Summary/Objective
The Kitchen Production Assistant will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure products are created and packaged to regulatory compliance in a time efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Effectively follows procedures for food preparations, production, packaging, and controls
- Works with the kitchen team with hands-on tactics while following production processes and schedules

Summary/Objective
The operations supervisor will lead the packaging production team and support the General Manager in ensuring the flawless execution of production timelines to support business needs. The primary goal of the operations supervisor is to ensure the proper production flow to support the demands for consumer-packaged goods and the timelines of contractual agreements. The role will be charged with up-holding, generating, and strategizing on processes to improve efficiencies and grow the department. Position Summary: This position assists in the day-to-day operations as related to Human Resources. This position provides direct assistance to management personnel in the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Review Payroll hours/bonuses (if applicable) and adjust hours as needed
- Organizing and paying employees on payroll day.
- Accident investigations.
- Filing of worker’s compensation claims and following up with adjusters to ensure quick and efficient closing of claims
- Maintain and update OSHA 300 form as needed.
- Conduct employee relations to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Ensure everyone is working safely i.e., PPE, Heat illness prevention, Preventing unsafe practices, etc.
- Complete employee onboarding packets for newly hired employees including badges and timecards.
- Complete I-9 forms, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files.

Summary/Objective
We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting tasks. The Accounting Clerk's responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements.

- Process Sales invoices, customer remittances
- Maintain AR & AP Aging in good standing, send out monthly statements to customers, follow up on delinquent invoices

- Coordinates directly with lab to understand all production lines, processes, and finished goods

You will be responsible for growing and supporting the sales of cannabis products. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement an effective strategy to continue the company’s success. This role is remote and travel throughout California is a must.

What we are looking for:
¨ At least 1 years of sales experience in bulk or white label cannabis relationships.

Summary/Objective

- Effectively follows procedures for food preparations, production, packaging, and controls

The Distillation Technician is an extremely technical job. Attention to detail and a background in Chemistry are required. What You’ll Do:
- Manage the Director of Cultivations ever changing schedule and project list; eventually manage inbox
- Handle meeting logistics, scheduling, minutes, and provide meeting support when necessary
- Assist the Operations Team with several projects – Including but not limited to:
ï‚· SOP developmentï‚· Inventory Managementï‚· Website Developmentï‚· Sales Sheetsï‚· METRC (Track and Trace) data entryï‚· Organizing various Excel documents and presenting data to the Director ofCultivation in a formatted, organized, and aesthetically pleasing mannerï‚· Assist the Inventory Manager with pre and post-harvest tasks – Keeping inventoryup to speed and entered into Metrc in real time is essential
- Complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner, organize and scan cash receipts to our Accountant
- Filing and Google Drive organization
- Assist with job description development, recruiting, and employee onboarding
- Assist with light Accounting & Human Resources duties as needed
- Check and scan mail, assist with Accounts Payable when necessary
- Work closely with executives to ensure Covid-19 protocols are in effect
- Assist with ordering office supplies, team lunches, and other office related projects
- Work closely to support the entire team and ensure coverage if/when needed

Job Description
Our team is seeking a METRC Technician plays an important role, supporting the operations team, by executing daily systematic data entry, tagging, and peripheral tasks. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, willing to adapt and evolve with the role, and must be extremely trustworthy. This role is a full-time, on-site position. Shifts typically stay in the range of 8 hours, 5 days per week (Monday – Friday). Some weekend and holiday shifts may be occasionally required.
Background check is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize Tagged Plants and Tagged Packages, under both licenses Nursery and Mixed Light, in the grow space, storage, and in the METRC software.
- Oversee and execute Harvest and Manicuring Events in METRC software.
- Create and manage package tags from Harvest Events.
- Create, manage, and review all outgoing METRC Transfers, ensuring complete accuracy with the manifest and invoice for all sold product.
- Maintain physical copies of METRC Transfers and Wholesale Manifests.
- Communicate with operations team regarding necessary information required, specific to farm operations in METRC.
- Complete nightly review for all Planted, Harvested, or Manicured plants in METRC and update accordingly.
- Follow established procedures for creating packages when necessary and applying physical and virtual tags to those packages.
- Complete nightly review for all Packages in METRC and update accordingly.
- Support Accounting and Operations departments in maintaining a physical and systematic record of all Cutting, Planting, Manicuring, Harvest events and Packages therefrom.
- Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership to inform and stay abreast compliance implementation and accuracy.
- Manage METRC tag inventory and order new tags and all METRC related product inventory as needed.
- Administrative support ranging from updating sales sheets, taking photos of harvested product, coordination of R&D testing, managing cultivation related product inventory, etc.
- Cultivation specific data retention regarding flowering cycles, cultivation plans and breeds, taking photos and documenting plant dates, flip dates, harvest dates, etc.
Skills
- Knowledge of and experience with METRC; 2 years nursery and farm experience preferred.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent Excel skills.
- Experience in the cannabis industry and understanding of operational farm processes.
- Knowledge of cannabis regulatory standards and compliance requirements preferred.
