About the Job:
We are currently searching for a Sales Coordinator to complete sales to wholesale partners throughout the state of Massachusetts. The Sales Coordinator should be extremely detail-oriented and focused on customer service. In this supporting role the Sales Coordinator will be expected to take orders from existing accounts, complete all necessary paperwork, deliver CoAs and marketing assets to partners, and ensure all paperwork is filed appropriately. The Sales Coordinator will also assist in marketing efforts by conducting in-store pop-ups and attending networking events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain contact with current partner accounts to ensure they are stocked with current MIM product
- Collect new orders from current accounts
- Complete all necessary paperwork in compliance with 935 CMR 501/500
- Build transportation manifests in both Dutchie and METRC
- Track sales and payments, reach out for overdue payments
- Ensure that all transport manifests are accurate, complete, and signed upon delivery
- Consistently deliver the ultimate patient/customer experience in all facets
- Maintain knowledge about MIM products
- Educate partners on different products and suggests products to fill menu gaps

About the Job:
The General Manager, Dispensary, is responsible for daily operations and overseeing the retail dispensary located in Norwood, Massachusetts. They will supervise the day-to-day activity including, but not restricted to:

MariMed is growing our finance team and is currently seeking a Cost Accountant Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will interact daily with our corporate finance and accounting team. The Cost Accountant will also directly interact with operational management who operate our network of cultivation, manufacturing and dispensaries in multiple US states. The ideal candidate has a background in cost accounting with US GAAP experience in a manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties
- Administer the daily/weekly cycle count process
- Administer, review and summarize periodic physical counts at all sites wherever Company inventory is stored
- Review and post inventory receipt batches
- Prepare general ledger reconciliations for all inventory accounts
- Perform monthly general ledger to subsidiary ledger reconciliations for all inventory accounts
- Create and post journal entries into QuickBooks for areas of responsibility
- Participate in month-end accounting close, preparing journal entries for inventory and cost of goods sold
- Contribute to the preparation of quarterly standard cost modeling and monthly KPI’s related to Inventory and Gross Margin
- Understand production-related variances within the financials and communicate and assist management in identifying and resolving issues.
- Analyze and review data from inventory systems to support accurate cost and inventory reporting
- Assist with implementing and maintaining inventory and costing SOP’s
- Be a point person for internal and external costing related inquiries for multiple markets
- Support business needs by performing research and analysis for data-based decision making
- Provide support for year-end close, audit, inventory count and other duties as assigned.

The Role

Education/Experience:
· Cannabis experience preferred
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
· At least four years of relevant work experience in a retail or hospitality management experience
· Prior management experience at the GM or AGM level
Technological Skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
· Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint
· Experience with POS systems
· Experience with Leaf Logix and Metrc preferred
Required Knowledge and Skills:
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities
· Ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well and accept feedback from others
· Ability to delegate work assignments, give authority to work independently, set expectations, and monitor delegated activities
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
· Proven problem-solving skills to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions
· Strong ethics and sound judgment
