It is important to be able to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail. You will be expected to monitor your sales and marketing dashboards for all locations, research and adjust plans accordingly, work with the social media coordinators, and integrate sales managers’ efforts with marketing campaigns. Working in several softwares, managing emails and other telecommunications, as well as providing weekly reports. Determine best functions, events, routes, or other avenues to prospect leads and close new clients. Strong multitasking skills are a must in order to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Implement and oversee company-wide marketing plan as well as site-specific marketing campaigns with specific objectives
- Lead market research efforts to track the viability of existing products/services
- Set performance benchmarks and goals for marketing campaigns and conduct analytics reporting to measure success and gain insights for future campaign development
- Prepare regular reports for owners/general managers to track success of campaign efforts
- Develop marketing campaign proposals to present to owners/general managers
- Oversee social media coordinators and any other creative staff for all sites and analyze data (follows, impressions, clicks, etc.) to track performance
- Oversee plans for website updates and website-specific content creation (blogs, etc.)
- Actively search for, secure, and maintain marketing/branding partnerships
- Coordinate with each facility to develop effective marketing strategies based on their specific markets and monitor to ensure that deadlines are met
- Oversee and/or give final approval on all marketing initiatives developed by the sales departments (sales, promotions, etc.)
- Oversee company-wide and site-specific marketing budgets
- Oversees that all paperwork for customers is collected entirely and filed appropriately

This position is responsible for ensuring the bookkeeping runs smoothly on a day to day basis which includes a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to efficiently processing payroll, maintaining bookkeeping records, and running office programs. Highline Nursery relies on the position to be done diligently, as most tasks within this position are time sensitive.
Due to the nature of the role, the bookkeeper must be Quick Books certified, possess several years experience in accounting and be able to withstand high stress environments.

This is an on-site maintenance position working with the site maintenance manager to maintain the facility, equipment, and premises grounds. The primary responsibilities of this position are to complete routine maintenance tasks, as well as in the moment site-maintenance-related tasks or safety repairs that come up. Experience with plumbing, electrical, construction, power tools, and heavy equipment is required for this position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Bi-weekly chemical shower/eye wash station maintenance.
- Monthly and Quarterly checks for all site safety components (i.e. emergency exit lights, fire extinguishers…)
- Maintain functionality of clone racks, steam chamber, HVAC and dehumidification equipment
- Monthly fuel tank checks.
- Greasing of cages, doors, locks, etc.
- On-site power tool maintenance.
- Changing filters in environmental and operational controls systems monthly..
- In the moment errands and supply runs.
- Assist in any on site constructions or special building projects for operations.
- Any in the moment repairs needed.
- Assist operations manager and general manager in any maintenance or site safety requests.

Qualifications

- Work directly under the Cultivation Manager and department Crew Leaders for job tasks and assignments.
- Following SOP's.
- Communication with Crew Leaders and taking instruction to carefully work with mother plants.
- Inspecting plants for pests, fungicide problems, or other abnormalities.
- Cutting clones to proper size and quality, keeping a clean work station.
- In an organized fashion, Runners take cut clones to the plugging station where they are plugged into the cubes they will root in.
- Pluggers take the cut clones and plug them into cubes where they will root
- Pluggers complete corresponding track and trace labeling and data entry.'
Transplant Crew Member primary responsibilities:
- Responsible for transplanting new clones or up-potting the mothers properly.
- Responsible for inspecting for pests, fungicide problems, or other abnormalities on the clones periodically as you transplant and notify the transplant leader and assistant lead if there are any concerns.
- Always make sure you have a clean work station and that it’s properly sanitized
- Responsible for wearing and using the proper equipment such as gloves, masks, and suits. Long sleeves are highly encouraged.

- Designated team member mix transplant watering solution following all sop’s and wearing appropriate safety equipment

*Job Overview
This position’s highest priority is to give the best customer service possible. It is important to be able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to follow through each sale to the fullest capability. Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail in data entry are a must in order to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Research, understand, and promote the company’s culture, customer service, and product menu to effectively communicate to customers in a pitch.
- Prospect new account leads, to establish and maintain customer sales relationships
- Meet or exceed company’s monthly sales quota outlined in employee contract
- Answer phone and email exchanges with an upbeat attitude, and respond within a reasonable time frame
- Able to answer questions accurately regarding inventory
- Consulting with the Sales Manager and/or IPM manager regarding and problematic concerns the customer has
- Process and input sales orders and acquire all required company paperwork for new account per Compliance SOP
- Create customer account files following compliance SOP
- Schedule deliveries efficiently with client and “Delivery Sheet Manager” by 2 P.M. deadline. This requires very close communication with your team and the Delivery Sheet Manager. The primary sheet for scheduling deliveries is “The Next Weeks Deliveries”
- Develop and enact sales & marketing plan in cooperation with sales / marketing team
- Maintain tact and strain secrecy in regards to genetics or cultivation intellectual property
- Other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Education level: High School diploma or equivalent
