essential Duties
Procedures
- Produce shatter, wax, decarbed oil, and Distillate for edibles and topicals according to company procedure and quality.
- Record all extraction data using the Extraction Hash Counters, and Counterpoint to track trim.
Work Environment
- Adhere to all work safety requirements including but not limited to lifting, bending, and move up and down ladders throughout shift.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on work surfaces, tools and related equipment to ensure the MIP is well maintained.
- Keep doors closed when not in use.
- Wear protective clothing when working with plants solvent and Hash Oil.
- Before exiting the facility remove protective clothing and ensure that there is no cannabis on your personal clothing, shoes, or hair.
Equipment and Safety
- Operate ETS equipment and LSE equipment safely according to company procedures to produce end product for our infused line.
- Perform daily safety checks and preventative maintenance.
- Participate in weekly safety meetings to stay up to date on all Safety Rules.
- Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.

- Any techniques or processes learned in the Extraction Department are the property of Livwell and are not to be shared or disseminated to any other individuals or departments.

Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Work with management to assure all steps are being taken to assure company compliance with the Marijuana Enforcement Division.
- Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audit are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.
Other Duties
- When all scheduled work is complete, the supervisor will assign duties as needed such as, Deep cleaning the MIP, detail extraction equipment and assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work such as trimming, bagging, harvesting, and packaging. Job Qualifications
Work Experience
- One to three years of work experience in a related industry or work environment.
