Summary/Objective
We are looking for a skilled Inside Sales Coordinator to support efforts within our California Sales organization. This role will focus on coordinating relationships and building out key accounts throughout California, while also serving as a cross-functional liaison across departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide sales support for Accounts and in field Sales Representatives
- Account order entry and maintenance of existing order file
- Perform order adjustments and inform Sales Reps of ship schedules or any anticipated delays
- Approve & process B2B platform invoices to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with Distribution on allocations & order routing
- Assist Finance team with communication of AR issues to Sales Reps & coordinate payment pickups with Distribution
- Monitor inventory and advise Sales & Operations of low inventory, aging skus, and items in quarantine
- Maintain B2B ordering platform to reflect current available skus and availability
- Create all brand ATS reports and disseminate daily to Sales team
- Manage sample inventory, pricing, orders, and allocations
- Effectively field incoming customer inquiries by providing prompt responses and elevating non standard issues to Leadership
- Support Sales team with training and support for B2B platforms.

Some things you will be responsible for:
Customer Service / Account Management
- Provide prompt, excellent customer service and support via email and phone.
- Follow up with existing accounts, while developing new leads.
- Provide aging reports and financial reconciliation for the Sales Operations team.
- Working closely alongside Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure payments match orders.
- Refund reconciliation for outstanding order balances.
- Supporting the sales team via reporting, customer follow-up and ad hoc requests.
Administrative Duties
- Making sure clients are informed being the Inside Sales Coordinator will be the first point of contact.
- Follow up with customers to collect proper forms and documents.
- Help maintain strong existing client relationships
- Prepare a variety of daily status reports.
- Update the Sales Database daily, or as needed and/or assigned.
- Checking system synching issues and communicating the proper next steps.
- Assist our Sales Operations Specialist inter-departmentally with Finance and Logistics.
- Reviewing PACT Act news and regulations and its effects on the industry.
Some qualifications and skills we need you to have:
- 2+ years' experience working in a similar role
- Strong internal and client-facing communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems
- Experience using and multi-tasking within the Salesforce platform
- Passion for customer success and value creation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and function well under pressure and tight delivery timeframes
- Ability to function at a high level in either a team environment or independently
- Requires a high degree of tact, initiative, accuracy, judgment and superior interpersonal skills
