We are a Cannabis Processing brand with incredibly unique products seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement an effective marketing and sales strategy, keep a close watch on emerging trends in our industry. create new accounts to ensure sustainable growth. use strategic thinking skills to optimize your sales and customer satisfaction, after monthly account quota is met and sustained you will be tasked with the hire process, leading and coaching of a sales team.
Sales and Marketing Manager responsibilities include planning, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the progress of marketing and sales initiatives. Setting and meeting both monthly and yearly goals, planning sales meetings with owners and managers, making sales reports, tracking and developing new leads for team, accurately projecting future sales and trends, developing a strong sense of upcoming market changes, implementing a strong social media presence with influencers, making budget reports and more. We want someone hungry for their part of the pie, and willing to do everything they can to get it!
This position requires in person visits to dispensaries, scheduling vendor appointments, follows up, and visits. To be successful in this position the applicant must have a friendly disposition, exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task, persistence to follow up and have previous cannabis knowledge.
We're looking for individuals to cover territories in Oklahoma - We are wanting a small team which means we will not hire multiple sales representatives for the same territory.
Sales reps will be responsible for up keeping the accounts opened & will earn commission from each and every sale from that account going forward. They are responsible for reporting to us weekly with updates on sales calls & any orders that are needing fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Improve sales efficiency by analyzing, forecasting and reporting on sales activities.
- Help achieve strategic marketing goals by generating and executing marketing strategies.
- Research and analyze the market landscape and implement necessary changes by working with other departments like customer service, product management, business development, public relations etc. to promote the business.
- Ensure brand consistency through social media feeds and blogs and interact with customers online.
- Ensure that marketing strategies are being executed as planned.
- Oversee promotional materials like advertisements, press releases, social media campaigns etc. to attract customers.
- Manage and supervise campaigns like events and road shows.
- Identify new leads and sources of revenue through constantly staying up to date with industry trends.
- Gather customer feedback to improve customer service quality.
- Manage projects across multiple departments and coordinate efforts to ensure successful completion of projects.

EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years sales experience (preferred)
- 1 year cannabis sales/retail experience (preferred)
- Heavy Oklahoma Cannabis market knowledge (Required)
- Oklahoma Driver's License (required)
- Must be 18+ (required)

Located in the Grove Oklahoma near the Airport, we are a Cannabis Extraction company dedicated to making the highest-quality extracts & concentrates while having fun doing it. We specialize in high-quality hydrocarbon extracts & solventless concentrates. We are seeking a hard-working, reliable and positive person to join our WiLLBiLLYTEK team as an Entry Level Lab Technician in a full-time capacity (five 8-hour shifts).
This is a physically demanding position with lots of opportunity to learn about the cannabis extraction industry. Please note this isn't for everyone.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be current Oklahoma Resident
- METRC experience a plus, but not required to apply
- Reliable transportation, with winter snow / driving ability a must
- Fast-learner, with motivation to learn and hone skills
- Strong communication skills

- Self-motivated, problem-solver
- Team player
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly in this, at times, physically demanding position
- Detail-oriented, desire to learn and comply with OMMA regulations
- Weekday availability, with some flexibility for evenings and weekends. (We do our best to set employee work schedules based on your preference, though we must prioritize the needs and flow of the Lab, products and team as a whole above all!)
JOB DETAILS:
- Extraction Lab: Team Work, Organization, Attention to Detail, Constant pursuit of Improvement. Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly. Ability to work in a physically demanding damp, cold, and sometimes wet environment.
- Your Primary duties will be packing, extracting and ensuring production goals are met.
- Support other WiLLBiLLYTEK teams when needed. i.e. Solventless / Post Processing / Packaging etc.
- General facility cleaning (we all pitch in)
- Possible METRC use
